I just lost 2Ms on MUT 26
Hey Yall. Yesterday I was on Madden Ultimate Team buying and selling cards and all off a sudden my coin stack of 2.4M just disappeared. Just went from 2.4M to 0 out of nowhere. I logged out, deleted app, reset Xbox because I thought is was a visual glitch. I was not banned from the account house. I have never bought or sold coins in Madden 26 from any third party site. Im not sure how to send in an appeal to try to get my coins back so if anyone knows how LET ME KNOW. Today I logged on this morning and the coins have still not came back. Hello. Last week I woke up to a coin distribution notice and over 4 million coins were taken from my account. I was not banned from the account house. I have never bought or sold coins in Madden 26 from any third party site. I sent in an appeal to try to get my coins back. Today it was rejected with no specific. Just I violated one of the policies which I DID NOT. How disgusting! I hope this post spreads awareness. I can't even find anywhere to file an appeal I've never got a penalty in any game ever and it says I've been permanently banned from the auction house and my coins were taken. I purchased early access of Madden 26. Three weeks after playing MUT and getting demolished by players with better cards I decide to give in and buy 12k coins from EA. I purchase a pack and pull a good player. I finally win ONE superbowl and get banned for cheating. I am assuming that I was hacked by the player I was playing but EA will not respond with a LIVE PERSON. When you put in a support ticket, your met with more automation. I am 37 years old. I don’t have time to cheat. I have a full time career and 4 children. Has anyone else experienced this? Made an unfortunate mistake.
I haven't played Madden in a very long time, so Madden 26 was my first game back. Unfortunately I was Auction House Banned 10 days after purchasing the game. I wasn't entirely familiar with everything in the TOS but I accepted coins from a friend to help build me a team and regrettable bought coins, I wasn't familiar much with how bad it was and with everyone promoting it, I assumed it was okay. After this and being banned for the entire game cycle. Hello, I am contacting y’all because I purchased Madden points for Madden 26 and when I purchased my first load, it was for 2800 and then after I purchased it, the points did not go on my account. You could look at my purchase history and I will show y’all so then I purchased 500 Madden points to see if it will come up and then it came up so when I seen that, that’s when I purchased another 2800 when I purchased that one the points that I already had disappeared and the new points popped up so I purchased points. They didn’t come up then I purchased more. It came up then I purchased another load of points which was 2800 points again and then the ones I had disappeared. Hi everyone, I just got a notice that my Madden 26 account was permanently banned from the Auction House and Companion App for alleged “Coin distribution,” and all my Coins were removed. I want to be clear — I have never bought, sold, or sent Coins through third parties. I only earn Coins through playing MUT and using the Auction House. Within the past week I’ve spent several hundred dollars buying MUT Points directly from the in-game store, and I can provide receipts or purchase history to prove it. The only big transaction I made recently was buying the 97 OVR Brock Bowers card for 3 million Coins, which was a legitimate Auction House purchase for my team. I’ve already created a case with EA, but how long do those even take? In the meantime, this is honestly dumb and feels like I’m being robbed of both my time and the legitimate money I’ve put into the game. I’ve done nothing wrong. Has anyone else gone through this? Is anyone else having issues loading up challenges? In ultimate team, when legends dropped yesterday, august 16th 2025, I clicked on the challenges tab and waited for several minutes on the motion background where particles are flying across the field on the 10 yd line and nothing popped up, I couldn’t select any of the challenges or back out once I selected the challenges tab. I followed the instructions for trouble shooting, clearing Mac data, restart device, and re-install game, and still nothing it continues to show that it’s loading but no challenges pop up. The screen is completely blank with no options to select a challenge I have to completely back out of the game and reload the game before starting another ultimate team option. All other functions of the game work, head to head, ranked, the standouts event, auction house, all functional. Challenges are not visible when the tab is selected. My gamertag is: Jo Smoov. I have been playing since 8:30am there was an update but I downloaded then played, after some challenges went to main mut screen around 11:30 am got standout free pack opened then game crashed and now it’s telling me to pick a team pass, I haven’t yet but I restored my license restarted my ps5 and might try to delete game and redownload but I work today so might way till tonight and hope for best before redownloading it, but seriously spent $300 on game already since I don’t get to play much need a good team, 40hrs on game and I have to choose a team pass?👎🏽Solved144Views0likes11CommentsWhy is my record undefined on Madden NFL 26 Ultimate Team
