STILL MISSING RANKED REWARD!!!!
I’m posting this to bring attention to an issue that EA seems determined to ignore. There is a significant number of players still missing their Madden Ranked Reward cards, and EA has shown little to no effort in resolving it. I’ve personally opened multiple support cases, and was eventually assigned a case manager named Neel. Initially, I believed this meant EA was taking my issue seriously. Unfortunately, it’s become clear that this was just a tactic to stop me from opening new cases — not to actually help. Despite being promised compensation by another EA rep (Manjeet), I’ve received no updates, no resolution, and no transparency. Neel acknowledged the issue but later contradicted the original promise, saying there’s no compensation plan. Since then, I’ve been completely ignored. It’s obvious EA wants affected players to simply give up and accept that we won’t receive the rewards we earned — or any compensation for the inconvenience. This is unacceptable. I’m disgusted by the lack of communication, transparency, and accountability from the EA Madden team. We deserve better. If you’re also missing your ranked rewards, speak up. Let’s make sure this issue doesn’t get swept under the rug. EA, do better.Zero Chill H2H Event - Missing Token
I beat tier 1 of the event going 10-1 never received my token I did get my snow but wondering where my token is. I’ve heard to restart the app or check the season 4 events field pass neither of those worked for me unfortunately would love to get the token to get Parham considering multiple people received a second token a few days ago but I haven’t even gotten one, also so many times when exciting the game it just doesn’t count the win I don’t think it should be this hard to figure out [CM - updated thread title for visibility]
No rewards in Solo Seasons: The League or The Run
Is anyone playing the solo season, The League or the Run, and not getting the packs at the end of each win? I played the 10 games, then the playoffs and Superbowl, and only got two packs. The same is true for the Run. I get the minimum or nothing. I see the reward screen with no rewards, just the title at the bottom saying “rewards.” I click, and nothing happens. I also, see that I should of had packs or coins or both at specific wins but I tried uninstalling the game and give hours from logging in to see a fix. At this point I'm grinding for a Hail Mary pack after 5 or 10 wins lol any help will be welcomed. Thanks!Can't login to Mut
I haven't been able to login in since Friday morning. I think it's related to having the Rams jerseys upgraded with team chems. This isn't our fault as it was a bug that EA missed. Why punish us. We now have missed 3 days of exp and the HHM challenges. This is effecting our gaming experience. I think this is some bs that it takes 3+ days to fix this problem. When it's a glitch that benefits us they fix it ASAP. I hope this gets fixed ASAP and we get some kind of make right for missing season exp and daily challenges.Zero Chill - week 3 challenges
Zero Chill -> Zero Chill Stats -> Record Rushing Yards with 4 ZC Players 0/2000 doesn't seem to be tracking correctly. I played three games in one of the required game flavors (MUT -> The League -> Regular Season) and got several of the ZC stats to update correctly (Score Points, Team Tackles, Kickoff Returns) but the rushing yards is screwed up. I averaged 200+ yards rushing in the three games I played (and got some ZC stats in challenges elsewhere, as well) and I'm standing at 226/2000 rushing yards after those three games, a total that should have risen to abut 600+ yards at the pace I was rushing. So, get the liquid plumber and plunger and un-jam this clogged objective, please. I've been scrounging for snow flakes to afford some of the stuff in the snow flakes store.
