Madden Crashes on Splash Screen
Issue Summary Problem: Madden NFL 25, purchased and launched via Steam, fails to start properly. The EA App briefly opens with a message: "Some Features have been disabled because the EA app Launched from another application", then returns to the EA App home screen. After each failed attempt, verifying game files in Steam always reports 3 files missing, even if reacquired in previous attempts. Steps Taken to Resolve Validated Steam Files: Verified the game files repeatedly, but Steam always reports 3 files missing after each failed launch. Performed Clean Installs: Fully uninstalled and reinstalled both Madden and the EA App. Deleted residual files from the installation directories before reinstalling. Checked Account Linkage: Verified Steam and EA accounts were linked correctly, including unlinking and re-linking them. Granted Permissions: Set Madden and EA App folders to Full Control for the user account. Launched both Madden and the EA App as Administrator. Disabled Overlays and Firewalls: Disabled the EA App overlay and ensured Steam's overlay was off. Added exceptions for the EA App, Madden, and Steam in the Windows Firewall. Adjusted Compatibility: Forced Madden to run in Windows 7/8 Compatibility Mode. Repaired Anti-Cheat: Reinstalled the anti-cheat system (EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher) from the Madden installation folder. Monitored Logs: Observed that Link2EA.exe and EASteamProxy.exe launch momentarily, but Madden fails to stay running. Environment Details Platform: Windows 10 Purchased Through: Steam Error Behavior: EA App shows "Some Features have been disabled because the EA app Launched from another application" Then fails to load game. Additional Notes Attempts to launch Madden directly from the EA App result in similar behavior. The issue appears related to how Madden communicates with the EA App when launched via Steam, potentially involving file integrity or anti-cheat. ^^^ This is my best guess after the last day or so of troubleshooting with friends, ChatGPT and EA support.

Play a league game What happens when the bug occurs? Game crashes What do you expect to see? I just want to play the mode with no issues ‌ Why do y'all do this to me? First, you remove my favorite option from franchise mode (player career option), then you make no real improvements to Superstar (Dreads coming out the helmet, player card, etc), now revamped passing (which I love) is finally added and the only mode I play on this game becomes unplayable after I was genuinely excited to play for the first time in a week. I cleared the cache, rebuilt my database and nothing is fixing the issue; I'm so close to asking for a refund and never buying Madden again. CM: Edited to update thread title to improve visibility.

Madden 25 MVP Bundle Not Available
I preordered the CFB/Madden MVP bundle and am loving CFB however I'm still not seeing Madden 25 anywhere in my owned games or the availability to pre-download it. With the early access 2 weeks away that you are supposed to receive when you preorder the bundle I'm concerned about when Madden 25 will show up in my "owned" games.

I keep getting the following error: Error… Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later. this happens when I try to play anything in ultimate team. I also tried superstar mode and it’s stuck on the main screen. Btw I’m on Xbox.

Madden 25 superstar keeps crashing.
In mid game, the game just feeezes and kicks to the Home Screen. What is being done to fix this? I spent boost s and such in this avatar, so having to restart a new superstar mode doesn’t seem like the solution. Please advise. Thank you.

Now it says i have to fill that spot but everytime i Go to line up and/or the game directs me to the line up ultimate team crashed and says i cannot access servers. it lets me right back in after wtih the same results. Attempt to acess my lineup from ultimate team What happens when the bug occurs? when it occurs it tries to pull up the line up and then hesistates. then a window pops up and says "Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later." What do you expect to see? i Expect to see the lineup screen when i open it. for a game ive spent hundreds on i want it to work. ‌ It is happening in Ultimate team overall. no mode is casuing the specific issue that i can tell. its just not letting me into my lineup.

Old Gen Madden 25 game loads and once you try to click into any other part of the game it attempts to load and then kicks you back to the Xbox home screen. Anybody else on Old Gen experiencing this as well?

Unable To Access Sets in Madden 25 Deluxe Edition
I cannot access sets in Madden 25. The only thing I can see is the CJ Stroud set, showing redeemed. No other sets content is available. I purchased the deluxe edition and have not been able to use sets since early launch, which means I cannot access the upgraded cards from sets. Very frustrating.
