Game stuck during a head to head match
I was playing a head to head match, got awarded a penalty, wanted to hit a "panenka" shot and then I appeared looking at the boots one of the players from underneath of the football pitch. No button was working, nothing helped to deal with this bug. I waited for the match to finish but it never did. That forced me to reopen the game and the match I was winning to simply not be counted. Video has been taken only after the "panenka" shot. Please fix!Big problem
Dear EA Sports Support Team, I would like to report a serious issue that happened to me during a match in FC Mobile, specifically in Exploration Camp mode. During the match, I scored a goal in extra time against my opponent. Shortly after, the opponent scored as well, but the moment the goal happened, the game suddenly froze/stopped unexpectedly. The match became unresponsive, and the situation seemed very suspicious. What made the issue even more concerning is that the opponent continued sending emotes during the lag/freeze while I was unable to properly continue the match. Because of this, I am unsure whether: the opponent was using hacks or exploits, there was a server/game issue, or a major lag problem caused by the game itself. I do not accept losing the match under these circumstances, especially since this does not feel fair or representative of a stable and competitive game system. I have screenshots as proof showing the situation and the opponent sending emotes during the freeze. I kindly ask you to investigate this match and review what happened. I hope appropriate action can be taken and that fair play is maintained for all players. Thank you for your time and support.
