Connectivity issues causing lost progress in Visa BYOT CPU Event
I've been playing Madden 26 Ultimate Team on my Xbox Series X, and have been quite frustrated with issues involving server connectivity causing a loss of progress. I have spend numerous hours attempting to complete the Visa BYOT CPU Draft event, and have been disconnected mid game two runs in a row. I often listen to music while playing, and opening the Spotify app on my Xbox seems to be the cause of the disconnect. This problem has costed me about 10 hours of progress, and its getting exhausting at this point. Yesterday all my coins were stripped from me. Over 7 million coins. Let me be clear I have never bought or sold coins. I just play to build my team and have fun. I grind out challenges and events. I do sell most of the cards unless it fits my Chicago bears theme team or a player I like. I like a lot of you scored a bunch of limited on those presents and sold that’s how I got to 7 million. My account was suspended on November 21, 2025 for "Coin distribution" in which I have never bought or sold coins. I had over 1000+ hours on madden 26 with over 70M coins from working the auction house. I have put in around 10-25 appeals regarding this and asking EA to please look at it seriously. I have made many EA support chats and talked with agents in which they tell me to just go through the process with the TOS team in which I have every time I get the same response saying they have looked over it and feel the ban is justified. I know for a fact the ban cannot be justified and I have seen so many other people within the community with the same problems. I just do not understand how im not able to talk to someone about this problem i have. I cant even talk with the TOS team as they say they are not showing my any evidence regarding the suspension. Today I received this email saying they are never looking at it again basically telling me to stop appealing. How can that make any sense for someone that buys ones product and spends their time on it to basically say we don't want to help you stop appealing? If anybody at EA or with EA connections happens to see this I would really like to talk about this but im sure nothing will be done about this sadly. Woke up this morning to an email saying Ive been banned from online play in Madden 26 for "cheating". I played for w weeks in August/September and properly started playing on Christmas Eve this year. Spent all of Chrisgmas week till yesterday grinding levels, building my team and have only played 6 or so online matches (started day before yesterday) Ive NEVER, ever done anything to break any rules and have dropped real money to get my team started by buying packs. I have no idea what exactly I'm being banned for and I feel extremely aggrieved. Is anyone else having this same issue with the passing meter in their MUT squads online lobbies? When i play with my friends in squads and i am the offensive coordinator, controlling the QB. I have this bug, and have had it since the launch of the game; where i go to pass the ball (placement and accuracy passing style) and i can ONLY get a "red" pass or "yellow" accuracy on my bar. I have no "green (good pass)" or "blue (perfect pass). So i am stuck with yellow accuracy the whole game, leaving it up to RNG on if the pass will be a good pass or a DUCK. This is only happening for me in online squads modes, but if i play franchise/mut challenges/ even online 1v1 my passing meter works just fine on placement and accuracy passing style. i have tried the standard troubleshooting methods that EA has sent me and they dont have an answer for me for a fix. my MUT also isnt keeping track of my wins and losses at all, not sure if the two are related at all or not but thought it was also worth mentioning.Solved131Views1like3Comments
