Got Ripped Off in Road to the Masters
Played for over a month, enjoyed the game. Used vcoin to by items. Last week I bought the Jordan Spieth ball sec, 18.,000 vcoin deducted didn't het the item. Chatted with an advisor, twice. 1st one said "contact xbox support." They directed me back to EA. 2nd one said I was out of luck. Offered me tournament tickets to replace vcoins that would cost over $99 in the item shop! Their CS leaves a lot to be desired.Not getting any Xp points despite playing events and challenges
Hi I'm not getting any Xp points at all on ps5 version , I have played on and off for over a year and just realised about xp points ( sorry I'm old school) is it a bug / can it be fixed ...I have completed tasks and have I'm up to level 31 on pro pass but cannot unlock any as have no xp at all, despite completing challenges , and winning tournaments on career mode , any help please ?Challenges - Awarding Stars incorrectly
Playing through the sponsor challenges, and it has started awarding me starts despite not completing the challenge. if it is asking for 3 FIR for example, it gives me the star after the first FIR. Same for GIR and x number of birdies. Once I do it once, I am awarded the star.Career mode issue
I have a game breaking issue with my career save everytime I try to play the 4th round of the event the game crashes before I can start, I tried skipping the event however this also crashes the game. as I result I can’t progress with my save and it makes the game unplayable until this is resolved please can I get some helpPga tour the masters not working
When me and my friend are trying to create a private match we go in and start and when we try to come in we get a black screen for 20 seconds and the the get kicked out we play on PC and we get black screen and then kicked out, we have tryed many many times. Hey! I’m new here and don’t know if this has been addressed. If so, please link me to the answer. Thanks! I have been doing tournaments, trying to get three stars on everything so I can get the most rewards out of it. I just did this one (link below), and it didn’t record it! It’s one of those one in a million shots for me, and I want it recorded, dag nabbit!! lol Also, I’m on a PS5 Pro using a controller. Is there some way, some how, something I can do to get this fixed? If I am playing in career mode, which I am, then there should not be the insane situation where I make a real mess of a hole, but as soon as I hit +3 it's 'pick it up & move on' when that would get me disqualified in the PGA Tour. In truth, it should easily be possible to go way more than 3 over - I can name names (Jordan Speith @ Augusta 12th, Francesco Molinari - same hole) so why is there a stupid +3 cap?

My fault for not knowing when I bought the game. But in all future games local play with custom players should be a must feature. I heard it was because the game could not figure out how to award xp. But why does it need to for couch play? I want to sit down with my 4 friends, drink a beverage, and golf with custom avatars.Quest Rewards different Rarity
Hey Yall! I recently won my first U.S Amateur Championship in which I was supposed to earn the Rare Wood Balanced Spec (shows me that on quest) but when I opened the pack I received and only got an uncommon driver spec. Does anyone know the reason or if there’s something I can do to make sure I don’t lose out on anything else? Thanks for the help in advance!Rankings
I was told by one of you EA employees that if there were any changes to the game, that the gamers would be updated with any change. For several months now there is no rankings. This first started several months ago. That is a huge "change" that has occurred to the game. Endless amounts of gamers have questioned on this forum and support as to WHY the rankings were deleted and are not working now? Huge change to the game, but no correspondence to the gamers why. So, if its policy to update gamers of any changes to the game, why hasn't there been any updates about this at all? It's only been several months its going on, so its not like it news to you.
EA SPORTS PGA TOUR Career Mode Crash Fix on PC?
Just wondering if a fix has been established for PC users for this crash on road to the masters. I can't start my round on week 28, and I can't skip the event without my game just freezing up. I see previous posts regarding the issue but they are related to console users and dead end fixes.
