Is PGA Tour on PC unplayable for others?
I have been having a problem with the game for some time now, that means I can't play the game. I tried to boot the game up, but when it tried to connect to the server, it just kept trying and would not connect. I exited the game, but now it says the game is still running in Steam. I try to stop the game, but it keeps staying "Stopping" but it doesn't work. I have tried all the help forums but nothing I have tried works. I can't even Uninstall the game as that option has been removed from the Manage tab in Steam. So I am stuck. I can't make it run, I can't uninstall it. Where do I go from here? For context, I have had this game since it first came out I have put in nearly 70 hours. I just don't know where to turn to and EA doesn't seem to offer personalised support beyond generic help article. Does anyone have any helpful suggestions?
Black/Grey Screen
When opening the game the screen just stays black. it doesnt crash and it will stay there for hours, the only thing that happens is the screen turns slightly gray on occasions and the mouse will show and stay stuck in the center of the screen.. I have already attempted to do the following things with no success. Change the HardwareSettings.json file to ensure Graphic settings are set to the lowest as well as HDR being disabled. Boot PC in safe mode Run as administrator Disable Fullscreen optimization Use compalibility manager on Windows 11 alt + Enter to put in windowed mode cleared Ea app cache repaired/ verified game files (Have installed and uninstalled game three times) im sure ive done a couple of other things but cant remember right now All my GPU drivers are up to date i run plenty of games with higher PC requirements not sure why this game in particular is giving me trouble. I played this game when xbox cloud offered it on cloud gaming i finally buy it and its been a whole week of troubleshooting with no success. Thanks in advance for any supportBackspin and more
Can you explain me what decide if there will be backspin or not. It seems COMPLETLY random. sometimes i hit 1 foot of the cup than 35 yards backspin wtf??? Sometimes there is backspin, sometime there is not. It does not always depend of the wind, wind in the back i got sometimes backspin sometimes not, same for the wind in the face and with almost all club... Driving, i play real golf and i have never see a driver where the ball going 275 yards long and roll for 10 feet. The course are in mud??? same with many club but with the driver, it is pathetic... I choosed EA because peoples said it was more realistic, 2k23 is worst than that?? Do i need to play 3000 18 hole to get the max stats??? If someone have a cheat, i take it immediately. I dont play online and will never so...Cant progress in the campaign
So im in week 27 of season 1 in the campaign. And i have had no problems up to this point however for the past 3 days now whenever i try and either play the round or skip it the game literally freezes until i shut the game down completely? I have tried literally everything including uninstalling, anyone else dealt with this?
Why won't career come up?
I recently bought the game on xbox store and I'm only getting the quick play option. I've deleted all saved games, restarted the xbox, uninstalled an reinstalled the game, cleared the cache and my internet connection is running ok. It's not connecting to the EA servers, it just keeps asking me to change my password because my old one isn't strong enough. Yup, tried that as well. I don't want to keep playing Quick Play games, I bought the game to start career mode. Any ideas?max ai difficulty/ hard putting/ hard swing plane is way too easy! PGA 2023
Playing rd 2 masters, and don’t get me wrong it feels pretty awesome, I’m having a blast. Just way 2 ez. I mean yeah I could remove the auto putting distance and line to make the game more difficult but I’ve tried that, and it’s not that much harder, just takes way longer. It’s a video game I want it to have a little fun/fluidity. Just hoping the players are better and shoot lower in the pga, because the korn ferry is silly. I win by 15 -20 even after making the settings as hard as possible without losing that fun feel/pace of play. I maybe average -35 (full four rounds) . I’ll eventually play online matches and find out how good I’m really not. BUT I JUST WANTED TO PLAY THE CAREER MODE WITH A LITTLE BUT OF A CHALLENGE HELLOOOO. Also first 2k I’ve tried since The tour 2019 lol. ty for your time love Chris (ps i know it’s 2026 good point ill shut up and try a newer game) <3Why is the career mode always online?!
I bought the game PGA Tour Road to the Masters but I see that the career mode is needs a permanent Internet connection. Why is that?!I do not care about costumization or other online functions.I want to play the single player offline experience.I have a fast Internet connection but not that stable.And what will happen if EA closes the servers and the career mode will disappear?At least make the career mode offline before you close the servers in the future.I hope you will take into account my post .Thanks in advance.Got Ripped Off in Road to the Masters
Played for over a month, enjoyed the game. Used vcoin to by items. Last week I bought the Jordan Spieth ball sec, 18.,000 vcoin deducted didn't het the item. Chatted with an advisor, twice. 1st one said "contact xbox support." They directed me back to EA. 2nd one said I was out of luck. Offered me tournament tickets to replace vcoins that would cost over $99 in the item shop! Their CS leaves a lot to be desired.Not getting any Xp points despite playing events and challenges
Hi I'm not getting any Xp points at all on ps5 version , I have played on and off for over a year and just realised about xp points ( sorry I'm old school) is it a bug / can it be fixed ...I have completed tasks and have I'm up to level 31 on pro pass but cannot unlock any as have no xp at all, despite completing challenges , and winning tournaments on career mode , any help please ?
