فقد الاتصال او فشل الاتصال بالخادم

Redmi Note 12 cihazımda FC Mobile uygulamasında “Günlük Takviye” avantaj paketinden iki defa 229 TL’lik alışveriş yaptım. Ancak yalnızca bir defalık yükleme hesabıma geçti, diğer alışverişimin karşılığında jeton ve elmaslarım hesabıma aktarılmadı. İşlem kimliğim: GPA.3360-4131-1100-72661. Satın alma işlemini 9 Kasım 2025 akşamı, uygulamanın kendi mağazası üzerinden Google Play ile gerçekleştirdim. Banka hesabımdan iki kez ücret kesildi. Sorunun çözümü için defalarca, hatta İngilizce olarak da müşteri hizmetlerine ulaşmaya çalıştım ama herhangi bir çözüm sunulmadı ve yeterince ilgilenilmedi. Şu an hâlâ eksik olan jeton ve elmaslarım hesabıma yüklenmedi. Footie verse main chapter
In the main chapter of footie verse week three where you have the three requirements to complete and receive rewards, score 40 goals, play 5 matches with 2 footie verse players in the starting 11 and complete 30 dribbles. Hello EA support, I have encountered an issue where the japanese token exchange for japanese shards in the store, it suddenly vanished. I have about 1500 tokens which you get from answering trivia questions but they are completely useless because I cannot exchange them for shards. Is this a bug or not? Did not receive Japan Nation’s Story prize
