Mass Effect legendary edition doing odd things on EA App
I got a weird problem. Yesterday, when I wanted to play Mass Effect: Legendary Edition, it instead of play it wanted me to take out a ea play subscription to play a game I bought last year or the year before! Then I click at top of ea app then suddenly it remembered I bought the game and have played it, but any attempt to view my achievements in the game, I then get this: take out an EA Play subscription to play the game. It says EA Play Pro exclusive. I tried everything, but it seems EA App is determined not to let me play a game I bought on the EA App. I maybe in 4 hrs got to play it once for a few hours, then this ea play sub kept coming back. What is going on? Also this game is getting very glitchy all of a sudden, and every few times, it now wants to repair the game. I play the game on PC and bought it on the EA App either last year or 2024. By Mass Effect: Legendary edition I mean the name it has on the EA App not the first mass effect game.
CORRUPT SAVE BROKE ME3 ENTIRELY
Is this seriously the only way to get help? Come the EFF on EA! HOW DO I SUBMIT A HELP TICKET? I HAVE A CORRUPTED SAVE FILE AND YOUR JANKY FORCED CLOUD SAVE SYNC KEEPS forcing a re-sync and breaking my freaking game. Save file got corrupted or something on ME3 during the Omega mission. Now ME3 Crashes on startup. DELETED ENTIRE GAME. STILL CRASHES. DELETED ALL SAVE FILES. STARTED GAME WITH WIFI DISABLED, STILL CRASHES. So you've bricked my $80 game and ruined hundreds of hours of save time. A FREAKING PLUS YOU NUMBSKULLS.Mass Effect 3, via EA App; Cannot access Online DLC features; CASE NO. 25129279
NOTE: I post this here because EA Live Support explicitly told me that posting here for ME3 Community Managers was the only way to fix the issue. This after approx. 1.5 hours speaking with 2 different representatives who were as helpful as they reasonably could be. CASE NO. 25129279 was given to me so I could provide reference to that conversation. I own the 2012 version of ME3 on the EA App. I use it to play the Online/multiplayer game mode. Upon fresh install, I do not have access to the DLC characters or maps. But the EA App version of the game explicitly is supposed to have access to all DLC, and I have used these DLC features on previous installs. I request assistance in re-enabling my account's access to these features. Thank you[Xbox Series S] Mass Effect 2, legendary Edition, cannot save
So I'm playing on my Xbox series S (got the craving to go through the trilogy again), and I cannot seem to save when I'm playing ME2 in the legendary edition. I've tried a plethora of things such as uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing the cache, restarting multiple times just to see if it was a glitched save scenario, etc. I've currently narrowed it down to being if I try and import my character from ME1 legendary edition I cannot save, but if I use "generic shep" instead I can save. Which is extremely frustrating because I spent so much time on ME1 obviously I want to use my save!! I should also point out when I say I cannot save, I mean when I hit save it does the whole thing of "saving don't shut off" in the bottom left but if I go into the save/load menu none of my saves are in there. Any help would be appreciated, I've been googling for a few days now and I couldn't find any answers.
Mass Effect 3 unable to authorize DLCs & online pass
Hello, I recently reinstalled ME3 after a couple years for the multiplayer, when opening the game i was greeted by a message saying that it was unable to authorize a bunch of DLCS listed, then multiplayer is also inaccessible and is asking me for an online pass. (see attached screenshots) I already reached out to support 3 separate times for this, the first 2 told me to basically f off and go ask steam, the 3rd had me delete the dlc files and repair the game install, which I read here worked for others but sadly not for me as I still got the same errors. I also tried deleting the license folder which also didn't work. Hope someone here can provide other fixes or tips that I could try, many thanks! :)
Mass Effect 3 (steam) not launching
Game fails to launch when trying to launch ME3 (2012) on steam. I've tried deleting my license folder. Uninstalling the game. Uninstalling the EA app. Even tried launching directly from the game's .EXE file. Every time, the EA pop up for preparing my game happens then either: 1. Nothing happens 2. Steam says it's in game, and windows task manager shows the game running in background processes. I'm at a loss at this point. I own the Legendary Edition, and that launches just fine. No clue why I can't play 3 for it's multiplayer all of a sudden.
