Finally Enjoying Madden , Until Their Automated System Banned me
I know at best I'll get a response saying I need to file an appeal ( which i have ) but EA and their system has almost taken all love for the game that I have now after multiple years of disliking the game. I've enjoyed working the auction house on this game more than i have any year , to the point I can play the game without ever touching gameplay. I've spent plenty of money and time , neither of which i can get back and now my account is left with nothing With the popularity of the Jaguars and Gametime theme team , a lot of Jaguars Gold Cards were spiking in price and hard to find on the Auction House. I did what i thought was smart and bought these cards when they went up for cheap and posted them for more. That is it. Didn't buy coins and didn't engage in anything against TOS. I had 6.5 million coins wiped from my account several days ago and felt defeated. However , i still had a very good and very expensive team at the time and decided i would sell my team and just try to make coins in a safer manner to avoid the bot but still upset i even have to avoid playing the game in a fair manner because the bot system is so flawed. I made over 9.5 million coins from selling my team and decided to get off for the night. I was completely shocked to see my coins had been wiped AGAIN and i received an Auction House Ban. Not once did i receive a notification or email mind you. This was even more confusing because i didnt even sell a card for more than it usually sold for , i sold my team just under the market value on that day so there wouldnt have been a reason to think this was possible. I have created 5 appeals , I have received 0 help and im losing hope at a resolution within a timely manner before im too far behind in the game 100s if not 1000s of other players are struggling with this problem as well and its unacceptable. The ability to find a resolution is even more unacceptable. The best chance at fixing this problem shouldnt be sending a letter for arbitration to EA HQ. This is sickening and its sad that it doesnt seem any EA Representative or Community Manager cares to help or get to the bottom of this. They'll simply tell you to file an appeal and move on . Its time for change. I want my coins back and i want the ability to use the auction house. i just want to enjoy the game i spent money purchasing and extra supporting.EA Cheating us out of XP?
I have been a little skeptical that I wasn't getting all the XP I was supposed to from completing objectives. So I began saving video. Maybe someone from EA can explain this. After doing a series of challenges I got +34,000 XP, taking me to level 18, but seemed to stop short of level 19. It looks in the photo that it took me up to 292,400 XP, and you can see on the right it says that I'm (- 3,455) to the next level! What?! MINUS 3,455 would mean that I'm OVER level 19 by that much, correct? So then I go to the field pass and see that I have only 287,600 XP, NOT the 292,400 I was credited for after the challenges. You'll notice that 288,945 XP are required to get to level 19. With 292,400, I should have actually achieved level 19. And you know what the difference is between 292,400 and 288,945 is? Yeah, 3,455. The same amount it said I was over (because of the minus sign) level 19! So where are my missing XP?? I'm not saying there isn't an explanation for these lost points, but if there is, I'd sure like to hear what it is. And check your XP, people!Completing sets still not counting in WS objectives
The game is still not giving credit for completing sets,same as last season. I just completed a 83 OVR TOTW elite fantasy set, and still have 0/3 listed under "complete sets from weekly spotlight programs" in the weekly spotlight field pass. This has happened before. I've reported it before, as have other people. That's a lot of XP that is unavailable.MUT challenges not loading
I’ve had this problem since launch. It’s worked like 2 times where I could play challenges but ever since it would just load challenges and I’m left with a blank screen with music playing. I’ve tried everything restarts hard resetting everything I’ve tried it all but it won’t work.Can't Call Timeout?
So, I'm trying to do the "Show Off" challenge under study partners and even though I have three time outs shown, it won't let me call timeout, either through the controller, or by pausing. (Timeout isn't even an option in that menu.) Anyone else having that issue? Without being able to use the TOs, it's nearly impossible. I had one pass, then kicked the FG (you're down by four) and left myself nearly 1:50 to get the ball back, which I could have done with TOs. Without them, they just ran the clock on me.Madden Ultimate Team servers down
I’ve checked my internet connection. Restarted my PS5 and shut it off and turned it back on. Won’t load challenges on MUT. Keep getting error our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later. But when I go to franchise mode I can play no problem. Needs fixed ASAP!!!!!
Servers are a still awful disconnects need to be fixed
I can’t believe EA has still not fixed its servers they’re awful. Was playing my solo seasons today and disconnected 3 games in a row in the first quarter everting thing else on my pc still has internet and no other game disconnects like Madden does. Disconnecting is frustrating but counting it as a LOSS when I’m up by 20+ points is absurd I could understand if it was a online h2h but this is SOLO SEASONS JUST LET ME REPLAY THE GAME FROM THE BEGINNING. If I’m losing when I disconnect sure count it as a loss but how can this be overlooked year after year. The disconnects have been my biggest gripe year after year it always stay the same.Player Abilities Do Not Show Up In Game
For the last 2 weeks or so, I have been unable to play with my players' x-factor/superstar abilities. I have tried everything I know, unequipped the abilities and re-applied, refunded the abelites and re-bought them, made a new lineup, and even tried re installing the game and nothing works. It says that they are applied in the Lineup screen but in game there in nothing! Not sure what to do or how to fix but its pretty annoying spending hundreds of coins on abilities for them not to work! Not to mention all I've wasted trying to fix the simplest glitch... HOW CAN I FIX EA FIX PLEASE
