PVZ2 Return player
I’m a returning player of Plants vs Zombies 2 on Android, and I’m currently having trouble recovering my old progress. I already tried binding/logging into my account (the one I used before), but my saved game progress is not loading from the cloud. Instead, it just starts a fresh game. It also seems like my current GAME ID is not connected to my old progress at all. I attempted to contact EA Help through a live agent, but after the session ended, I didn’t receive any case number or email confirmation. Is this normal? I’m worried my request didn’t actually go through. Has anyone experienced something similar? *Account login works but progress doesn’t sync *GAME ID appears different or unlinked *No case number after contacting support If so, how did you resolve it? Did you need your old Player ID or purchase receipts? Any advice would be appreciated. I’d really like to recover my old account. Thanks in advance!
Need to transfer Spore to my EA account
Do not tell me to "keep trying contact support", because I can not. The "live chat" AI just tells me to refer to self help that doesn't answer my issue. I need a way to contact support, but there is none - when I try to open live chat, it just tells me that it is not an issue that's supported by it. Please, do not lock this thread without answering the question. The ticket system also just sends me back to the self-help page which, again, doesn't help. Please tell me how exactly, precisely do I pester the AI or whatever to connect me with a support agent? Or is there an email I can contact that will actually respond?Forced Renovation of homes
The forced renovation on homes provides no value to the player. If you do the renovation the earnings is only 50 simoleons and It takes time to get the house back to upgrade for the right number of simoleons. It should be the players choice to request a renovation NOT EA’s.Game keeps crashing and freezing career mode.
So ever since the latest update happened.When I signed up.With Chelsea.When you go into development plans and you go to change your left midfielders to wingers.It ends up freezing and kicking you off the game.I only find out this is only.With Chelsea , no other clubEA GAME CRASH
for the past 3 days now whenever i've tried to get into my game it'll show an error code amd tell me to restart the app or exit it. then when i do try to get back into my game it doesn't seem to work. and even if most times i do get in it can show me different error codes like '122' or '123' etc ive turned off cc and mods and most times it didnt work until i logged off and in agai. the app is getting buggy after the date, theres no inbuilt system to help me identify the main issues of not just one game but multiple others and i really need it fixed.Bejweled Stars mobile app crashing
App stopped working. Playing on Android mobile and the app is up to date. This is the 3rd time this has happened. Every time I get to the 700/800 levels the app breaks. First it stopped allowing progress for stars I collect. Then it stopped loading the daily challenges and allowing them to be played along with not opening new levels when I clicked on them. I am also having an issue with my constellations saying ready but when I click on it it only shows completed constellations and does not let me progress past my most recently completed constellation. It will not progress to the next constellation with stars I have earned and add them to a new constellation. As of today it now just crashes when you try to open it. It doesn't open, just give an error (com.safedk.android.SafeDKApplication keeps closing) and says to close the app. I have cleared my cache but not my data as I don't want to lose my progress. If I uninstall/reinstall I lose all my progress (again). I've already done that twice. If I'm ever able to get the app open again I can take acreenshots of the other issues.CFB 26 Ultimate Team
I’m just confused as to why I would spend my money with you guys (over $100 so far) in order to get in-game currency to buy packs, to build my ultimate team. Then when I go to do ultimate team challenges, I can’t even use my ultimate team in some of them? Sounds like you guys are scamming your customers once again. If I’m playing ultimate team, I should be playing with my ultimate team that I paid money for. This is the last title I’ll be purchasing and or spending any money on micro transactions for. I’ll never understand the need for greed in a corporate setting such as this. All you want is our money you’re not here to actually create a game and updated properly based off of community input. Most of the challenges have been bugged since release and it’s been 9 months without a patch. What are you guys even doing there? You’re clearly not doing anything with battlefield either so I’m just confused as to why you guys are making so much money off of people and ripping off your customers and expecting us to continue to buy your extremely poor projects year after year?Should Lucky Cat Bingo Event Cats Return for Cat Coins?
Hi everyone, I wanted to start a discussion about something that has been on my mind and that I think a lot of Lucky Cat Bingo players might have experienced as well. Many of the Lucky Cat Bingo events on Pogo.com have offered special event cats that could only be earned during a limited-time event. While these events can be fun, they can also be very difficult for some players to complete. There are a number of reasons why players may miss out on these cats. For example, some players simply don’t have enough time during the event because of real-life responsibilities like school, work, or family. Limited-time events can be hard to keep up with if you are busy during that period. Another issue some players have mentioned is getting stuck on event leaderboards where the competition feels unfair. In some cases, players believe they may be competing against cheaters. Others have noticed strange-looking account names during events, such as accounts named “User” followed by a very long string of numbers, which can make people question whether they are competing against normal players or something else. Because of situations like these, some dedicated players who enjoy collecting the Lucky Cats have ended up permanently missing certain event cats. For collectors, that can make it feel impossible to ever complete their collection. So I wanted to ask the community a question: What would you think if Pogo allowed players to buy past event cats using Cat Coins? This could give players who missed the events another chance to complete their collections while still keeping the events exciting when they happen. It might also help players who couldn’t participate fully because of real-life commitments or issues during the event. I’m curious to hear what other players think: Would you support the idea of past event cats becoming available for Cat Coins? If this became a feature, would you personally buy the cats you missed? THE SIMS MEDIEVAL
I’m hoping someone here has dealt with this before. I purchased the limited edition disc version of The Sims Medieval when it first released. It installed directly from the disc and originally just prompted you to register the game on The Sims website. It didn’t require Origin at the time. Years later, I was still able to play it through Origin, which was the last time the game worked for me. Since Origin was replaced by the EA App, I haven’t been able to launch or access the game at all. I still have the physical disc and the product key, and I paid for the game legitimately. It’s frustrating to lose access to something I bought just because the platform changed. Has anyone found a way to get the disc version recognized in the EA App or otherwise get the game running again? Any help would be appreciated because I’d really like to play the game I paid for. I didn't log into the game on Steam/EA. After the card in "What You Might Encounter" at the bottom all appeared when I try to load the Spore save, I got stuck on the loading page and couldn't get in, but the game was running normally. Re-entry is invalid, and the save file in Games0_old is broken too. How can I repair my save?
