Not getting any xp
I don’t get any xp for playing solos, or the events, or head to head. Like I spend money on the premium pass and I can’t even level up cause I have nothing I can do for xp. I’m capped at level 42 with no ability to obtain xp. This needs to be resolved or players need to be compensated for the xp loss or even refunded the premium pass.Mut Squads connection
It takes endless tries to get into a Mut squads game we managed to get in the game twice, the first game one of our teammates gets kicked before 1 play & the game freezes after the first touchdown 1 minute in The second game the game is frozen on the end of quarter screen. I wasted so much time trying to get into a game & finally getting in just to not end the first quarter.The Autumn Classic H2H Event desync equals a loss??? How!!!
So I was playing this player and all he was doing was throwing Hail Marys talking about pick the ball and once I got a 4th and out on him, I scored a TD. Now he has the ball and keep throwing Hail Mary again and once I pick the ball off, the game started to glitch out and lag and talking about the connection to your pier is having trouble and is trying to reconnect. So I paused. The game waited about 30 seconds to see if the connection will be better and the game just completely froze. I had to call the time out and then the game was still laggy and take forever to pick a play to even do to play. After that, I just couldn’t pick a play anymore couldn’t press any buttons nothing was working and then about few minutes later it said the desync has occurred. The scores and stats and quit from this game will not be recorded and then once I got back to the home screen I had a loss on my record from that game from playing that opponent and it was a desync. I Don’t know if this player was cheating but the game glitched, it’s weird to get a loss from a desync. This needs to be fixed ASAP!!!Question about ranked
Hello I notice that my rank says I'm top 100, but I didn't receive the badge or anything for my rank. I tried to check the leaderboard as well, but it's not loading. I'm worried that I'm going to get the wrong reward. Has this happened to anyone else, and can anyone help? Thank you.Madden 26 falsely banned
Hi everyone, I just got a notice that my Madden 26 account was permanently banned from the Auction House and Companion App for alleged “Coin distribution,” and all my Coins were removed. I want to be clear — I have never bought, sold, or sent Coins through third parties. I only earn Coins through playing MUT and using the Auction House. Within the 2 months I’ve spent hundreds of dollars buying MUT Points directly from the in-game store, and I can provide receipts or purchase history to prove it. The only big transaction I made recently was buying the 85 OVR saquon Barkley card for 1.5 million Coins, which was a legitimate Auction House purchase for my team. I’ve already created a case with EA, but how long do those even take? In the meantime, this is honestly dumb and feels like I’m being robbed of both my time and the legitimate money I’ve put into the game. I’ve done nothing wrong. I’ve put in over 700 hours into the game and feel real disappointed on how it has turned out. Has anyone else gone through this? Is there a way to get EA to review cases faster? Thanks,

So when collector series dropped the first set On September 15, as soon as it released 1:30pm I bought jsn and the other card I forget which at like. 700k coins did I over pay yes did I do anything wrong no. I did the set sold all the cards as the game allows you to do . I get back on at night full account ban. I go through Ea help 4 times all 4 appeals denied. Then suddenly 12 days later I try to log in and im able to after the fact, I get an email from EaFerg apologizing assuring me this wouldn't happen again. Fast forward to 2 days ago, I have a sense in my head that the x4 raiders strat item is underpriced at I think it was 1.8 million coins. So I buy it then I see poof no more in the store so I got to post it on the auction house for 4 million coins. I keep playing my game as normal make a Bucs theme team since they are the best in the game. I log in yesterday , behold the email saying I Buy or distribute coins. I know for a fact they can see the amount of Dollars any one person puts into this game. Im A "VIP" what ever thats supposed to mean, Eaferg told me it wouldn't happen again. They decided that they are taking my 10 million coins that ive spend hundreds of dollars on pack to get and restricting my access to the auction house. Let me say it here very clearly EA, Either clear my account OR lets go to court , It is completely unjust for me to be banned just because Im playing the game, there are plenty od streamers like "buffalokay" who dedicate streaming to help players work the market or PREP for new cards. all I do I play the game. Anyone can go through my 2 phone laptop iPad Mac book and desktop and you wouldn't find anything anywhere me communicating to anyone that Im in any way shape or form doing anything against the rules. I would appreciate if someone actually helped me like EaFerg did about a month ago and y'all stoped denying my appeal that appears to get denied by bots. Until that time I will make a post on every single Madden MCS tweet about these unjust actions taken against me foe playing the game I love fair and square. I try and play with my friend in squads duos, and everytime it starts to load it says the players joined then I get hit with a message saying “our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later”. This has been happening for weeks now, i’ve done everything and it still doesn’t work. deleted the game redownloaded and everything and still nothing. Please help me.
