Request for a goodwill refund review – EA Play Pro Annual Subscription
Hello everyone, I am writing here because I have exhausted the support options available to me, and I am hoping someone from EA can review my situation. On July 7, I purchased an EA Play Pro annual subscription (€120). Unfortunately, I made a mistake when purchasing it, and I later realized that I should not have bought the annual subscription. I understand that EA has refund policies, and I respect them. I also understand that support has informed me that my subscription is not eligible for a refund. However, I would like to ask if someone from EA could please review my case as a one-time goodwill exception. I am currently unemployed and experiencing financial difficulties. The €120 charged for this subscription has had a significant impact on my finances, and receiving a refund would make a real difference to me. I am not trying to argue with EA's policies or demand special treatment. I am simply asking if my case could be reviewed one final time with consideration for my circumstances. EA Play from Epic not activated on EA account
I recently bought Dead Space 2023 from Epic stores and I chose the monthly plan from EA PLAY. I finished the game and now i wanted to play some other games included on ea play but i found that the subscription is not activated on my ea account. Platform PC Note the accounts are linked I palyed Dead space with no problem. [CM edit - descriptive title]
xbox game pass ultimate not giving FC26 or EA play
My EA account is linked to my xbox account which has gamepass ultimate and when i go to the EA app on my computer it only gives me the option to install the preview for FC 26. However, on the xbox app it shows that i can install the full version but when i do it only installs the preview. It is also not giving me my EA play subscription.
EA Play member - Not receiving CFB 27 Welcome or Ultimate Team Packs
I'm an EA Play member through XBOX Ultimate - I have not received my CFB 27 Welcome Pack or July Ultimate Team Pack. EA Sports College Football 27 Get ready for College Football 27 with an EA Play Welcome Pack starting July 2, and a College Football Ultimate Team Pack available until July 31. Greetings, I've used EA Play Pro for a couple of years (it usually ends up paying for itself yearly since I roughly play enough of games on my PC to justify the price tag - it ends up coming out to about 2 games in pricetag, and Madden + something else can suffice). The upcoming release shows it drops on July 6th, which is fine, but the regular version of EA Play is able to access the trial starting on July 2nd. So, despite paying more for EA Play Pro, I'm just screwed out of the holiday weekend? At least if I paid less for regular EA Play I'd be able to access the game and then upgrade to pro on Monday.My EA Play account was stolen, and the email address was changed.
my account was stolen a few weeks ago. its password and email address were changed. I can’t do anything. When I click the "contact us" section, I get the warning "Your session got ended". please help I added the email address that is stealing to the photoFC26 & Madden26 Download cancelled "you don't own this game"
I am an XBOX Game Pass Ultimate subscriber and have recently moved on to PC gaming. My EA Account is linked correctly with my Xbox/Microsoft account. EA app is installed and linked correctly to the Xbox account. Regardless of what I do, I cannot install FC26. I have tried twice with EA Online Chat and once with Xbox. I click on INSTALL from the Xbox Account, which then opens the EA app. I get one of 2 messages... "This Game is Unavailable. You're not eligible to play this game" It should be noted I can install.., F1 25, The Sims, FC25,FC24,WRC, Tales of Kenzera....basically most, if not all EA Play games. I have tried installing FC26 on 2 PC's and even 2 networks. I've lost the will to live. Any suggestions to resolve would be appreciated. TIABring Medal of Honor: Airborne to EA Play and PS5

Hello. I have an active EA Play subscription purchased through Steam. The next payment date is June 24, so the subscription is active. The problem is with It Takes Two. The game launches only as the Friend's Pass / Friend Version and after a few hours of gameplay asks me to purchase the full version, even though the game is included with EA Play. What I have already done: Verified that EA Play subscription is active in Steam. Reinstalled It Takes Two completely. Cleared EA App cache. Logged out and back into EA App. Unlinked Steam from an old EA account and linked it to the correct EA account. Restarted Steam, EA App and the PC multiple times. Despite all of this, the game still launches only as Friend's Pass and the main menu says "Friend Version" and asks me to purchase the full game. Could you please check whether my EA Play entitlement for It Takes Two is correctly assigned to my EA account and help resolve this issue? Thank you.EA needs to stop charging my account
Been getting a 5.99 charge monthly. None of my EA accounts even has a card on file, let alone a subscription. I tried to talk to a customer service rep, and the AI kept looping back to the same things every time. I am getting incredibly irritated that I am losing $6 a month with no way of finding out even why or how this started.
EA SPORTS NHL® 26 EA Play Supercharge Bundle NOT RECEIVED YET
I redeemed my EA SPORTS NHL® 26 EA Play Supercharge Bundle from the game benefits from EA Play / Xbox Game Pass. I have screenshots showing it was redeemed and as an add-on (add-on: doesn't need to be installed). I've rebooted, power cycled, etc... nothing has appeared in my HUT profile yet. It has been over a week since I've redeemed this benefit. Please help!!!!EA Play trial - this trial can only be played on the account that downloaded it.
I receive the following error message when I attempt to play College Football 26 or Madden 26 that has been downloaded to my Xbox Series X from EA Play: “EA Play trial - this trial can only be played on the account that downloaded it. Please sign back into the account and restart the game to continue your progress.” I restart my console, the server refreshes, and I am able to play a game. However, upon the game ending, the whole process restarts…EAPlay subscription, "You Don't Have Access" when trying to launch games.
I purchased a EAPlay subscription 13/04/2026 9:35pm GMT via steam, then proceeded to download and try to play Dragon Age: Inquisition to be met with "You Don't Have Access" when trying to launch, however I was able to download and launch MySims through Steam EAPlay just fine. The steam account is connected to my EA account, both use the same email, I've tried signing in via steam on the EAapp, Clearing the cache, relinking the steam account, signing in and out of steam and EA ensuring EABackground processes was ended, restarting my PC, reinstalling all the VC files found in the game folder, I've tried disconnecting the wifi and launching the game offline to be met with the error "You've been offline for a while" in which it then asks me to restart and re sign in, I've tried launching the game exe as administrator to then get "Game ownership disabled or deleted" error. My graphics drivers are all up to date. I've done sfc /scannow. I just want to play Dragon Age, I've purchased a subscription for that, please if anyone knows a fix or solution. i recently purchased an ea play subscription through steam and when i launch the apps it fails i then try to sign into ea through steam but still isnt working then i try to check in ea play of i can get the games directly and my subscription isnt showing up ? please help
