Synchronization problem in Split Fiction
Hello, We encountered a bug during one of the episodes (co-op section with the blue bomb/rocket mechanic). The issue occurs when Player 1 shoots the blue bomb. On Player 1’s screen, the bomb hits the correct target (for example, the second large box). However, on Player 2’s screen, the bomb appears to hit a completely different object (for example, the fourth box instead of the second). This creates a synchronization problem between players. Because of this desync, we are unable to correctly trigger the mechanism needed to open the gate, as the blue rocket does not register on the same object for both players. As a result, progression becomes impossible. Please let us know if you need a video or additional information. Thank you.It takes Two online play with Nintendo switch does not work. I purchased this to play online with my boyfriend it won't allow us to connect or play. Amazon won't refund a digital game purchase. Ea support is horrible they won't do anything. So basically I lost $40 on a game I can't play. My boyfriend lives away from me so we can't play it. I wasted my money on a game that EA should help fix problem since it's their issue. Nobody will help or refund. Error 10580190000 won't allow us to connect to EA servers. Nothing helps. Tried everything. Buyer please be aware do not buy. You can not play. I don't wish people to buy it and be out $40 like me on a game that can't be played.
Wild Hearts Crashing when loading into Minato (Chapter 4 and beyond)
Every time I've tried to log in now for the past couple of days to continue the story because I do enjoy this game I get hit with an un-identifiable crash for the game because no error code pops up in the EA app. I was playing the game problem free until 2 days ago when this first started but its persisted through a fresh reinstall of the game which is kind of baffling to me. Its the moment I load into Minato the game just locks up and immediately crashes, no error code to fall back on or anything, just a dead process and no feasible way out of it. When I made a backup of my save data and did a little save reset by loading into a new save that works and is playable but the moment I try to load my original save it crashes immediately. Reviving this discussion because the other thread was shut down for replies due to being old. When trying to connect through "online play." I can't get in and get the message that "Your account settings has changed. Please connect again now." I just bought the game and set up the link to the EA account to my nintendo account. I tried unlinking and relinking. I tried resetting the time and clearing the cache. I tried using a manual DNS. Nothing has worked so far.Can’t play It Takes Two Online on switch
Hi, pretty much self explanatory. I haven’t been able to play online with my couple :( It’s the only reason we bought this game and it sucks. We both keep getting the same error: 105-80190000, even though we are obvious connected to different networks. We’ve tried clearing our cache, restating the router, syncing the clock via Internet and nothing seems to work. I found an old thread where the OP managed to solve the problem by changing the public IP address but they never explained how they did this :( Help is really appreciatedUnable to connect to game lobby: players are using incompatible game versions.
Hello guys, So... my friend gifted me Split Fiction on Steam, I installed it right away and was excited to play... BUT, this message always pop up and was not able to play it ever... this was gifted to me for more than weeks now but I'm still not able to play it... we've searched everywhere for a solution still no luck... My drivers are updated, I meet recommended requirements to play the game AGAIN still no luck... The same friend who gifted me the game also has the full version of the game but he is able to play it with our other friends... Game crashes at launch
started playing a way out again recently, and out of no where, from the next time i launched the game, it always crashed, I tried reinstalling, something to do with environmental variables, launching with both dx11 and 12, and nothing changed. I purchased a digital copy of split fiction in person and the code for redemption is coming up as an error code of 9001-0040 saying it’s already been used even though it is not in my virtual game cards or Home Screen on the switch 2. Is it possible to get the redemption date to see if it was used and returned, or get the error fixed? We're having an issue in one of the sci fi levels where P1 opening a hole in the barrier is not showing up on P2's screen, and nor is the hole itself working when P2 tries to jump or shoot through it. P1 view first image and P2 view second image. (both players on PC and P1 bought the game on steam).Main Menu Glitch

Unable to connect to ea server
Hi I have had this problem with 2 games. the sims (cant go online ) and now i pusched split fiction and i get that i cant play becuse it cant connect to eas servers. When i exit the games my EA app i disconnected and my wifi on my ps is off.. i re connect it and same happens when i try the games agian. ehen i tried it on steam it works fine. when i use my hotspot frome my phone it works, i have had it guys from my internet provider thet says it is a ea problem. so how do i fix it? Split fiction gave me an errror code 102-40050000PC Qualifies for Split Fiction, but refuses to run?
I have completed It Takes Two 4 times on this computer. Bought Split fiction, downloaded properly through Steam, Tried starting it up, as it just glows green on the profile signaling an error, nothing starts up, no pop ups, then verified the game files,, I don't want to have to return it. Updated Graphics Driver, I meet minimum requirements,, just refuses to run? Would love some help shining a light on if there's something I haven't tried yet. Cannot figure out the issue. The first time I tried installing it, it would only download to 43%. I had to uninstall the game and then reinstall it, not allowing the game update to install. It downloaded to 87% and then just says “installation stopped” after spending 3+ hours reinstalling the game. We have the discs (there are two), not the digital download, for the game. I’ve never experienced this before. Thank you for your help!Just bought this game And can’t hear all the sounds.. disappointing
First time trying to play this after buying and downloading it today and can’t hear the characters talking or other things, only sounds like them walking and other background sounds can be heard, I’ve looked up fixes and tried those but no luck. Very disappointing as now the game won’t be enjoyable. Is there any hope here before I ask for a refund? FYI I’m playing on a XBox X
