Can’t buy Golden Ticket Pack Error
I'm glad I came on here and saw multiple people are having the same issue I'm having. I purchased $70 of Madden points for the "GT Current Release Opportunity Pack" limit of 3. I spent that much money so I could open all three. I opened the first one fine, it worked. Went to buy the second one and got the "Unable to complete transaction. Please contact customer service it this persists." l've restarted Madden twice, restarted my console. Still not working, I'm pretty pissed. I knew I shouldn't have spent that much money to literally feel scammed. It's annoying too because this pack is only available for another 2 days. EA you guys owe us free GT's or something. I'm trying to get Rodgers for my Steelers Theme team. EA has gotten a good chunk of money from me too so this is really annoying. Nobody works weekends at EA??? I was flagged for coin distribution for transferring coins from my ALT account to my main account. I was unaware that was against the TOS. Prior to the transferring I had approximately 7 million and transferred 3mill to make my total 10 mill. EA flagged this and took ALL my coins as a “warning”…rightfully so. HOWEVER! The next day I decided to sell all my sellable cards to get my coins back up. Got 1.9 million legitimately through normal action house transactions. I was then BANNED from the auction house and all my coins were taken again for “Coin distribution” a new case was made and then taken away for being a “duplicate” case…but my auction house ban is still active and my 1.9 coin count is no where to be seen. Feeling hopeless that this will not be handled correctly. I love Madden and I have never bought coins or sold them, this was a mistake and I hope this message reaches someone at EA. Has anyone else bid on a high value player and before the the auction time was up went and bought the same card outright. And it never gave the bid amount back. The coins are just gone? I’m playing Madden 26 on Xbox and as of today I cannot access Ultimate Team at all. The Ultimate Team option is completely unresponsive — I can’t hover over it or click it. Other game modes and menus work fine, but Ultimate Team is not selectable in any way. I’ve already tried: - Restarting the game - Restarting my Xbox - Reconnecting my internet Nothing fixed the issue. EA Support told me this may be a “merging issue” and that other players are experiencing this as well. It sounds like an account or server-side problem, not a local issue. For the last 3 weeks or so, when my buddy and I try to play squads, it instantly joins matchmaking, then kicks us both to the main menu, saying that there is a "server error". We've played UT Squads together since madden 18/19 and have never had this issue. Both on next gen consoles, with high speed internet, both in the same time zone. I can play solo ranked as well, but no teams. We've tried everything. Different host, keeping open the third player option, resetting games, closing games.... PLEASE HELP. If anyone has had this issue and has a resolution. Getting pretty fed up with how many glitches and issues are in this game. Feels like its crashing 10x more than any previous madden. THANK YOU! I've been playing Madden 26 Ultimate Team on my Xbox Series X, and have been quite frustrated with issues involving server connectivity causing a loss of progress. I have spend numerous hours attempting to complete the Visa BYOT CPU Draft event, and have been disconnected mid game two runs in a row. I often listen to music while playing, and opening the Spotify app on my Xbox seems to be the cause of the disconnect. This problem has costed me about 10 hours of progress, and its getting exhausting at this point.
