Battlefield 6 6-pack Phantom missing on EA Play Pro

Greetings, I've used EA Play Pro for a couple of years (it usually ends up paying for itself yearly since I roughly play enough of games on my PC to justify the price tag - it ends up coming out to about 2 games in pricetag, and Madden + something else can suffice). The upcoming release shows it drops on July 6th, which is fine, but the regular version of EA Play is able to access the trial starting on July 2nd. So, despite paying more for EA Play Pro, I'm just screwed out of the holiday weekend? At least if I paid less for regular EA Play I'd be able to access the game and then upgrade to pro on Monday.FC26 & Madden26 Download cancelled "you don't own this game"
I am an XBOX Game Pass Ultimate subscriber and have recently moved on to PC gaming. My EA Account is linked correctly with my Xbox/Microsoft account. EA app is installed and linked correctly to the Xbox account. Regardless of what I do, I cannot install FC26. I have tried twice with EA Online Chat and once with Xbox. I click on INSTALL from the Xbox Account, which then opens the EA app. I get one of 2 messages... "This Game is Unavailable. You're not eligible to play this game" It should be noted I can install.., F1 25, The Sims, FC25,FC24,WRC, Tales of Kenzera....basically most, if not all EA Play games. I have tried installing FC26 on 2 PC's and even 2 networks. I've lost the will to live. Any suggestions to resolve would be appreciated. TIASubscription problems
Hello. I have an active EA Play subscription purchased through Steam. The next payment date is June 24, so the subscription is active. The problem is with It Takes Two. The game launches only as the Friend's Pass / Friend Version and after a few hours of gameplay asks me to purchase the full version, even though the game is included with EA Play. What I have already done: Verified that EA Play subscription is active in Steam. Reinstalled It Takes Two completely. Cleared EA App cache. Logged out and back into EA App. Unlinked Steam from an old EA account and linked it to the correct EA account. Restarted Steam, EA App and the PC multiple times. Despite all of this, the game still launches only as Friend's Pass and the main menu says "Friend Version" and asks me to purchase the full game. Could you please check whether my EA Play entitlement for It Takes Two is correctly assigned to my EA account and help resolve this issue? Thank you.

I redeemed my EA SPORTS NHL® 26 EA Play Supercharge Bundle from the game benefits from EA Play / Xbox Game Pass. I purchased a EAPlay subscription 13/04/2026 9:35pm GMT via steam, then proceeded to download and try to play Dragon Age: Inquisition to be met with "You Don't Have Access" when trying to launch, however I was able to download and launch MySims through Steam EAPlay just fine. The steam account is connected to my EA account, both use the same email, I've tried signing in via steam on the EAapp, Clearing the cache, relinking the steam account, signing in and out of steam and EA ensuring EABackground processes was ended, restarting my PC, reinstalling all the VC files found in the game folder, I've tried disconnecting the wifi and launching the game offline to be met with the error "You've been offline for a while" in which it then asks me to restart and re sign in, I've tried launching the game exe as administrator to then get "Game ownership disabled or deleted" error. My graphics drivers are all up to date. I've done sfc /scannow. I just want to play Dragon Age, I've purchased a subscription for that, please if anyone knows a fix or solution. Need some help with EA play sub payment, on the app I see the payment in PKR for EA play but last time I bought a game through EA app I was charged for Indian rupee rather than Pakistani Rupee. I have confirmed through account settings that my region is Pakistan. How can I confirm that the amount shown in EA app is actually Pakistani PKR and not in Indian Rupee. Would appreciate any help I can get in this regard.

Hey I tried to get contacted with Epic games support either but they did not take any resposibilty and one and other live support directed to me here afterall. I did purchased EA play thru Epic Games. When I try to play The Sims 2 Legacy Edition it directing me to different game called The Sims 2 + The Sims 2 Packs and seems like this is no longer valid allocation.been getting charged for ea play since october

Wrongful charges from EA.
Hi, While looking for something else in my bank statements, I noticed that every two months, I'm getting a ~35$ charge. I used to have a paid annual subscription, but that was in 2022 and I didn't renew it. It ended in April 2023. It would be difficult for me to believe that the charges I am seeing to be related to that subscription as those charges started Jan 21 2025, more than 2 years after the subscription ended. Then, I was charged on March 23rd 2025, May 22nd 2025, July 21th 2025, Sept. 19th 2025, Nov 18th 2025 and Jan 17th 2026. Those are all the same amount; $34.47. In all, that's almost $300 CAD with taxes and everything. These charges are all linked to the merchant "EA ELECTR" so, if there are others linked to a different name, I do not know. My EA account information shows the items charged. As it should, my account information do state that I am not subscribing to anything. In short, there should not be any charge to my account. Example of the charges attached below. I also attached the proof that my membership had expired too. I tried to contact support, but I hit a wall with the chat bot. It can't understand that I want an explanation on a charge that isn't linked to a game. Even asking to talk to a human, all it does it loop back to the start. This need to be fixed ASAP. There I was told "I can see the entitlements created for Madden 24/25/26, STAR WARS BATTLEFRONT II PREMIER EDITION, and STAR WARS BATTLEFRONT II PREMIER EDITION" were accessed and the services were utilized. In 20 minutes.... So my request for a refund was denied. I did not play any games in the 20 minutes from purchase to support. I have played those titles during my last subscription run, but not this time. I need this to be remedied.EA play pro subscription
My subscription in the service has ended but it hasn't changed me for the next month and its been over 10 days it should be over but it's not ending and when im trying to renew it doesn't renew so im technically playing for free and not sure what should i do i dont want to be charged twice at the same day can i just pay it now or is it a grace days from ea plz help

So as I'm fed up of paying for a service I do not use as EA lacks good content, I wanted to cancel my subscription. However EA like the scum they are make it virtually impossible to cancel. I logged into my account and when I click to go to the 'manage my subscriptions' page, the page just constantly refreshes before ever loading up. I have tried this on my PC, Laptop and phone and every result is the same. I've tried numerous browsers and even tried incognito mode and using a VPN. After exhausting every option I try to go through the EA support to submit a ticket, I'm told I'll be "emailed soon by an agent" but when I check my case it's closed without response. I tried to re-open the case with the "Continue case" option but again it instantly closes the case with no response. EA make it impossible to contact them as they fail to provide a phone number or live chat service. It seems all too convenient that a company this size and with the amount of computer science degree employees they have that they can't even have a functional website. It appears intentional that I am unable to access the subscriptions page to cancel and infringes the consumers rights act. Utterly ridiculous it's resorted to me having to post on their public forums. EA get this sorted or I'll be exploring every possible option to take this further.
