H2H Servers are basically unplayable for the last 48+ hours.
H2h servers on ps5 madden 26 have been lagging EXTREMELY bad all throughout every game I've played over the past two nights. Out of six games, every single one lagged from basically start to finish. Ruled out anything from my end being the reason then saw talk of MUT servers being broken & maintenance supposed to have been done yesterday morning May 13th 2026. Well if any maintenance was actually done, all you did was break the servers for H2H (including Franchise) in the process of trying to fix the broken MUT servers. This is the first time I've ever reached out like this & that's because this BS cost me 4 of the 6 games i played so now I'm at my absolute boiling point with these lagging, broken, servers & you EA for allowing it to keep happening without shutting them down & actually FIXING ALL of your broken server issues that you have currently have right now instead of fixing one thing only to screw up & break another! FIX YOUR H2H SERVERS EA! DO BETTER!!!!!Unrealistic over powered CPU garbage
I just started a "the run" CPU game. 2nd game 2nd tier. My Team is 98/98 overall. I have a really supercharged upgraded to 99 D. Revis. CB that keeps getting beaten in man to man coverage against a 91 Overall J. Watson with a 89 release and 89 speed. The call him "the great one" and "Revis Island" during the game. Revis never lost in single coverage! Ever! Definitely not against some no name WR with 89 Release! What is the point in having the power-ups/upgrades if they don't do anything? I don't want it the computer to make it more competitive by evening the odds against my best players. That isn't fun to me at all. Why does it seem like the power-ups only work in Rookie and Pro modes? Anything in All-Pro or All-Madden and it doesn't matter what how bad the opponent is they're over powered and near unbeatable. Fix it EA_Kent Please.
Madden 26 Superstar mode Broken
What do we expect from EA. This might be your last CTR w NFL. And u can't get any patch updates working correctly?? After patch update nearly now going on 4 days, Superstar gm modes is disabled. However MUT works lol of course cus that's your golden goose, surprisingly franchise mode working. This on a brand spanking bought Series x. And yes internet is fine and I have a 240hrz 4k sony tv w 7.1 soundbar. And yes I build computers so im pretty technically savy. SO this is not a customer issue its an EA SERVER ISSUE And yes Confired w EA online virtual chat w no resolution. Y charge 100.00 -120.00 for a video game when its worth 30.00 no more, due to no features working or available or bugged & no response from EA. EA DO BETTER!! And get this fixed ASAP. FYI that's what pops up everytime Superstar tries to get launched on Series x. However Franchise & other gm modes work fine.Talent Evaluator - Bugged Ability
Good evening team, Just posting a bug report to say “Talent Evaluator” is not working properly in franchise mode, and apparently “Eagle eye” doesn’t work properly either. It’s meant to lower the percentage of scouting needed to know the true draft value of a player, but it doesn’t show anything when you attach it. I hope it stacks like other skills. Currently when you attach it does the opposite and nothing shows, but when you take it off the true draft value shows. Could I please ask for this to be amended? Noticed this. Other team scored a safety at my expense. Was scored in the second quarter. Does not appear in the summary, nor in the by-quarter scoring, nor the final score as reflected here. It does reflect the proper final score on other screens.
94-96 BND Flashbacks Pack Missing Players
I opened 2 of these packs today by claiming them with weekly spotlight tokens in sets. However I wanted to take Takeo Spikes 94 version but only his 96 version was available when both should have been and this was the case for multiple other players. I know EA gave makerights before for this happening but the issue is still not fixed it also happened weeks ago after they first gave makerights but no one at EA bothered to solve the issue and award makerights and the same has happened again. This is unacceptable as I've lost tokens and not got the player I wanted and EA have been no help at all once again. I even sent screenshots of whose in the pack to prove I'm not lying and even the ea live chat person said that even though it will be reported to the necessary team that it is unlikely that it will be seen and anything done so it just proves EA don't care about anything but money.
EA Play Pro Rewards Not Syncing - Missing All Monthly Items Since August (PC)
Hello, I am writing because my EA Play Pro rewards for Madden NFL 26 on PC have not been delivered since August 2025. I have an active EA Play Pro subscription and have logged into Madden Ultimate Team (MUT) regularly, but my entitlements are not syncing. I have contacted EA Help twice and have been through two Studio escalations. My previous case was #242319128 (closed without fix), and my current case is #243024896. Every time I try to swap between my superstars, it will not let me it keeps saying “there is an error receiving the data. Please try again later.” And it won’t let me back out or anything. It just keeps popping up on my screen, saying the same thing. hello, while playing madden 26 i started not having any audio at all and i've tried everything to fix. is it a bug or something like that? I tried: Reinstalling the game Clearing the cache Disabling unnecessary audio devices Disconnecting the controller and using mouse and keyboard Reinstalling the video and audio drivers Checking that the Windows mixer and in-game volume were at 100% Checking that the audio output selected in the game was the one for the headphones I usePS5 Trophy Unlock Issue for Rushing and Passing Records
Hello, Please review and address the ongoing issue with bugged PS5 trophies, specifically the Rushing Record Breaker and Passing Record Breaker trophies. Despite meeting the stated requirements in-game, these trophies are not unlocking as expected, preventing players from progressing toward full completion. I’m back to try again after months of attempting forums, talking to both EA and PlayStation supports to no luck, and trying these three trophies over 150 hours of gameplay. These three achievements/trophies are still broken. 11 people have been confirmed to get Saw It Coming but besides those 11 that’s it. On Xbox it’s more like 15 but still. The Rushing and Passing records are still broken, I threw for over 6k with Mahomes in a franchise and it didn’t pop the trophy even after I left the franchise and reloaded it and even checked the stats and record books. PlayStation supports (not sure about Microsoft, figure it’s the same) have noted they have 0 control over the trophies put onto games and have 0 control over fixes or changes. I’m not sure how many forums need to be created, or why this website exists for forums, if no one who has genuine helpful info or is payed to help is helping. It’s frustrating, I want my platinum trophy that I should’ve obtained over a month ago. Like I said I have close to 150 hours of gameplay. That’s while in school and having a job and yet, my word on these forums, means jack. So much so my forums get removed and the staff here continues to hide.Offline Pro Bowl Switch 2 Bug
As of the John Madden update the Offline Pro Bowl option was moved to be with the All Madden Legacy Game menu however as of a update a few updates ago when you try to scroll down in the menu to try to select the regular Pro Bowl (AFC vs NFC) they don't appear. I don't know why this happens or if it is exclusively happening on the Switch 2 version of the game.Teambuilder custom teams and player art
I built custom teams through the Teambuilder to use in my franchise. I noticed that the player portraits seem to be "off": specifically, if I'm looking at a player in the GM options or the depth chart list, his player face will be entirely different than when I actually go in and view or edit the player. If I go to the editor and choose the face I want for the player, then save it, it makes the picture consistent across the board.
