ROSTER UPDATES
I’ve been getting frustrated lately, my favorite team (NYCFC) has many new players and they still haven’t been added in to our roster. If I’m trying to play on different game modes I have to play with our old roster and I payed a lot of money for this game just for the rosters not get updated? I know MLS isn’t the best league in the world but they should still be valued and now we are at least 3 weeks after the World Cup, our new players have played many times but they still haven’t been added in FC26. I don’t want to just complain and sound annoying because that’s not how I wanna be looked as, it just gets annoying when your teams players aren’t there for you to play with them. If there is any way the EA team could help with this and add them into the game that would be great. I understand there is different stuff with the licensing but if you could make it work that would be huge, not only for my team NYCFC but for all MLS clubs for example Chicago Fire who just got a big deal in Robert Lewandowski and he still hasn’t been added to their roster. EA please fix this, thank you! It would also be great if some of these players face scans were improved in FC27 if not FC26.

Account Ban Appeal | Case #252258759 | Wrongly Banned For Coin Transfer
EA ID: Erichey My case reference number is #252258759. My FC26 account got permanent ban, the reason is cross-account coin transfer. I only have this single EA account, I never registered any alternate accounts. All players I listed on transfer market are spare duplicate cards from free login rewards, weekly free packs and in-game missions, I just cleared useless players in my club. I never sent coins or players to other accounts, never received items from others, and I never sell or buy coins with real cash. This ban is caused by system false detection. Please check my full transaction logs and lift this permanent ban.

All we want is to play your games bans for no reason needs to be sorted for the sake of your business times are getting tougher your going to need your customers in the future what’s it going to take for you to stop treating your customers like this. I don’t purchase give coins away swap coins share or break any rules I bought and sold within the stated parameters which is playing the game like I said before you’ve stolen from me which makes and constitutes theft which is actuallly a crime. Which means you are criminals I’ll just YouTube what people can expect and laugh at your loss off customers and revenue enjoy what I’ve spent on your game what a waste my bad no more F1 purchases grid or rally games no more ufc purchases no point appealing to the same bot that banned me I invite you to come to my house and I’ll show you how I play but you already know that I’ve done nothing wrong or broke rules you are the real cheaters and your appeal bot is rubbish

Online Seasons mode – Opponent quits no win or points awarded (Xbox Series X)
Description: In EA Sports FC 26 Online Seasons, I’m repeatedly running into an issue where I am several goals ahead, the opponent quits, and the match ends instantly without awarding me a win, points, or any division progress. This has happened multiple times and appears to be a consistent bug now. Details: Platform: Xbox Series X Game Mode: Online Seasons What happens: Opponent quits → match ends immediately → no win, no points, no progression. Expected behaviour: A quit should automatically award the win and apply the correct points. Actual behaviour: No win is recorded and no points are added. Frequency: Happens regularly across multiple matches. Impact: This makes Seasons progression unreliable, as legitimate wins are not being counted. FUTTIES Blueprint cards excluded from 5th PlayStyle+ Evolution due to rarity bug
Hello EA Team, There is a critical issue with the requirements for the "5th PlayStyle+ Evolution". The current requirements state that the player's rarity must be "FUTTIES, Futties Hero, or Futties Icon". However, cards that have completed or are currently in the "FUTTIES Blueprint 1" and "FUTTIES Blueprint 2" evolutions change their rarity type to an evolutionary variant. As a result, the system blocks these cards from entering the 5th PlayStyle+ Evolution, stating they do not match the required rarity. This breaks the intended evolution chain for the FUTTIES promo, as players who did the Blueprint upgrades are now punished and cannot get their 5th PlayStyle+. Please update the requirements for the 5th PlayStyle+ Evolution to include cards that have gone through FUTTIES Blueprint 1 & 2. Thank you!

