payment successful but no pitcoin in game

So today is monday, I’m off work, so I decide to grind the ranked mode for the Elite Trophy, and on MONDAY, there are two players with 1000 points already, c’mon that’s literally cheating, do all the math in the world and you’ll not be able to find a way on how these guys achieved this. Honestly that’s very frustrating, especially because out of the 8 hours I’ve been playing, I have not ONCE seen these guys. Loss of VIP status and level reset in F1 23 after short break
Hello EA Team, I'm having a serious issue with F1 23. I bought 11,000 Pitcoins and, along with what I already had, I bought the VIP pass (9,000 Pitcoins) and two 1-week XP bonuses. I played for two weeks with the bonus active. After a short break, I came back to find that I had lost my VIP status and my level had been reset to 1. Strangely, my Career Mode progress and all of my in-game settings are still intact — only my level and VIP benefits are gone. I contacted EA Support and they advised me to open a thread here on the forum. PC — Ryzen 7 5800X3D, ASUS TUF B550M+, 32GB DDR4 3200, RTX 3080 Ti Windows 11 — EA App connected via Xbox App using Game Pass subscription Waiting for a solution. WHY can’t I unlink my account???
Wait 6 months before I can unlink? Absolutely ridiculous. I accidentally linked the wrong account and I can’t get past the “please reset your password” screen although I have reset my password. I assume this is because the wrong account is linked. Can someone please help.Solved52Views0likes1Comment

Coop Career Sprint Bug
Hi there, we are playing the Coop carreer. During the first sprint race weekend the following bugs occur: 1. Results from SQ are are not transferred to the sprint race. Players are 1&2 and the rest of the grid is realistic grid - so it seems. 2. In the grid rundown, drivers pictures are wrong or missing during all the upcoming races. 3. In our career, the complete field failed to start the next race. They stood in the grid forever. The game is awesome so far, but this makes the coop career non playable ☹️ please provide a patch for this. Before the next game rolls over and this game gets sunset on support, fix ranked by either altering restrictions in the mode itself or alter the trophy for getting into elite division, I want to be able to finish a game I purchased within that years cycle and its baffling I am unable to because of where I live, just put it to something else in F1 world that doesnt require other players in ranked, you very much could do this it just comes down to how much you care about your consumer. Hello everyone. Yesterday I was running low on storage space so when I booted up F1 23 it came up with the error 'Load Failed'. Without thinking about it, I pressed 'continue without saving' because I wanted to actually play. The game was then like a fresh copy; all my history such as careers etc. were deleted/lost. I then closed the game and freed up ~50gb of storage so that hopefully this error would go and my history would be returned. I then booted up the game today, with 50gb of free storage, but the error still comes up (I have attached a screenshot). I have tried pressing retry loads and loads of times but I still get the same error. And I think it's important to say that the game made me turn off autosave when I was playing the day before the incident. So my questions are: 1. Why is this error still happening and how do I fix it? 2. Will I be able to get my data back from my careers that I lost when I pressed 'continue without saving'? Ranked races: need clarification
I read on this thread : "Hey racers, At the start of each Season, players will be demoted to a lower Division. The Division the players rolls back to will depend on which division they finish the previous Season. This is working as intended. Thanks -Groguet" 1) Could you Mr @EA_Groguet explain what 'each season' means? Are you referring to the actual F1 season, or is there another definition? 2) Also, can you explain why on April 1st I was moved from 1st place in Silver II to unranked? 3) Additionally, why are the weekly tracks listed as Australia, China, and Bahrain, but the game continues to give me Portugal and Texas? This happened on April 2nd, after I was reset to Bronze. I have read that other users have experienced the same issue. I would like to understand how the ranked races work.
