200 Drafts Vouchers bug main thread
EA SPORTS FC MOBILE!!! After the reset, some players received 200 Draft Tokens, while others, including myself, did not receive anything. This has created an unfair situation, as Draft Tokens are important for progression and gameplay. It appears that this distribution was inconsistent and may be due to a system error. Game stuck in the loading screen
Yesterday I updated the game and played a division rival match then the game crashed and when I tried to relogin it stuck in the loading screen, I checked my internet connection, it was absolutely fine, i tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game twice but i am facing the same issue, I waited for an hour just watching the loading screen in hope that it will go through to the game but it didn't, and when i searched it i found that there are a lot people who are facing this problem, and i hope you'll fix it quickly.

Suspended for no reason [0x00002710]
My fc mobile account got suspended for no reason. It's showing "Your account has been banned for an hour." No specific time or days are mentioned. . I cannot log in to my account because of the suspension. I don't understand if it's a ban or a suspended penalty.EA technical team, Just check my account; I don't have any penalty in penalty history. I want to know, how can I remove the suspension from my account? totally unacceptable without any warning how EA can ban older user accounts from playing FC Mobile since For a very long time, I have not been doing any violence or any harassment. to the other user, please help to get my account . [Not a Bug] - Capped Legends Chapters Locked
Is it just me or is there anyone else having the same problem as I am? I didnt know if there is a limit to this chapter but i cant play the capped legends 2nd chapter anymore for some reason, all the match is blank and unplayable even though i already recharge my energy today. As you can see in the image below that my fatigue is 0 but still the problem persists.

I thought it was a visual bug, I logged in, played Division Rivals, created new lineups, but nothing helped. Literally every tag from division rivals is the premier league tag, I think this is a bug, I haven't gotten a single overall tag from Dr (ex. 112+ 113) (Dr=division rivals)

Extra time token exchange is unavailable
I have lots of 104+ mixed players but in the extra time token exchange option there isnt any player showing for exchange..i need those tokens cause recenty i have got a good player in player exchange but i am out of extra time token..there is less time available too....please solve it as soon as possible otherwise i will lose my extra time exchange player. I accidentally exchanged my cannavaro so now I can’t get the upgraded versions even when I have completed the games. Some of my friends and probably a lot of other people probably also have these problems as there are so many exchanges and most people don’t check who they exchange or don’t know they need their 85 cannavaro.

[RESOLVED] Didn’t receive daily target reward in Kickoff
Just completed the four matches in Kickoff. After that the ”Daily target” was directly checked as completed but I was never able to receive the award for it. It now says it’s 18+ hours until it is refreshed. UID: [removed - best not to post on a public forum]

Hello EA sports, I'm having a bit of an issue with my game I do not know if it's something with the app or that's going on in the game. Just today 4/13/26 I tried opening the game to play it for a little bit but it shows me a screen where it says choose account, now mind you just never happened to me, and it also keeps loading I don't know if it's something with the app or if it's a bug if you guys could give me the best suggestion on how to fix the game I already cleared cache and restarted my phone, and it still doesn't work, I worked so hard on my 118 overall team, if you guys could respond as soon as possible I would appreciate it thank you for your time Sincerely CHXRNVKHA.
