Yesterday I reached elite 1 so I updated my opponents so I can do some objectives and this morning I was lowered to elite 2. is there any there any fix to this?

my nickname is not allowed
Hello EA, My nickname "kuperazzi" is not allowed in pro clubs, but i don't understand why. It's a mix of my last name and marco materazzi (cuz i'm a defender irl). When playing pro clubs we come across players with names like "charlie kirk dead" (see attachment) and names that looks like adolf **bleep**, anne frank, cancer, the kkk and so on. How come Kuperazzi is not allowed but those names are ? Is there any chance you can unblock my name so I can play with kuperazzi on the back of my shirt. thanks in advance

Icons & Heroes - Offline Not Updating Legends Roster
The introduction of Icons & Heroes in career mode brought me back into the series after a hiatus. Ultimate team makes it almost impossible to not spend more hard earned money and plenty of it to play with footballing legends. And once the servers are gone, there goes the money and time up in flames forever. The premise of grinding gameplay to unlock legends to use in the more offline catered career mode, which can last well beyond the game's intended life cycle, was what I'd been hoping was introduced. I spoke to a representative of EA Help in August before purchasing the game who confirmed: "While the Season Pass progression and unlocking itself require an online connection, once unlocked, the ICONs and Heroes can be used offline in your new Career Mode saves." I have progressed in the pass and unlocked Dempsey, Doumbia, Howard, Ole, etc. But I had a suspicion, and decided to see what was available if I logged in offline and started a new save. Only Torres, Kluivert, Veron, and Pichon were available despite my progress. No others were even visible to be selected/locked. I have made a new support ticket, but that may not be enough and it may not even be answered. I hope to get traction here for a real answer around whether the game just needs a simple patch because it is so early, something is wrong with my save, or at worst if I was lied to about what would be the case. Anyone with like minded intentions to enjoy the game in similar ways after the servers are down deserves support, however niche it may be. Please help get traction on this where possible. Thank you.

Cheaters / Bug in Online Draft
I'd like to report a serious bug/cheat I've experienced in EA FC 26 Online Draft mode. Twice out of three times I've tried playing this mode, my opponent disconnected at the very beginning of the match (I received a message from the game that the opponent had lost connection to the match), yet the system still scored me a loss. As a result, I lost both time and EAFC Points.

Crashing after trying to load into clubs from menu
Title says it all. Can click into kick off, UT, etc. Clubs crashes after a couple secs of loading. Attached recording stops on the crash.
