Game Crashing - PS5
I downloaded yesterday as NFS Unbound is one of this months free games on the PS Store for PS5. The game crashed on the thrd race. Not a great start... I switched back to Wreckfest for the evening. I will give it another go tonight. I'm glad that after reading on here that you can disable to silly cartoon smoke effets your car gives out. When I first saw those, I thought I wouldn't be able to play the game, they were that annoying.
Dedicated GPU Not Used When Launching Need for Speed Unbound
Need for Speed Unbound always runs on the integrated AMD Radeon Graphics instead of the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti Laptop GPU on my laptop. I am using a Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming 3-15ACH6 (Type 82K2) with an AMD Ryzen 7 5800H CPU and NVIDIA Optimus (hybrid graphics), with no MUX switch or “discrete GPU only” mode available. The game was purchased and launched through the Epic Games Launcher. Even after setting the game to use the high-performance GPU in Windows and NVIDIA Control Panel, it continues to use the integrated GPU. GPU monitoring shows little or no usage on the RTX 3050 Ti while the integrated GPU is active. Other games on the same system correctly use the RTX 3050 Ti, so the GPU and drivers (NVIDIA driver 591.59) are working properly. This makes the issue appear to be specific to Need for Speed Unbound.Game save file missing and game is not playable even if i try to start fresh
i have switched my device and re downloaded the nfs unbound. for some reason it automatically starts as a fresh account. I didnt care that much still went inside the game. After that, i tried to go for the story mode. i can choose a character and start up junk car. After picking those things, loading started. But the loading never finish. I waited like an hour and didnt finish the load. Then i closed the game and restarted. I went straight to the online mode. it also shows new character choosing screen and i was confused. After choosing a character and car, game just froze in a white screen. On the attachment, it clearly shows that my previous data have still exist. Game is running but nothing shows up. Did anyone face this issue? If there is a way to fix, please let me know. I really want to play this game. Thanks for reading this.
NFS UNBOUND "Purchase Failed"
I recently bought the Ultimate Collection upgrade for Need For Speed Unbound, and it has come through as purchased, but whenever I try to buy anything in the game, it doesn't allow me to and comes up with "Purchase Failed" with no error code. I have tried reinstalling it on Steam, and it does the same thing. Adding to this, Unbound also doesn't allow me to play Online, it comes up with the error code DR1001. Please help me with this, I have looked at other forums posted by other users, and nothing seems to work. Thanks in advance.
NFS Unbound: Story Mode's Day/Night Cycle Is Stuck
Greetings. I've been having an issue with Need For Speed Unbound for a while now. In story mode, I'm stuck at the night cycle. Whenever I'm done with a session, the time of day won't change. I can still make money and the events will still rotate but, there isn't as many as the game should show. Need For Speed (as a whole) means a lot to me and I would love to get this issue fixed. & out.Trouble lunching the NFS Unbound game on pc
"I purchased NFS Unbound through Steam and installed it. When I click the 'Play' button on Steam, the EA Games app opens and tries to launch the game, but it shows an error message saying to try again later. Nothing seems to help. What could be the issue?" The popup message is: failed to lunch game - an error on our end caused the lunch to fail. try again a little later. How can i run the game? Are there any other options to try? thx
problems with the game progress getting deleted
I was playing the game normally, early in the day, but when i logged in in the evening, i found out all of my cars and progress in the online mode was gone, same for the story mode, for some reason, my level in the online mode was saved, but that is the only thing that was left of the things i had previously.
My inventory loading right
So I decided to hop back on nfs unbound to figure out my inventory isn't working right, my clothing won't let me select the stuff I had originally equipped and I can't play online cause of a trouble code, error code f03 saying they can't load my inventory please fix this cause this is annoying
Rydell Delivery Job 'God Mode' never triggers
Hello, I love Unbound and I've replayed it numerous times, I really enjoy single player and the story progression. So I'll frequently delete my save game and start over from scratch. However there is a bug I am encountering every single time, but it did not happen on my first playthrough. During Week 4 on Friday, the Rydell Delivery Mission 'God Mode' never triggers, so it becomes impossible to unlock the Porsche 911 Carrera RSR 2.8 in single player/story mode. After the Lakeshore Grand Final, all delivery missions will be replayable on their respective days. Except this one, this is the only delivery mission I can never get to trigger during any of my playthroughs (except my very first one). I've tried to reinstall the game before starting a fresh playthrough but it still happens, it's the only real bug I'm encountering. So there's no way to unlock this Porsche in single player, as Rydell will never offer the mission. All other delivery missions from Rydell and Tess/Yaz are working as normal. This is happening on PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 5 Pro, not sure about other platforms.F03 Inventory sync
So, recently been getting back into unbound and been really enjoying it again. However tried to get on thismorning and unfortunately I’m unable to “sync my inventory”. I’ve been through the forums and tried whatever I could find such as, deleting and reinstalling, turning off the internet and then turning it back on via the console. Just wandering if anyone had any other tricks? Or if EA could suggest something themselves. anything is appreciated thank youBought the premium pass and now the game won't work.
I've been trying to get the game to work. When I buy stuff ot days failed to purchase. Tried playing online and got Error Code F03. Says to get support but nothing. I tried u installing and reinstalling. I tried disconnecting the internet and everything. Nothing is working and the same error and issues keep occurring. I think it's on EA end. My inventory could not be loaded, according go the error.
Controller just keeps cutting out
So I picked NFS Unbound up at release and had this same issue back then as well, which made me quit playing at that time. Now 3 years later I try picking it up again, and of course the same issue is still here. Since those 3 years I've had a new PC, new controllers, new windows install, and still the same issue persists... Doesn't matter where I am in the game the controller suddenly cuts out randomly. I've tried just about everything I could find online trying to fix this issue for NFS Unbound, but nothing is working. The strange thing is though, this issue only happens in NFS Unbound. Not a single other game or racing game I've tried has this issue, including previous NFS titles such as Heat, NFS '15, and Hot Pursuit. It's ONLY Unbound that has the issue. So is there a fix I can still try to do, one that's not currently already posted on the internet? I'm pretty sure I've already tried every possible fix I can think of and found online, including getting a whole new PC with fresh windows install. It can only be an issue with the game itself at this point, I think.
