Hello EA Support, I bought a 118 Alexander-Arnold from the Transfer Market using 700 million coins. I ranked him up using Rank Up Points and transferred his training. The player is unlocked, not in any lineup, and does not have the untradeable icon. However, whenever I try to sell him, the game shows the message: "This player cannot be traded." I have restarted the game and checked my lineups, but the problem still exists. Please investigate this issue and restore the player's tradable status or provide a solution. I had the Dutch player (Djong). I leveled him up to the maximum, and now when I log into the game, he's gone! I didn't sell him or anything like that. Is there any explanation for this problem?
