Missing reward - Winter 8 Pack

(So i basically opened the winter pack that had 8 prizes and guarantee you 92-95 player on Sunday December 24,i opened it 8 times but didnt get either my mascherano or the 92+ player i got the 2mil and 75+ player twice so pls ea take a look at my account and fix it dont tell me i spent all those for nothing im so dissapointed.) Can't shuffle the icon milestone in hall of legends event in fc mobile
Today, I used my hall of legend points to shuffle the milestone reward to claim the 96-98 ovr icons/91 ovr mascherano card. I used my hall of legend points to claim 1 mascherano card and tried to reset the rewards by shuffling it to claim the next reward but it is not shuffling after clicking the points button. Even though my hall of legend points are not used, I hope that EA will fix this issue as soon as possible.NOT A BUG - Hold on to your icon path player because you need it for exchange

App suddenly crashing mid-match
I’ve now experienced two mid-match crashes—one in the Code Neon event and one in the new UCL Road to the Finals event. These occurred within the space of 30 minutes after the app update with the UCL event and definitely wasn’t a result of my internet connection (which remained uninterrupted and has never been an issue in the past). Anyone else experiencing issues? [Note: I run the app on an iPad with the latest iOS update.]
