Code redemption issue

If you are running into issues getting your FC Mobile game linked to an EA account please read below! How to connect FC Mobile to an EA account? Linking EA SPORTS FC™ Mobile to your EA Account, Google Play, Apple ID, Game Center, or Facebook protects your progress. For more information on how to link your FC Mobile game, check out our Help Article; Link your accounts to save progress in EA SPORTS FC™ Mobile Android: Open your game settings menu. Under Account Management, tap Link Accounts. Choose the account you want to link to (EA Account, Google Play, or Facebook). iOS: Open your game settings menu. Under Account Management, tap Link Accounts. Choose the account you want to link to (EA Account, Facebook, Game Center, or Apple ID) and log in using your credentials. Running into an issue connecting your FC Mobile Game? From time to time, you may run into an issue connecting your FC Mobile game to an EA account (or another account). First, try the following steps to see if we can resolve the issue you are running into. Clearing your apps cache and relaunching your game Switching the network you're using (Try going from cell data to Wifi, or vice versa) Check if you are using an underage age Confirm if your game is already linked to an EA account If you continue running into issues, give the steps in our Help articles for Android and iOS a try as well. Troubleshooting on Android Troubleshooting on iOS Other Common Issues (FAQ): I get a message that I am unable to link my game to an account, or I don't see the option to link my game to an EA account? This could be because you are playing on an underage account. For more information on playing with an underage account, check below. This EA Account is not currently linked to an FC Mobile Account. right-click and select "open image in new tab" to expand. You might see this message when attempting to redeem a code for FC Mobile (https://redeem.fcm.ea.com/). This message means the EA account you are currently signed into does not have an FC Mobile game linked to it. Check the following information if this pops up. First, confirm in-game that you have correctly linked an EA account. Close and relaunch your game to see if you notice any error message, or if your account still shows linked Clear the cookies and cache of your browser and sign back into your EA account. If you continue getting the error message, this most likely means the EA account you are signing into on the redemption website is different than the EA account you have linked in-game. For more information on redeeming codes for FC mobile, check out the blog by the team; REDEEM CODE FAQ MY CODE DOESN’T WORK! WHAT DO I DO? If you’re having issues, contact in-game support or visit EA Help. A couple of things to keep in mind: Each redemption code can only be used once. Pay attention to the redemption conditions and validity period. A code cannot be redeemed after it expires. Make sure you are signed into the same EA Account on the website that is linked in the FC Mobile game in order to receive your rewards. From here you should be able to correctly link your FC Mobile game to an EA account, After following the information above if you are still running into issues connecting an EA account (or another account), are unable to redeem a code, or missing an in-game item or reward reach out to our support via the in-game option and we can take a further look. I want to highlight some serious issues in the game that are not only ruining the gameplay experience but also affecting players' mental health. Key Issues: Inaction Against Hackers: Despite reporting numerous hackers and sharing video evidence of matches being blatantly flipped (e.g., a 2-0 or 3-1 lead turning into a 0-6 loss), there has been no meaningful action taken. Support responses often state, "We take these issues seriously," but no real solutions or bans are implemented. Hackers continue to dominate the game unchecked. Division Rivals Is Completely Broken: The Division Rivals experience has hit rock bottom. In VS Attack, matches often freeze as soon as they start. Manager Mode and Head-to-Head frequently encounter "DISCONNECTION ERROR" or "PLEASE STOP MATCH FIRST" messages, rendering the modes nearly unplayable. Unfair Rewards System: For players who occasionally purchase FC Points or packs, the rewards system often feels like a scam. For instance, after purchasing multiple packs (e.g., Ballon d'Or Starter packs), I received rewards for only one. Despite raising multiple requests with purchase IDs and screenshots, support analysts repeatedly ask the same questions, showing no resolution. It feels more like harassment than support—why not implement an AI system like ChatGPT that can provide meaningful assistance? Players are investing not just money but also significant time in this game. Acting like a profit-driven colonizer or exploiting your loyal fanbase will ultimately harm the game in the long run. As a software architect seeing such substandard apps shows how EA lags in proper app-development. It seems EA is more focused on brand ambassadors and streamers than addressing core issues. But if you keep ignoring your players’ grievances, a rival will eventually overtake you. Don't forget how NOKIA was once a market leader. How is it acceptable for a 109-OVR team to lose to a 56-OVR or 90-OVR team in Manager Mode? After consistently being an FC Champion for 10 weeks, this downward spiral is unacceptable. For months, I’ve stopped playing VS Attack and Head-to-Head, and I’m now considering quitting Manager Mode as well.
