Thanks! Hello! I am desperately trying to get a message through to support. Please forward this. I reacted immaturely, unnecessarily, and poorly when I submitted an appeal for my case. I would like to undo it. I accept a penalty, but not this penalty. I will be honest: HUT is the way for me to organize my thoughts and function in everyday life when I am off work. I am starting to feel panic and stress in my mind because of this ban and the uncertainty. I suffer from mental health issues, which is why I may spend more money and time on the game (I don’t have a problem with it, I only spend money I can afford) than others. It is my pastime and my way of coping with everyday life. HUT is truly important to me. I have done research on your terms and rules and admit that I made a mistake, unintentionally, and I understand how it may look. Please clear my balance and ban me from HUT for 2–3 days, but nothing more. I am going crazy from the restlessness and anxiety caused by this. I would also like to clarify that I have not used any third-party tools or purchased coins. I am part of a group (or several, actually), but one group where we exchange cards among ourselves, trading and selling, posting items daily. Sometimes someone may perform what is called a “Robin Hood,” meaning they buy a card someone has listed without being compensated back, solely to help, and I believe that should be acceptable. In this particular group where messages come from, many people collect specific players, for example building an entire team of Red Wings players, only icons, only Finns, etc. The only thing I have spent money on is the game itself and packs. I have owned every version since 2016 and have been deeply engaged in HUT for a long time. I was not aware that my behavior violated the rules, but I understand it now and take full responsibility. I have learned from this and will follow the rules going forward. I would greatly appreciate it if you could consider reducing the penalty to 2 days so that I have the opportunity to participate in the weekend content and Champs. I sincerely apologize for my tone and how I expressed myself. I was simply very upset and distressed when I saw my account banned, and I know this can take a long time to resolve. I work 2 weeks and have 1 week off, which is why HUT is very important to me. I was not aware of the rules at all, but I am now, and I will make sure this never happens again. I hope you can see how much time and money I have invested in the game over the years and give me another chance. Thank you. It’s at the point where I could get a statement from my psychologist saying that NHL, and especially HUT, is the best therapy for me. I suffer from PTSD, and keeping myself occupied is the best kind of therapy. What works best is HUT, where the focus is solely on the game and competing. Would such a statement help the situation? Offsides not called on lone player entering the attack zone skating backwards.
A player was skating backwards into the attack zone all alone and received a pass just before this screenshot. You can plainly see both of his skates over the blue line completely and the puck on his stick in the neutral zone. This is offsides as far as I know. The skates cannot enter the attack zone before the puck. Network connection issues
I was referred here by customer support. I keep getting a “unable to connect to the EA servers at this time” message. I have restarted my modem and my PS5. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game. I restored licenses. I enabled and disabled 2-step verification and I still keep getting the same error message. Got suspended for a week for my skater name, did my time and am now unbanned. Got a thing making me log in when I first came back on, and a message saying my name had been reset and locked. However, my name did not get reset and has been locked in as the inappropriate name I got suspended for, and I have no way of changing it. Xbox Series S, ban ran from 8/27-9/3. Network connection issue “unable to connect to EA servers at this time.
This happens everytime I open NHL 24 and I reset the game and try anything I can and it doesn’t fix it. Sometimes after resetting the game over 10+ times it’ll work or sometimes it dosent at all I’ve tired restarting my ps5 I’ve cleared the cache I’ve restored the database and renewed licenses and nothing fixed it. Ps5 Nhl 24 chel graphic issues
Hi. Im having strange graphic issues on my ps5 nhl 24 chel. Bench and stuff are missing textures or are all blue. I put some videos about issue. I just got a new console because had very similar issues, only worse (multiple games), on my old one so im afraid that I have defective replacement console too. I have tried two different displays and multiple HDMI-cables and still the same. Is this the game or console based issue?