Mass Effect Andromeda Windows 11
Hello, is there any thing that Windows 11 users don't run ea games? I bought it on steam and definitely enjoyed mass effect legend until June 15th, but I tried to start it right after I bought Andromeda on the 29th, but I only saw a brief loading of the game's execution, and then it came back to ea app. I've tried all the methods on the internet, but I'm still experiencing the same phenomenon, and I can't even run Dragon Age 2. Windows 10 users are using it well. I really want to play this game.Mass Effects future for games.
Story and Narrative: - Emotional character depth and life: Give Companions and key characters strong personalities, meaningful dialogue, and genuine emotional arcs that players connect with - Iconic music and timing: Bring back memorable and emotionally resonant music that hits at the right moments to elevate key scenes like the leaving of earth for example. - Preserving fan favorite species: Do not sideline or remove major races like Quarians and Geth. They are deeply loved and should play significant roles. - Memorable Environments: Deliver visually striking and intriguing locations similar to the collector ship (ME2) , Geth ship (ME3) , and Earth battlefield (ME3). These moments help make the universe feel alive and cinematic. - Replayability and Motivation: Maintain a strong branching of outcomes based on relationships and player choices. Inspiring speeches and moments that motivate players and encourage multiple play throughs or increase that rich cinematic experience. - Cinematics: Keep the original Huge war cutscenes with future games like the space battle on ME3 were amazing to see and really make the games shine. Future Features: - Playable Alien/Customization: Allow players to create and play as customizable Asari,Turian,Krogan,Geth, or Quarian characters in the campaign. This would be an incredible way to deepen immersion and let fans live out their own stories in the Mass effect universe but stay true to lore and story. - Multiplayer return: The mass effect 3 multiplayer was one of the best co-op modes of its era bringing it back - with meaningful progression tied to single player galaxy (Similar to the original asset contribution system and difficulty tiers) Would be a very well received by the community. Character Design direction: - Male characters: We want clear Confident masculinity: Rugged,Athletic, and imposing builds that feel powerful and capable - Examples of successful fan favorites from other franchises: Leon,Dom,Marcus,Master chief they are battle hardened veterans or heroic champions who dominate the battlefield in presence and physicality. - Female characters: We want them to embody stylized glamour and visual appeal beautiful,sexy, and athletic designs that serve as eye candy without crossing into explicit or nude territory. They should be feminine, attractive, and aspirational. Strong and capable while remaining visually striking and appealing in classic action game tradition. Examples from other franchises: Lara croft, Sheva , Claire, Jill , etc... Optional / Bonus : Adding mod tools and cross play. Campaign edits or private multiplayer lobbies for maps/game modes would make it a forever game. Examples: Arma , Minecraft , Skyrim, etc... making the ultimate sandbox. I believe this would Make Mass effect super successful and I tried to keep it as professional as possible along with modern wording. Anyone who supports this post and shares it thank you from the bottom of my heart. I really do want to help improve gaming from how it shifted over the years. MEA Multiplayer Connections Limited ping Kickout in Case of FPS Drops
Hello DEVs , OKEY i will Login to Play My Favorite Game Mass Effect Andromeda Multiplayer, BUT !:Am in Total Confuse About Why The Connection inside this Game is keep Kicking me Out Even iam Choosing Europ Region and i Play all the games with good or medium fps but in This Case Your Mass Effect Andromeda Keep Kicking me Out Can you FIX That PLEASE ! ! And modify The Connection to not Kick Players if they are just slicly got a drop of fps ! The Game is Coop We are not Even Killing Each Others . SO NO ONE IS GONA BE UPSET if somone got drop ping/fps ... Do you know what is realy making THE PLAYER UPSET is when players of the squad got kicked at last Rounds Wave 6/7 ! Or in Case i am the host they will all got migration into Round One Wave-1 cause your connection has some sort of limit player ping or fps that is hidden in your System the game doesnt have that to fix it in The Menu ...
Can EA PLEASE remove the EA App Requirement for Mass Effect LE on Steam?
Since there's some other EA games that doesn't require the EA App on Steam, then why does Mass Effect Legendary Edition need the EA App Requirement? Can EA or anyone who works at EA or BioWare remove the EA App Requirement from the game on Steam? For any Answers, is it possible to know the possible answers to know why or why not? I'm not saying it like the Community 100% knows the answer but from guessing and such then..maybe?
