Missing Rewards:PGA Tour Road to the Masters (2025).
Game shows I "Collected" a reward yet it is not in my rewards tab nor in my club specs tab. It was a Legendary Hybrid Spec for completing the three requirements for the Arnold Palmer Invitational Tourny under Career Quests/PGA Tour. This was on PC and I have reported on May 17, 2026 to Support and am awaiting resolution.4-Player Lobbies Broken (Backend Profile Corruption) & EA Help is a Dead End
I am posting this here because EA Help has made it completely impossible to speak to a human being. I am experiencing a game-breaking matchmaking bug on Xbox Series S that is completely isolating my profile from 4-player games, and I have absolutely no way to reach anyone at EA to fix it. The Issue 3-player lobbies work perfectly fine. The exact microsecond a 4th player joins the lobby, Everyone is instantly disconnected. How It Happened I previously did a full reinstall of the game. It actually worked temporarily after that, right up until I attempted to play with one specific friend. The moment they entered the lobby, the connection crashed, and my profile has been completely broken ever since. Now, even when that specific "problem player" is not online, I still get disconnected the moment any 4th player enters the lobby. This clearly indicates that the lobby crash injected a corrupted network token straight into my EA profile data, which is saved on EA's backend cloud servers. Troubleshooting Already Attempted To save the forum moderators from posting generic copy-paste advice, please know that I have already tried the following system-level steps: Performed a full 72GB game reinstall 4 times (which only worked once until the conflict happened again). Cleared the Xbox Series S local cache and performed a hard power cycle on the console. Deleted local console save data and cleared the "Reserved Space" multiplayer cache partition. Unplugged my home router for 5 minutes to completely flush the NAT routing tables. None of this works because the second the game boots up, it downloads my active, corrupted profile state directly from EA's servers. The Support Nightmare I tried to contact EA Help to ask an advisor for a manual backend Account Sync Reset to clear this glitched matchmaking token. However, the current support is nonexistent. The automated live chat is a useless bot that goes in infinite circles, refusing to route to a real person. To make matters worse, EA has shut down its support presence on X, leaving paying customers completely stranded with zero human utility. Is it possible for a Community Manager or Moderator to please escalate this to the technical team? My EA ID is effectively poisoned on your matchmaking servers, and I just want to be able to play a round of Ryder Cup golf with my friends.
Is PGA Tour on PC unplayable for others?
I have been having a problem with the game for some time now, that means I can't play the game. I tried to boot the game up, but when it tried to connect to the server, it just kept trying and would not connect. I exited the game, but now it says the game is still running in Steam. I try to stop the game, but it keeps staying "Stopping" but it doesn't work. I have tried all the help forums but nothing I have tried works. I can't even Uninstall the game as that option has been removed from the Manage tab in Steam. So I am stuck. I can't make it run, I can't uninstall it. Where do I go from here? For context, I have had this game since it first came out I have put in nearly 70 hours. I just don't know where to turn to and EA doesn't seem to offer personalised support beyond generic help article. Does anyone have any helpful suggestions?Black/Grey Screen
When opening the game the screen just stays black. it doesnt crash and it will stay there for hours, the only thing that happens is the screen turns slightly gray on occasions and the mouse will show and stay stuck in the center of the screen.. I have already attempted to do the following things with no success. Change the HardwareSettings.json file to ensure Graphic settings are set to the lowest as well as HDR being disabled. Boot PC in safe mode Run as administrator Disable Fullscreen optimization Use compalibility manager on Windows 11 alt + Enter to put in windowed mode cleared Ea app cache repaired/ verified game files (Have installed and uninstalled game three times) im sure ive done a couple of other things but cant remember right now All my GPU drivers are up to date i run plenty of games with higher PC requirements not sure why this game in particular is giving me trouble. I played this game when xbox cloud offered it on cloud gaming i finally buy it and its been a whole week of troubleshooting with no success. Thanks in advance for any support
Pga tour golf
I hope the franchise will be renewed soon. I hope it's not. Dad for another 5 years like they did with McElroy version. The hiatus between renewals means that people aren't talking about the game and although some games are renewed annually and it makes it monotonous, maybe EA sports can get the PGA tour renewed every 3 years similar to to the 2K competitor version. I think some improvements to the game is necessary but the game has a solid foundation in the use of lidar and other imaging on the courses it has is amazing. Some area of improvement would include a greater personalization of your character. I also think they need to have fantasy courses. Fantasy courses can be purchased separately like the old tiger woods courses. They were the best and it kept a lot of players coming back to play. Another edition would be customizing the clubs so that you have something to play towards in terms of improving the distance and a hitting strike of the club. I think more customization with the weather and the settings in the golf course would help. I noticed that I play on a higher difficulty than my friend, but he ends up having to play on the similar difficulty and it's frustrating for him. Please do not give up on the PGA tour golf. I know it's not as popular, especially among young gamers, but there is a bunch of adults that really love the game. It's calming. It's fun and the announcers are well done. Can you explain me what decide if there will be backspin or not. It seems COMPLETLY random. sometimes i hit 1 foot of the cup than 35 yards backspin wtf??? Sometimes there is backspin, sometime there is not. It does not always depend of the wind, wind in the back i got sometimes backspin sometimes not, same for the wind in the face and with almost all club... Driving, i play real golf and i have never see a driver where the ball going 275 yards long and roll for 10 feet. The course are in mud??? same with many club but with the driver, it is pathetic... I choosed EA because peoples said it was more realistic, 2k23 is worst than that?? Do i need to play 3000 18 hole to get the max stats??? If someone have a cheat, i take it immediately. For the last 3 days, during the weekend! Me and the boys were trying to get ready for annual masters tournament to decide our draft order for the Real Masters! We play fantasy Masters! Anyways, we been trying to connect using Private Match and it’s been a hassle! First few days, it was rough but today, can’t even get a lobby going with four different guys trying! EA is there anyway we can get this fixed??? Everytime we load or try to connect “You have been disconnected”!!Cant progress in the campaign
So im in week 27 of season 1 in the campaign. And i have had no problems up to this point however for the past 3 days now whenever i try and either play the round or skip it the game literally freezes until i shut the game down completely? I have tried literally everything including uninstalling, anyone else dealt with this?How to access/use the weekly quests
Im sure this is an old thing but im a newb to the game (loving it) and im really frustrated with the weekly or live quests. Even simple ones like "play 36holes at course x this week" and I full 4 round tournament and it doesnt register i did it. Weirdly when I play the majors those quests have always worked or let me complete them. Any of you legends know how I can get them to work? Many many thanks in advance
