Abilities not lighting up with crossplay
Hi, I realize this is a long shot at this point with the game being pretty old but I’d like to enjoy what time we have left with it that we have being I put a fair amount of money into building a team on ultimate team on this years edition. Any help is appreciated! Within the past year or so l and many others(friends I have that also play ultimate team) on the Xbox side of things have come to notice that the RNG with both abilities and X factor seems to deeply favor players from ps5. But when facing other Xbox players, it’s actually is pretty balanced out. I can actually provide many examples of this and would be willing to share footage if this if it helps to go along with it. For now here’s some examples: —Defensive linemen without abilities shedding secure protector very easily. (Like we’re talking no abilities at all, or another example of this is when they do have abilities such as passiveunstoppable force only rushing 4 and shedding near instantly) —Reinforcement not lighting up. I’ve seen in many cases now where my secondary players LBs, DBs, and safety’s with passive reinforcement getting pancaked every play even with them seated properly into the run fit. -Run stuffer not lighting up. I have a defensive line where there is a run stuffer on every spot on my defensive line(I admittedly have a very good defensive line). Yet, when a PlayStation 5 player runs into this defensive line, they do no shed, like at all until their ball carrier is 3-4 yards pass them. Doesn’t matter what front I come out in. I could be in the 5-2 and have 2 linebackers in the box and a safety dropped down to the line of scrimmage and still will not see a shed. And while I could sit here and spit out examples on examples of this the biggest one is that traditional abilities that beat passive bottleneck do not seem to work consistently at all. I have no issue with this at all playing other Xbox players. I have WRs that have passive double me, rac em up, max security and am coming out in stack formations that are favorable to beat this kind of defense and am still seeing them being able to bottleneck my receivers, even with route combinations that should be creating enough rub to keep open somebody up. If somebody could please advise that would be awesome. I get it’s an old game that there’s not a lot left of us that play, but I would love to get the most out of the team I built. I have an LTD in every corner of my roster and at some point, I don’t really think it’s a skill issue. I’m pretty well versed with this game and have been playing it long enough at this point that I think I can make the judgement call to say there is something fishy going on.Career running on running backs only for whatever reason I don’t know
Yes, I’m playing the career mode on Madden. I’m trying to play as quarterback, but they keep having me login as a running back pretty much it looks like they kind of deleted my old profile profiles. I don’t know if there’s some type of update going on or whatever then if I try to play as wide receiver or any other position it only has me running running back regardless of which one I pick I built these profiles to play individual teams individual positions and they keep having me play running back with the same person over and over again I’m just so confused on why it’s happening right now. I thought we would be able to choose different positions but instead when I choose a different position, it still has me running on the running back profile that I’ve made.
Online franchise saved, will it reload after uninstall (Xbox Series X)?
Hi. I'm currently running what has been a very long franchise created in online mode. Unfortunately, I need to do an uninstall/reinstall of Madden 24 (Xbox Series X) as it has developed some bugs. However, I would desperately like to be able to retrieve my existing franchise information after an uninstall. - a lot of time, patience, and effort has been put into it. I'm not doing anything with MUT (I find it boring.. sorry, EA) Is the data save and retrieval possible / will it happen if I uninstall/reinstall, or will I have to start a new online franchise from scratch? Would it be better for the sanity of keeping my long-term franchise that I just swallow the trouble and play with the bugs? Hi, newbie question here. What's the best way to play Madden 24 without actively playing (as in controlling players on field with the controller)? I'd like to manage contracts, roster, player development, staff, playbook and so on in franchise mode, then just watch the game without being actively involved on the field. why is it that on madden 24.. every season. ALL the teams seem to have VERY close to MAX stats on ALL players?? is that normal or did i change a setting inadvertently?? i am playing on rookie setting. but it seems pretty much all the teams i paly have skills for all players in the 90's?? the other versions of madden i have played never seemed to have that.. now its just automatic..Trying to play online, won’t let me sign into servers
Every time I try to get online it shows an all black screen saying “We can’t connect to the service you need right now. HTTP 404 error”. Anybody know what I can do? I’ve reset my game, console, router, and unplugged my console and TV. Nothing works. Seems like an issue on their end.
