Falsely banned from online play in Madden 26 for "cheating". HELP...
Woke up this morning to an email saying Ive been banned from online play in Madden 26 for "cheating". I played for w weeks in August/September and properly started playing on Christmas Eve this year. Spent all of Chrisgmas week till yesterday grinding levels, building my team and have only played 6 or so online matches (started day before yesterday) Ive NEVER, ever done anything to break any rules and have dropped real money to get my team started by buying packs. I have no idea what exactly I'm being banned for and I feel extremely aggrieved. Is anyone else having this same issue with the passing meter in their MUT squads online lobbies? When i play with my friends in squads and i am the offensive coordinator, controlling the QB. I have this bug, and have had it since the launch of the game; where i go to pass the ball (placement and accuracy passing style) and i can ONLY get a "red" pass or "yellow" accuracy on my bar. I have no "green (good pass)" or "blue (perfect pass). So i am stuck with yellow accuracy the whole game, leaving it up to RNG on if the pass will be a good pass or a DUCK. This is only happening for me in online squads modes, but if i play franchise/mut challenges/ even online 1v1 my passing meter works just fine on placement and accuracy passing style. i have tried the standard troubleshooting methods that EA has sent me and they dont have an answer for me for a fix. my MUT also isnt keeping track of my wins and losses at all, not sure if the two are related at all or not but thought it was also worth mentioning.Solved106Views1like3CommentsMISSING TOKEN
I did the event in madden nfl 26 in ultimate team. I went 10-0 and was suppose to receive my token and you guys did not give it to me and there’s multiple people that have the same issue. Hey Yall. Yesterday I was on Madden Ultimate Team buying and selling cards and all off a sudden my coin stack of 2.4M just disappeared. Just went from 2.4M to 0 out of nowhere. I logged out, deleted app, reset Xbox because I thought is was a visual glitch. I was not banned from the account house. I have never bought or sold coins in Madden 26 from any third party site. Im not sure how to send in an appeal to try to get my coins back so if anyone knows how LET ME KNOW. Today I logged on this morning and the coins have still not came back. Hello. Last week I woke up to a coin distribution notice and over 4 million coins were taken from my account. I was not banned from the account house. I have never bought or sold coins in Madden 26 from any third party site. I sent in an appeal to try to get my coins back. Today it was rejected with no specific. Just I violated one of the policies which I DID NOT. How disgusting! I hope this post spreads awareness. I can't even find anywhere to file an appeal I've never got a penalty in any game ever and it says I've been permanently banned from the auction house and my coins were taken. I purchased early access of Madden 26. Three weeks after playing MUT and getting demolished by players with better cards I decide to give in and buy 12k coins from EA. I purchase a pack and pull a good player. I finally win ONE superbowl and get banned for cheating. I am assuming that I was hacked by the player I was playing but EA will not respond with a LIVE PERSON. When you put in a support ticket, your met with more automation. I am 37 years old. I don’t have time to cheat. I have a full time career and 4 children. Has anyone else experienced this?
