Constant dashboarding and console crashing in NHL 25. Xbox Series X
Since launch I have dealt with consistent crashing while in game. Mostly during CHEL games but has happened in online versus as well as Be a pro. The screen goes black and I am sent to the xbox dashboard. Sometimes the console even shuts off. This is the only game that causes this issue. I can play other games for hours on end with no problem. This issue also seems to be happening more frequently as now I can hardly even finish a game without dashboarding. I have un-installed and re installed the game multiple times. I have factory reset my console. Nothing seems to work. I just want a fix for this as I love hockey and just want to play the game. EA PLEASE UPDATE YOUR GAME. im about to platinum the game i just need to retire but i have to wait until year 2045 so as i was simulating it the conversions wont load anymore and they just freeze making it so I cant go any further. Please tell me I dont have to rest the game i have over 400 hours just trying to get this platinumGoalies
Goalies in world of chel and in general have been broken since launch I have clips and screenshots of pucks going through my legs while I’m in butterfly the entire time limbs glitching and bending in in ways that shouldn’t be possible pucks going through goalies when they shouldn’t be and the goalie still catching the puck but the goal counts a fix for these would be appreciatedReconnection for teen online play
Re-purchased the Playstation Plus for online play. My son has an EA ID however the email address used is unknown & no cell phone at that time in 2023. I can access online play with no concerns but his continues to show connection issues when sending a request to me to join & no access to obtain his EA ID as it shows the same series of screens. He was playing online just 5 weeks ago so I really don't know what is the issue regarding the ability to access online play again with his friends.Issues with lines and stratiegies
In franchise mode, during gameplay, my strategies change when I start actually playing. My coaches style is defensive, 1-4 trap, very conservative. I set my lines amd everything, then go to start a game. During gameplay my strategies completely change and force me to use my ahl coach strategy. Which is very aggressive. This started about a week about, old franchise even with a new one. Then last night I went to play and it was back to normal, I could use the right strategy during gameplay again, but when I turned it on this morning, same thing as before, it keeps automatically switching my nhl strategies to my ahl strategies at the screen before I start game. Getting really annoying as it really messes with my gameplay. I have no idea why or what is causing it. Anyone else experience this or know what I am talking about? Our Chel team won the 3’s club championship and we just received our rewards today as did all the other championship teams. EA_AljoUnfortunately, the rewards cannot be equipped and the error code bellow pops up. DFEFBD06AB1C0954-0000000000009999-43CAF82FB583FDFB Tried to equip on all 3 logo slots, tried to equip on all 3 different jerseys and still the same error code. We have spoken to other championship teams and they are as frustrated as we are atm. They are not able to equip the patches on their jerseys as well. tbh, we are encountering more and more error messages in Chel Clubs creation zone and there is no fix in sight. EA?
Network connection error
For the last 2 weeks I’ve been unable to connect whenever I try to play nhl 25 on my Xbox series x it just gives the notification in game as soon as I load into the menu even tho my internet works fine even with other online games Ive read some other threads where people have had similar problems and I’ve tried to follow the advice they’d been given. I’ve restarted my Xbox, completely shut it off, unplugged it, cleared my MAC address, removed the game from quick resume, cleared the saved data, deleted and re installed the game and nothing has worked. Restarting the router isn’t an option unfortunately since I live in a college dorm and don’t have access to it. The wifi works fine for everything that’s not a ea sports game but it’s worth mentioning this problem started right when I moved in and started using the wifi here. I also seem to have the same problem with madden 25 but again not any other games besides madden 25 and nhl 25. Would really appreciate some input I’m completely lost on how why or what to do. I’d be grateful for any kind of advice thank you.Poor connection and no help
For 2 days I have had poor connection to ea servers, I've try all the normal thing to straighten this out to no luck. Reached out ea for help and they tell me go on the forum so they can look in to it. This is no help as well seeing my hut record went from 49-29-9 too 49-50-10 since this issue started cause me to drop in rank and lose games in the hut championship. The help line through ea is use less and not only will I miss out on rewards from the warp speed event but I'm sure to miss out on hut championship rewards as well.Game crashing constantly part 2
I would like to start this post off by saying I have played every NHL game since nhl 2003 on my computer when I was five years old. Year over year I have spent more time playing NHL than any other game. Since the very day this game came out, my game has been crashing constantly. I have tried every single fix under the sun. I crash straight to the dashboard without reason non stop. I have played to this point almost 700 games and I have a 10% DNF. I may have quit ONE game in all of this year, If you are thinking 10% may not be that bad, please factor in we are a club with almost 500 wins and less than 80 losses, there is a lot of early rage quits in there....This game is unplayable, and there is ZERO end in sight. This is happening to hundreds of members across NHL and I have been kind and respectful to the community throughout, but this is just completely unacceptable and unplayable. I just crashed out of game 7 in the elite cup finals, unfortunately this wasn't the only crash in this finals....I will likely not continue to play this game for the remainder that it is out, and honestly questioning why I should buy the game next year.
NHL 25 Ban
Can someone please help me? As of Monday I have been banned from EA sports online play. They’re stating it’s due to our world Of chel team name - Dangle Dawgs. We’ve used this team name for over 5 years and have never come across this issue. Now I’ve been banned from EA for a violation of their user agreement and they deemed our team info inappropriate. I’m hoping that someone at EA could look into this case for me and let me know what exactly what innapropriate, or if not if I could have my ban uplifted. I’ve sent in several emails inquiring about it but have not been told why, just that I’m banned and they’re closing my case. I’ve played NHL games since the early 2000’s and have been a loyal customer. I have no reason to play other than world of chel with 5 college buddies. hoping someone at EA can read this thread and provide some assistance.
Can't download or save new roster
I can't download or save ea sports official roster downloads even after deleting all my previous saves roster downloads I keep getting error message failed to save your roster could not be saved because you have reached the maximum number of roster saves. You will need to delete a roster before you can create another one....mind you I mentioned I've already deleted all my rosters and I can't download new rosters or save them.
