EA Play trial - this trial can only be played on the account that downloaded it.
I receive the following error message when I attempt to play College Football 26 or Madden 26 that has been downloaded to my Xbox Series X from EA Play: “EA Play trial - this trial can only be played on the account that downloaded it. Please sign back into the account and restart the game to continue your progress.” I restart my console, the server refreshes, and I am able to play a game. However, upon the game ending, the whole process restarts…EAPlay subscription, "You Don't Have Access" when trying to launch games.
I purchased a EAPlay subscription 13/04/2026 9:35pm GMT via steam, then proceeded to download and try to play Dragon Age: Inquisition to be met with "You Don't Have Access" when trying to launch, however I was able to download and launch MySims through Steam EAPlay just fine. The steam account is connected to my EA account, both use the same email, I've tried signing in via steam on the EAapp, Clearing the cache, relinking the steam account, signing in and out of steam and EA ensuring EABackground processes was ended, restarting my PC, reinstalling all the VC files found in the game folder, I've tried disconnecting the wifi and launching the game offline to be met with the error "You've been offline for a while" in which it then asks me to restart and re sign in, I've tried launching the game exe as administrator to then get "Game ownership disabled or deleted" error. My graphics drivers are all up to date. I've done sfc /scannow. I just want to play Dragon Age, I've purchased a subscription for that, please if anyone knows a fix or solution. i recently purchased an ea play subscription through steam and when i launch the apps it fails i then try to sign into ea through steam but still isnt working then i try to check in ea play of i can get the games directly and my subscription isnt showing up ? please helpRecurring Subscription Fee

Hey Everyone! Need some help with EA play sub payment, on the app I see the payment in PKR for EA play but last time I bought a game through EA app I was charged for Indian rupee rather than Pakistani Rupee. I have confirmed through account settings that my region is Pakistan. How can I confirm that the amount shown in EA app is actually Pakistani PKR and not in Indian Rupee. Would appreciate any help I can get in this regard.
The Sims 2 + The Sims 2 Packs no longer downloadable or Playable
Hey I tried to get contacted with Epic games support either but they did not take any resposibilty and one and other live support directed to me here afterall. I did purchased EA play thru Epic Games. When I try to play The Sims 2 Legacy Edition it directing me to different game called The Sims 2 + The Sims 2 Packs and seems like this is no longer valid allocation.
been getting charged for ea play since october
i honestly dont know how im getting charged for ea play still, i have no payment methods saved and to my knowledge i cancelled the service and haven't been using it for months now, so i don't understand how im still getting charged for it. i had no clue i was even getting charged since its on a credit card i never use and never got a email from ea that i was even getting charged like many others do. im so tired of ea and will def never use this service again or buy a game from ea.Xbox/PC Pass wont work with EA Play

Currently attempting to open a case using EA Help to verify my identity but keep getting this reloaded page stating: "This issue isn't supported by advisors." I had a previous case opened roughly 2 weeks ago that was unable to verify. Is this the reason that message keeps showing up? I have an active PC Game Pass subscription and my Microsoft account is linked to my EA account. However, the EA App does not show that I have EA Play, and the Xbox app says it cannot connect to the EA App. Could anyone explain why this is happening or how I can fix it? Disappointed with decreasing value of EA Play Pro
I have spent the past few hours trying to talk to someone about the new Battlefield 6 Season Pass for Season 2, and I have to say I am pretty frustrated with this service. I pay the annual subscription for Pro, but the fact that I am expected to pay for additional content for games feels like a slap in the face, especially when compared to rival services like Ubisoft+. I understand having a lower tier offering that doesn't give every piece of content, but the "premium" membership should offer all content. Every DLC, every content pack, every premium feature. There should be absolutely nothing in the EA app that I do not have access to if I'm paying this much per year.
