Issue with PC Game Pass and EA Play
I have an active PC Game Pass subscription and my Microsoft account is linked to my EA account. However, the EA App does not show that I have EA Play, and the Xbox app says it cannot connect to the EA App. Could anyone explain why this is happening or how I can fix it? Any help would be appreciated.
Wrongful charges from EA.
Hi, While looking for something else in my bank statements, I noticed that every two months, I'm getting a ~35$ charge. I used to have a paid annual subscription, but that was in 2022 and I didn't renew it. It ended in April 2023. It would be difficult for me to believe that the charges I am seeing to be related to that subscription as those charges started Jan 21 2025, more than 2 years after the subscription ended. Then, I was charged on March 23rd 2025, May 22nd 2025, July 21th 2025, Sept. 19th 2025, Nov 18th 2025 and Jan 17th 2026. Those are all the same amount; $34.47. In all, that's almost $300 CAD with taxes and everything. These charges are all linked to the merchant "EA ELECTR" so, if there are others linked to a different name, I do not know. My EA account information shows the items charged. As it should, my account information do state that I am not subscribing to anything. In short, there should not be any charge to my account. Example of the charges attached below. I also attached the proof that my membership had expired too. I tried to contact support, but I hit a wall with the chat bot. It can't understand that I want an explanation on a charge that isn't linked to a game. Even asking to talk to a human, all it does it loop back to the start. This need to be fixed ASAP. Support chat case number for reference Case Details: 237575712 I renewed my subscription to EA play pro tonight 2/10/2026 @ 8:45pm, the last time i did so was in november of 2025, realized i didnt want the service after noticing i have one of the games i was looking for and contacted support 20 minutes after the purchase @ 9:05pm. There I was told "I can see the entitlements created for Madden 24/25/26, STAR WARS BATTLEFRONT II PREMIER EDITION, and STAR WARS BATTLEFRONT II PREMIER EDITION" were accessed and the services were utilized. In 20 minutes.... So my request for a refund was denied. I did not play any games in the 20 minutes from purchase to support. I have played those titles during my last subscription run, but not this time. I need this to be remedied.EA play pro subscription
My subscription in the service has ended but it hasn't changed me for the next month and its been over 10 days it should be over but it's not ending and when im trying to renew it doesn't renew so im technically playing for free and not sure what should i do i dont want to be charged twice at the same day can i just pay it now or is it a grace days from ea plz help
Electronic conArts - broken website
So as I'm fed up of paying for a service I do not use as EA lacks good content, I wanted to cancel my subscription. However EA like the scum they are make it virtually impossible to cancel. I logged into my account and when I click to go to the 'manage my subscriptions' page, the page just constantly refreshes before ever loading up. I have tried this on my PC, Laptop and phone and every result is the same. I've tried numerous browsers and even tried incognito mode and using a VPN. After exhausting every option I try to go through the EA support to submit a ticket, I'm told I'll be "emailed soon by an agent" but when I check my case it's closed without response. I tried to re-open the case with the "Continue case" option but again it instantly closes the case with no response. EA make it impossible to contact them as they fail to provide a phone number or live chat service. It seems all too convenient that a company this size and with the amount of computer science degree employees they have that they can't even have a functional website. It appears intentional that I am unable to access the subscriptions page to cancel and infringes the consumers rights act. Utterly ridiculous it's resorted to me having to post on their public forums. EA get this sorted or I'll be exploring every possible option to take this further.EAplay
Every time the NFL madden 24 intro is over it tells me to sign back into my EA account that i installed it under, even though with my subscription had never signed me out and still can't access my saved data. So, having the same currently active account the EA servers that has internet connection still prompts me the same instructionsSubscrabtion
Hello EA Support Team, I am contacting you regarding an unexpected charge for an EA Play Pro subscription on my account. The amount charged was $16.99 USD, under Order ID: 1011125355968. I was very surprised to see this charge because I removed my payment card from my EA account last month, and I did not authorize or intend to subscribe to EA Play Pro. I have not used any of the subscription benefits, and I canceled the subscription immediately after noticing the charge. For this reason, I kindly request a full refund for this transaction. EA Play Subscription on Playstation PS5 PRO not being linked to EA Account????
Hi, I have EA Play through Xbox Ultimate, but wasn't seeing any EA Play benefits transferring across on my Playstation. In the EA app both my Xbox and Playstation accounts are linked. I took out another EA Play subscription via Playstation, but the subscription is not being recognised via EA Play and I'm not receiving the free grifts/benefits in Battlefield 6! Hi all, I purchased a Rog Ally, and it came with 3 months of game pass premium, which includes EA play! How exciting! EXCEPT: I cannot get EA play to work for downloading games. I have tried everything. Uninstalled and reinstalling both apps, tried to install from Xbox app, unlinked and relinked my accounts, restarted my system, contacted support, the list goes on and I can’t get an EA PLAY game to download, even though it’s all linked, same email, everything! I was truly looking forward to trying out EA play to see if I’d want to continue a subscription in the future; but this has absolutely turned me away from it. Any advice?
EA Play Pro Subscription accepted debit cards, but not full game purchases.
Hello, I used my debit card to purchase the EA Play Pro Subscription, and it worked perfectly. However, when I tried to use the debit card to purchase the individual game, it declined. I'm perplexed as to how this could happen when the payment site is the same for purchasing the EA Play Pro Subscription and any individual game. I mean, if the card isn't eligible for the EA Play site, it shouldn't work on the EA Play Pro subscription either, but it did. Hello, I need help with a refund issue. I had an EA Play annual subscription for $39.99. I upgraded to EA Play Pro monthly and was charged $16.99, and the Pro subscription is active. The system was supposed to refund the $39.99 from my EA Play annual subscription, but the refund failed. In my order history, it shows the refund as “FAILED”. Please issue a manual refund for the $39.99, since I paid for the Pro subscription and did not receive the refund. Thank you.
