CPU event rewards
So I did the cpu event 4 times in total. The first time i got henry. The second time they gave me a rare pack i think, the one with seventeen packs for 80-84 players. But the last two times didn’t give me any rewards. I tried again just to be sure and I was able to video the second one. Is there anyway to get my rewards or is it always like this for cpu event? season 9 XP tokens not working

70+ OVR Player Store Offer Error
Yesterday and still today, I am receiving an error in MUT when I try to spend 1 UT Gold for the daily offer of a "70+ OVR Player" under the "Featured" section of the store. I attempted to contact Customer Service as the game suggested (I'll post the screenshot), but all they had me do was try 3 trouble shooting steps that did not solve the problem and requested that I post here.Solved106Views3likes3CommentsH2H
Okay so on April 30th at 6:22 pm I witnessed a hacker or something sketchy. I can't find the users name and where to find them. So the game that I was win was about to end in 4 seconds and I did a hail mary and won. As of last night, I’ve been unable to get on the servers to play MUT. My connection is always lost, or the servers can’t process my request. Signing back into EA does no good, and I’ve reset my router and my LAN etc. numerous times. This is very frustrating and having spent money on this game, I would like to be able to play it. My friend and I have been playing MUT Squads duos consistently for multiple months and than all of the sudden 3 days ago we stopped being able to play together. Each of us can play duos with randoms but if we try and play together it immediately kicks both of us to the main menu before the game even starts. But this only happens when we try and pick the side of the ball we normally play. If I pick offense instead of defense it lets us join but if I pick defense like I have for months it instantly kicks us.
