Did not recieve Bayern's Men Home Kit from Gallery
Hello, so as you guys know, the C grade in the gallery for Bayern used to give the Women's home kit. When i achieved C grade i did get it. But now i see it gives the Men's Home kit. I saw the posts on X and official communications about this bug and that EA fixed it and affected players also recieved the correct kit. Meanwhile i still didn't even though i updated the game, i logged in from web app, from game, from mobile companion but still no kit. I had a chat with support and told me that all affected players recieved their kit, meanwhile i only have the women's one. They suggested me to post here so the goodwill team wil notice and help me out so here i am.

About the latency/routing issue in FC 27
I want to raise an issue that many players from Southern and Eastern Europe have already experienced in FC 26 — and I am concerned that we are going to see exactly the same situation in FC 27. In FC 26, players reported a significant deterioration in latency and gameplay quality after the July 29th server maintenance. The issue was particularly noticeable for players in Romania, Ukraine and other parts of Eastern/Southeastern Europe. This is not simply a case of having a “bad internet connection”. In the existing FC 26 thread, EA Community Manager Darko confirmed that the issue had been raised with the team and was being investigated. However, almost two months later, we still have no clear explanation, no technical details and, most importantly, no indication of when or how the issue will actually be resolved. The thread is still active, and players are continuing to report the same problem: https://forums.ea.com/discussions/fc-26-technical-issues-en/severe-latency-degradation-in-romania-after-july-29th-maintenance/13610423 I have also posted several times in that thread, asking a very simple question: What are players supposed to do if they live far away from the servers or are affected by poor regional routing? Are we expected to solve the problem ourselves by paying for third-party connection-routing services such as GearUP, WTFast, ExitLag, Surfshark or similar services — on top of already paying for the game and online services? In my own case, using an alternative routing service can significantly improve the route and gameplay experience. That is important evidence that the problem is not necessarily my local connection or hardware. The difference can be the route used to reach EA's infrastructure. I don't think the solution should be that players in Eastern or Southern Europe have to pay an additional monthly subscription to third-party services just to get a reasonable gameplay experience. Players who live close to EA data centers can often get 10–20 ms connections. Players who are geographically farther away obviously cannot expect identical latency. But there is a very important difference between naturally higher latency because of distance and unnecessarily poor routing to the available EA servers. This is exactly what I am asking EA to clarify for FC 27: Has the routing/matchmaking issue affecting parts of Eastern and Southern Europe actually been identified? Has anything been changed in FC 27 to prevent the same problem from happening again? How does EA handle players who are geographically distant from the available data centers? Are there plans to improve regional routing or matchmaking server selection? And most importantly: will EA provide an actual technical explanation and update to the affected community? We are not asking for impossible 10 ms ping from every country. We are asking for a fair and technically reasonable connection to the servers available to us. Please don't let FC 27 repeat the same situation we experienced in FC 26. Eastern and Southern European players deserve an answer before this becomes another year-long problem. upd: I’ve seen several threads on the forum about a similar issue from various regions, not just Europe.Transfers market
The transfesr market in the wep app did not open with me why? And my account is made it from 2013 since that time and I am playing FIFA 2013 and every part so far and then they wrote the club was established from 2026 and this is a mistake because since 2013 my id accont is ( aaa_ksa_505 i hope u fix itThis is getting ridiculous, EA. I've been disconnected for 3 games in a row!
Hello, I am contacting EA support again because my FC 27 connection issue remains unresolved, and the situation has become unacceptable. I live in Saint-Hyacinthe, Quebec, Canada, and my internet provider is Cogeco. I have spent a significant amount of time troubleshooting this issue, but I continue to get disconnected from EA servers. I have now lost three consecutive matches in which I was winning by 6 goals or more. These disconnects are ruining my competitive experience and making it impossible to progress fairly. My connection results are excellent: EA Connection Quality Score of 93/100, ping of 29.22 ms, jitter of 2.46 ms, and packet loss of only 0.02%. Other online games, including Fortnite, work normally even immediately after FC 27 disconnects me. This strongly suggests that the issue needs to be investigated beyond basic Wi-Fi troubleshooting. The problem also affects my in-game rewards. Because the game treats these disconnects as if I abandoned matches, my coin multiplier has dropped to approximately 0.4. Even when I manage to finish matches, I receive fewer coins than I should. I am being penalized for a connection problem that I am not intentionally causing. I have already tried recommended troubleshooting steps and contacted support, yet nothing has fixed the issue. I do not want another generic troubleshooting checklist. I want this case investigated by a technical team that can look into the repeated EA server disconnections affecting my connection from Saint-Hyacinthe through Cogeco. I paid for this game expecting to be able to play it properly. Losing matches, losing progression, and receiving reduced rewards because of repeated disconnections is unacceptable. Please escalate this case, provide me with a case reference number, and explain what concrete steps EA will take to investigate and resolve it. I expect a real answer and a meaningful solution, not another response asking me to repeat steps I have already completed.Déconnexion répéter Sans retour
Ewood Park intro glitch
Hi There is a recurring glitch that originated in EA FC 26. When the teams line up at Ewood Park (Blackburn Rovers) the players are on the opposite side of the ground where the teams normally lineup. The cameras point at where the players should be but you can clearly see the players in the distance on the opposite side of the field. It looks awful and it ruins the immersion for me. Can someone look at this please?FC 27 Ultimate Team Draft Opponent Exploit and Request for Compensation
I was playing an Ultimate Team Draft match on PS5 when my players suddenly became completely unresponsive, while my opponent could still move and play normally. looked like he connected 4 computers There were unusual icons appearing around my players, as shown in the attached screenshot. This made the match impossible to play and cost me my Draft entry and potential rewards. Please investigate this issue and compensate me by refunding my Draft entry token or providing an equivalent Draft entry/compensation. I should not lose my entry because of a potentially exploited game bug. I can provide screenshots or additional evidence if needed. Thank you.