Banned After 1 Month of 16h/Day Grind — No Cheat, No Warning. Thanks EA.
Hey everyone, I need to get this off my chest because I'm still in disbelief. For the past month, FC26 was basically my life. I'm talking 16 hours a day, every single day. Wake up, grind Rivals and Squad Battles, then spend the rest of the day sniping the market — flipping cards, doing SBCs, building up my club from nothing. No cheats. No coin sellers. No third-party tools. Just pure grind and market knowledge. I was proud of what I built. Then yesterday — red card. Permanent ban. No explanation, no evidence, no warning email. Just boom, account gone. I submitted an appeal. Got the same generic copy-paste rejection 12 hours later. "Our decision is final." How is it final when you never even told me what I supposedly did? How does EA justify banning someone who plays their game 16 hours a day and spends real money on points? You want people to be addicted to your game, but the second someone actually grinds hard and succeeds on the market, you hit them with a ban? Makes you wonder if the auto-ban system just flags anyone with a high coin balance and calls them a cheater. This is how you kill your own community. Hardcore players like me are the ones keeping your game alive — buying points, grinding content, bringing friends into the game. And this is the thanks we get? A broken bot and zero customer support. Save your money and your time, folks. Grind for a month, get banned for nothing, and EA won't even bother to tell you why. Anyone else got wrongfully banned lately? Let's hear your stories.

Missing evo bug
So, I applied a few evos in the rudiger futties card. I applied the following playstyles +: intercept, bruiser, quick step and block and then applied the reward evo 5th ps+ antecipate. However the card is totaly missing the block+ playstyle, not even basic. As you can see in the the prints when i try to remove the last evo or Apply a new ps the card shows correctly just as it should be after all the evos. I cant use the player in game because of This.

No funciona ultimate team. Draft y sus otros modos de juego.
Comencé a jugar y no me dio las recompensas qué se habían completado de objetivos y misiones semanales. Sobres, dinero, canjeables y jugadores del año y mes, del día y hora. Quedo mal EA Sports con su trabajo y experiencia. Ya como a partir de los 2 meses de compra dejo de funcionar bien el ultimate team y otros modos de juego. No se daban las recompensas qué eran, quedaban muy mal con la mayoria del juego.

Foundations EVO completed but Foundations objective not registering
I fully completed the Foundations EVO (Intro to Rewards) and claimed the player upgrade. The EVO is now completed and no longer appears in my Evolutions list. However, the Foundations objective “Complete the Foundations EVO” is still showing as incomplete (0/1). Because of this, I cannot complete the Foundations objectives and my Transfer Market is still locked. I have already restarted the game multiple times, but the objective still does not register. I am playing on PS5. Please fix the Foundations objective and credit the completed Foundations EVO to my account so I can complete the Foundations objectives and unlock the Transfer Market. I can provide screenshots showing that the EVO was completed and the objective is still incomplete.

Severe latency degradation in Romania after July 29th maintenance
Hello, I am writing to officially report a major issue regarding matchmaking server routing for the Romanian and Balkan community in EA Sports FC 26, which started immediately after the global server maintenance on July 29th. Before this maintenance, my connection was stable, averaging around 28-30 ms (and dropping to 20-22 ms during mid-July regional tests). However, after July 29th, my ping to Central/Western European servers (Germany, UK) has permanently spiked to 40-45+ ms, causing massive gameplay delay and heavy button responsiveness. The most telling proof of faulty regional routing is that whenever the matchmaking system pairs me with opponents from Turkey, my ping instantly drops back to a stable 30-31 ms. This clearly proves that a closer regional data center (such as the Sofia or Istanbul node) is still functional, but the game algorithm now forces players from Romania onto distant Western European servers (like Frankfurt) for the vast majority of matches. As a paying customer from Eastern Europe, it is deeply frustrating to see our regional routing degraded and ignored while Western European players enjoy sub-15 ms gameplay. Please forward this data to the engineering and server infrastructure teams to review the regional matchmaking tolerances and routing protocols for the Balkan region.
