EA WRC - Error 110 when trying to enter Clubs or other online based section
Hi all, Recently I have changed my old laptop with a new PC. Until then, I was able to run the game fine more or less, considering my laptop was really weak. But after I installed the game on the PC, I am not able to access Clubs or any other online based feature. The error that I get is "Unable to connect to EA Servers. Please check your internet connection, make sure Platform Client is online and try again. Error: 110". I did check my internet connection and all is good on this end. I did try several suggestions on the internet (like restarting the PC, reinstalling the game, etc.), but still nothing. Can you please help me with this? Currently I am participating in several online championships, but I am not able to compete until this is resolved. Thank you in advance. EDIT: After recent updates (2 weeks later than my initial post), when I launched the game, I was prompted to login to Racenet and since then, I am able to play the game.
Game crashing every 20min
Hello, I have a problem with game crashing, every 20min game just closes on desktop. No error reports. If I want to reopen my game windows just gives me blue screen and it resets the whole PC. My specs: i9 14900K Gigabyte Z790 GAMING X AX 64Gb of RAM nvidia 4070Ti Super 16Gb Does anybody fixed that already? Because I know Im not the only one with that problem. Thanks!
End of stage performance loss
Hello I would like to report massive performance loss when going over a certain point near the end of the stages it can go from 110-120fps down to about 70fps but really bad immersion I don't know if the game is bugged, could potentially be a AMD problem as a lot of people getting this loss are on AMD cards my specs are as follows and any info on this problem would be greatly appreciated it's making me go insane Window 11, Ryzen 5700x OC 4.8, 4000mhz Team Group Xtreem "8Pack Edition" 16GB ram, rx 7800 xt 16gb hellhound, tomahawk B550 mb
EA WRC - no option to start in VR
Have WRC on Steam. Using Pimax Crystal headset. Have been playing successfully in VR since the BR beta was launched, but been away from the game for a few months now. And now something has changed, as I no longer get asked if I want to start the game in BR when launching the game from Steam. Also tried to launch it within SteamVR, but that does not start the game in VR. Has anything changed in a patch? Is there a way to force start in VR (command line prompt or similar)? I have tried to reinstall the game but that did not change anything. 9800X3D, RTX5090, 64GB RAM, NVMe drives.Lavala Stages
I have finally found time to get back on the SIM, WRC 24 playing Lavala Stages-the game crashes in several of these Latvala Stages? I am using PC and Meta Quest 3 headset. Seems so far to be just these stages-goes okay on Finland, not tried too many more yet. Anyone had the same issues or have any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
I've reinstalled WRC for a couple of times, it wont open
I've done every POSSIBLE fix on this thing, windowed, -dx11, all the steps, none I have an R5 3600 and RTX 3060 Before the update everything works fine, gpu drivers updated, even resulted to install old drivers (cause I thought it would fix it) it did not as well We have a possible league in our country so I need to open and get seat time in this game pleaseFailed to connect issue on PC via Steam...
Hello, have and played on my Xbox Series X and just checked, it's all working there. But bought the Steam version on a sale I have it installed and can play it, and its logged in. But when I go to do the moments, I get the error message, Failed to Connect. I've followed all the troubleshooting. and the game is running and working, just can't get into the moments on PC, but Xbox is fine. Any idea what's going on here, and what I need to do? Thx.
Game freezes then crashes on startup
I open the game, shortly into the EA intro video, it freezes, stayed frozen for a minute or two, then crashes. I've tried rubbing it as an administrator, with Windows 8 compatability, full screen optimization disabled, but still no joy. Looking to see if I can get any help before performing a reinstall, I'm pretty reluctant since it's 110GB Specs: i7-12700k RTX 3060 16GB RAM @ 3200Mhz 1440p 144hz Game is on my Hard drive: WDC WD10EZEX-00WN4A0 All my drivers are up to date, I'm pretty lost as to what to do.Fanatec Rally Module Never Defaults as Primary Device and Buttons Don't Work
Hi there, I recently added the fanatec podium rally module and podium hub with the podium paddles to my wheel. The game recognises the module, however I am not able to navigate the menu with the module. It only allows me to use my pad, and when I do the pad defaults to the primary device. The stops me beibg able to use the wheel when I load into stage. Also, if I unplug the fanatec handbrake it says the controller input has changed and then I lose all FFB. I had a similar issue with the BMW wheel when this game first came out but now the problem is back. This happens every time I leave a race or leave the game . Is this a known issue that anyone else is having? It's really annoying and ruining the experience. Will there be a fix for this any time soon? Many thanks
Tire bug in quick play multiplayer.
In quick play multiplayer, whenever you switch from an old tire set to a new one in the service and start the next stage, the old tire set's tire life carries over to the new set. For example your medium tire set gets to poor state, in service you switch to new softs, as soon as you start the next stage your new set is immediately in poor state. This happens every time in every location with every tire compound, making it impossible run good times in rallies over 3-4 stages long. This has been in the game for a year already. Besides this would be nice to have an extra set of tires for multiplayer lobbies because of the lack of shakedown.
