Feedback on Unfair Gameplay: Time-Wasting and Defensive Passing Issues
To the FC 26 Mobile Development Team, I am writing to express my frustration regarding a persistent issue that is ruining the competitive integrity and enjoyment of FC 26 Mobile, specifically in the Head-to-Head (H2H) mode. Many players, after taking the lead, resort to "time-wasting" by constantly passing the ball between their defenders and goalkeeper in their own half. Under the current game mechanics, it is nearly impossible to intercept these passes or apply enough pressure to regain possession, even when using the "Team Press" tactic. Key Issues: Lack of Counter-Play: The defensive AI and manual pressing are not effective enough to counter constant back-passing, making the game feel scripted and unfair. Poor Experience: This behavior goes against the spirit of Fair Play and turns a competitive football match into a frustrating waiting game. Suggested Solutions: Passing Accuracy Penalty: Introduce a mechanic where excessive passing in the defensive third leads to a gradual decrease in passing accuracy. Enhanced High Press: Improve the "Team Press" mechanic specifically to target players who keep the ball in their own half for extended periods. Reporting System: Add a specific "Unsportsmanlike Conduct - Time Wasting" option to the post-match report menu to penalize or flag players who exploit this tactic. I hope you take this feedback into consideration for future updates, as addressing this would significantly improve the community's experience.Add single player career
Hello dear EA SPORTS FC Officials, I am writing to you with a short suggestion and request. As you know, it is possible to play a single-player career mode on PC, but this is not available on mobile. My request is that you add this feature to the FC Mobile application. UEFA Dreamchasers Chapter 1 - 2nd week event "Heroism" is still locked. It did not unlock after reset. I completed the first week event "Comeback". When will this be unlocked? Or are there different requirements? See attached screenshots.Terrible Game
I swear it’s like after every update it just keeps getting worse and worse, recently you guys having been switching me from one server to another that makes my ms 200+, one game I’m on 32ms the next I’m on 200ms even from the h2h mode page after the match that I’m 32ms it suddenly starts showing 200 even after I restart my network it makes sure me i play my next match at 200 ms with slow response making me lose I’ve complained tirelessly to your customer care and they’re even more incompetent sending links that has zero help asking the same stupid questions like they’re some kind of drones. Gameplay in general sucks imagine playing it on 200ms, also what’s the point of Carragher being 117 if he can’t defend and has terrible pace because of the low acceleration, who gave ea the idea to give mbappe offside trap trait now he can’t make runs with trigger and he can’t dribble for **bleep** unlike his 113 card you guys have been ruining the game since after tot’s last year then this draft system made over 7 of my friends quit the game and I’ve been seeing more of them quit.. do better or lose keep losing playersSongkran Starpass - No Pass Points Available
There are no Songkran pass points avaiable in the Songkran chapter to use in Songkran Starpass to collect the rewards. The only rewards for completing the Songkran chapter skill games are rank up points. Is this a mistake? Hello FC Mobile Team, I have an idea about the rank-up system in FC Mobile. Currently, when players use anniversary rank-up tokens to upgrade a player and later get a higher OVR player, the rank-up points used on the old player are wasted when selling the player for phase tokens. My idea is to allow players to extract or save the rank-up points from the old player before selling it. Those saved rank-up points could then be used to upgrade the new higher OVR player. This could help players avoid wasting rank-up resources and make the upgrade system more efficient. Thank you for reading my idea.Hello EA
Hello EA Team, I have a suggestion to improve the social experience in FC Mobile. It would be amazing if you could add a "Direct Player Exchange" feature that allows friends to trade players or duplicate cards with each other. This would make the game more interactive and help players build their dream squads with the help of their friends.Cheating
Ea please install the cheats in game it seems im the only one who don't use those scripts Imagine playing the game when you have the ball it stops, when you one on with the keeper your player don't shoot ,you been tackled by strikers who stronger than Maldini. I've been playing the mobile game since FIFA 14 and for the first time I'm close to quitting. The payout from drafts is so unbalanced. 300 drafts and I've packed 1 x 117 and 2 x 116, meanwhile other people are getting 2 x 117 and 3 x 116 in 60 drafts. I know it's a gamble every time we do a draft but everyone should have the same luck and it's clear that's not the case. That payout from 300 drafts is disgraceful and to be truthful it's not acceptable. It's so bad now I'm lucky if I get 1 usable card from each event. I honestly don’t even know where to start, but I need people to hear this. I lost my FC Mobile account — not because I did something wrong, but because of a login issue that completely wiped everything I built. I had an account at level 63–64. I spent real money on it. I spent hours playing, grinding, building my team, collecting players, and enjoying the game. This wasn’t just an account — it was something I invested in. One day, I tried to log in through Facebook, the SAME way I always did, and instead of loading my account, the game created a completely new one and threw me into the tutorial. Just like that… everything was gone. I contacted support, explained everything clearly, and all I got was: “Your account was overwritten and cannot be recovered.” That’s it. No investigation, no recovery attempt, no real solution. How is this acceptable for a game where people spend real money? How is there no protection system for accounts? How can years of progress disappear because of a login issue? What makes it worse is that I’ve been a loyal player of FC games for years. I buy the games on PC and PlayStation, I support the franchise, and this is how it ends? I’ve now stopped playing completely because of this experience. Not just FC Mobile — but even the other FC games. Because honestly, after this, I don’t feel safe investing my time or money again. This isn’t just about me. This could happen to anyone. If a player loses everything because of a system issue and there is no recovery, then something is seriously wrong. I’m sharing this because I want answers, and I want the company to take responsibility. Players deserve better protection, better support, and real solutions. If anyone from the team sees this — please look into my case again. This is not fair. And to other players: Make sure your account is properly secured… because losing everything like this is something I wouldn’t wish on anyone.
