I’ve completed over 10 active days by playing at least 3 full Ultimate Team matches per day and logging into the Companion App afterwards. My in-game Transfer Market works normally, but the Web/Companion Transfer Market is still locked. Hello EA Support, I would like to report a recurring technical issue that is making the game unplayable whenever a match goes to a penalty shootout. Platform: PC (Steam) Game: EA SPORTS FC 26 GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Laptop GPU Operating System: Windows 11 Issue Description Every time one of my matches goes to a penalty shootout, the game crashes with a DirectX error before the match is completed. Because of this crash, I lose my progress and the match is often counted as a loss or DNF. This issue has happened multiple times and appears to be specifically related to penalty shootouts. The game runs normally during regular gameplay and extra time, but consistently crashes when penalties are reached. Unfortunately, this bug has also affected my ability to complete objectives and earn rewards. On several occasions I have actually won the match or tournament, but because the game crashes immediately afterward, it records the match as a loss. As a result, I lose my progress, miss objective completions, and lose rewards that I legitimately earned. DirectX Error Message DirectX function "m_devicePlat->CreatePlacedResource(...)" failed with DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED. The video card has been physically removed from the system, or a driver upgrade for the video card has occurred. GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Laptop GPU. Troubleshooting Already Attempted Updated my NVIDIA graphics drivers. Verified the game files. Restarted my PC. Made sure Windows is fully updated. The issue still persists. I have also found other PC players reporting the same DirectX crash after penalty shootouts, which makes me believe this may be a game bug rather than an issue with my hardware. Could you please investigate this issue or let me know if there is a known fix or workaround? Additionally, since this issue has caused me to lose completed matches, tournaments, objectives, and rewards through no fault of my own, I would greatly appreciate it if you could review my account to determine whether any lost progress or rewards can be restored. Game crashes after winning S9 Daily Knockout Tournament
I won the S9 Daily Knockout Tournament twice. Both games went to pens and I won on the last GK pens both games. The game just crashes right after the final pen replay animation plays out on the exact same frame. (Between the first and the second win I had tried repairing the game as well as updating my drivers.) The cherry on top is the fact that instead of progressing on my objective after WINNING the game, I got a DNF for both matches. How is that fair? I won the final pen both times? At approximately 00:03 on July 15, 2026, I accidentally purchased a Festival of Football: Phenoms Micky van de Ven card for 250,000 UT on the Transfer Market. After completing the purchase, I did not receive the usual option to "Send to Club" or "Add to Squad." Instead, the only available options were "View Available Evolutions," "Compare Price," and "Add to Transfer Targets." I tried logging out and back into the game, but the player card is still missing. I have checked my Club, Squad, Transfer Targets, and Transfer List, but the card is nowhere to be found. However, the 250,000 UT was deducted from my account. Unfortunately, I was not recording my screen because I never expected something like this to happen. I would really appreciate your assistance in investigating this issue. If possible, I would prefer to receive a refund of the 250,000 UT, especially since the purchase was accidental. If a UT refund is not possible, I would be happy to receive the player card instead. I spend time monitoring the market to buy players when their prices are low and resell them when demand increases and their prices go up. This is a standard, fair-play economic mechanic within the game. I have never used external software, bots, auto-buyers, or engaged in transferring coins between accounts. All my transactions have been done manually through the console or the official companion app, always respecting the price ranges established by EA. It must be nice to be in the virtual currency business. Flawed system mistakenly took my in game coins away. TOS team (or rather an automated appeal process) keeps telling me I did something wrong. EA Help chat keeps telling me I gave to ask Nintendo for refund. Nintendo of course did nothing wrong and will not compensate me for EA's mess. I am starting to doubt there is a way to contact humans in the TOS team. Appeals and reappeals keep triggering the same seemingly automated email template, stating they did a new review and concluded they were right all along. If anyone knows, please tell me how to get an actual response from a human in the TOS team. For my case, I have been wrongly accused of coin distribution (buying, selling, transferring, who knows, they won't even tell me that). I would like specific accusations, what does the system actually think I've done? I would like someone to acknowledge the system made an error, own up to this and make adjustments to avoid random coin wipes in the future. I would like a refund of my FC points purchases for FC26, as EA's flawed systems have reduced their worth by wiping coins away, seemingly at random.
