Received wrong season 6 ranked rewards
Hey guys, I just got granted Julius Brent, which is NOT correct with my placing in top 100 as I was in 43rd at time of completion (I was online at the time and had 5100rp) can we correct this to give me the Top 100 Calvin Johnson and Uniforms that I earned? Hi, I messaged on here quite a while ago as I had received an Auction House ban on 19th March 2025 simply for purchasing points and buying packs. I wanted to try and sell the cards I bought to raise coins to buy the cards, mostly 49ers cards, that I wanted. This was the sole purpose of buying the points. I have asked on here before and been advised to talk to an EA Advisor or submit further disputes. The EA Advisor told me that they couldn't do anything and I should submit a dispute. I have submitted several, increasingly annoyingly worded disputes and received nothing back other than the initial 'thanks, we'll be in touch' emails. The ban is still in place and I lost interest in the game weeks ago due to just repeating the same old daily challenges and not being able to buy or sell any cards for almost 17 weeks, which is the only reason I paid the money. I am now beyond wanting access to the Auction House, as the game is now dead and gone. I am wanting a refund as the very thing I wanted to spend the money for was taken away from me and not returned. I find the level of customer service and lack of response I have had to my numerous disputes, for the exact same reason, extremely disappointing and frustrating. Can anyone please tell me what I have to do to talk to someone who can actually do something to help me out? Preferably with a refund. Not an EA Advisor who will likely just say they can't help. I logged off Sunday night June 15th with somewhere between 1.1-1.2 million coins on my account. Monday, I logged in to only have 32k on my account. No one hacked. No transactions in the auction house (besides an auction that SOLD for 36k! So how the heck do I have 32k coins on my account. Golden ticket must 25
I spent millions of coins on a golden ticket and lost my coins and got banned and didn’t get the card I bought. I was watching videos on this today and it said I people got unbanned got their coins back and got a golden ticket fantasy pack. I can do everything right but whenever I try to play head 2 head or even challenges it say “sorry our servers cannot process your request at this time” and it’s been like this for three days now. I tried to see if it was just my account so I made two more accounts and it’s letting me play. So it’s just my main account that I’ve worked so hard for. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling three times. Restarting my Xbox series x multiple times. And nothing is working. I had to downgrade every single player, took every single X factor, ability, chemistry, and position off of every single player in my binder not just my lineup. Closed the game, cleared the cache, came back and opened lineup and got in. I hope this helps some of yall that have been dealing with this issue for weeks. I know everyone says "they didn't do nuffin." The only think I can think of that I did , was post 20 players on the auction house at the same time (for the going rate). I was in the Champion H2H division, not using the Meta. I've opened several support tickets, they say they can't tell me why, after 20 years and thousands of dollar's spent. I will never touch another EA product , I feel I deserve an answer. Is there anyway to get an answer other than this: After thoroughly investigating your account and concern, we again found that we actioned your account correctly after it was found to have violated our User Agreement. We will also be unable to provide any details regarding our internal procedures. Did not recieve All-Star Athletes Welcome Pack, which includes a All-Star Athletes Upgrade Token along with a PatMcAfee. Hey I just got my account hacked/logged into and banned and I been trying to dispute it for weeks and the only solution EA had for me was to wait more after talking to 3 different assistants is two weeks and to dispute it again. After obtaining All Star player on ps4 making changes to your team line will receive a 'unable to process request" error code and get booted to the main screen. This may have something to do with all star players receiving extra ability buckets that the ps4 doesn't support. I've been unable to play Madden Ultimate Team for nearly a week. Every challenge throws an error "Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later." I can't access any of the events which obviously means none of the Daily Objectives can be completed, and the main enjoyment for me is building my Madden Ultimate Team through the events. My hope was once Season 7 kicked off the issue would be resolved, no chance, still unavailable, still the same error. Any ideas or perhaps some guidance on what is wrong or when this may be resolved? I have now had two quarterbacks that I have bought for additional hot routes for and they stop working if they are taken out of the lineup for any reason and start again.
