BAP: Missing or incorrect Items.
Just a quick message of missing or incorrect Items in BAP (Xbox version) The “Calendar” is missing in BAP. If you look at 1:38 of your BAP deep dive video, you would see “Calendar”.. but it’s missing in the game. I cant see the what day of the week I am in, nor can I sim to a specific day of the week like on Sundays when it was training days. The “Dialed In” X-Factor was a circle with an arrow I believe, but in EA26, it’s a butterfly. That was used as the butterfly X-Factor. The last names on the jerseys for specific goalie “stances” look terrible or distorted. They look completely un-natural. The more the goalie leans forward, the more distorted the name looks. If a goalies stand is more of a standing upright the less distortion. The jerseys look better in ‘25. Are there more X-factors for the BAP Goalie or is that it? I see other positions have a large variety of X-Factor choices while the Goalie has like 5 or 6. Do more unlock as you progress?3Views0likes0CommentsGoalie marker and visibility are too poor
Goalie indicator is hard to see, and the goalie is difficult to track. Steps: Switch to goalie and observe marker/visibility. Expected: Clear marker and visible goalie. Actual: Marker barely visible, goalie unclear. Severity: Medium. When switching control to the goalie, the opponent often performs an automatic tripping action that leads to a penalty. Steps: Start a match. Control a skater until the opponent attacks. Switch to goalie. Observe penalty. Expected: Switching to goalie should not cause automatic tripping. Actual: Opponent trips player every time. Severity: Major. Just wanted to follow up on this. I know that a lot of the goalie gear and other world of chel gear had to be removed as a "Temporary" fix due to it being to much at once. That being said the game has since seen two major update pushes to the store including two new avatars and a refresh of other related areas. As such I was wondering if there was a timeline on when the store might be expected to be fully functioning as it was intended for equipment purposes? Here I was, trying to add Kirill Kaprizovs new contract extension of 17 million dollar x 8 to my roster, but the game won't let me! 🧐 I'm only allowed to go to 15 million... that isn't even the limit this 25/26 season (19,1 million is 20% of 95,5). How can this even be a thing? Have I missed something? After getting a few wins in little time (5), the results of this competition said ‘processing results’ for over 3 days. Then Wednesday night after a refresh, the screen shows I could participate again the coming weekend. However, I did not get my rewards. After contacting EA help chat customer service they told me to post something here and that they could not help me directly. good day EA even after today's update 1.10.2025 version 1.1.2 in franchise mode the game froze on the main menu in November and doesn't respond to anything. please fix it as soon as possible. The game cost 110€ Ultimade edition and for this I paid that it will freeze ?? how important is it that it will still freeze in franchise mode in November ?? Second time I’ve gone an undefeated season, made it to the finals and received an error message prior to the game starting or even seeing players on the ice that I’ve gotten an error message, forced to quit the game. Internet connectIon has been fine both times. Sadly I don’t have them on video as first time was a surprise and second time now I had forgotten about the first time. I assure you I have no reason to make this up. Why is a loss just given to you in a matchup against the computer of an error occurs before the puck is even dropped? Please fix this error or don’t base a reward pack on an undefeated season. Always in the finals too. It absolutely crushes the time I invested and you can’t even send an error message. Fix this game already!!!! Same garbage bs as last year with the exact same answer. Can hardly play hut cuz it crashes every 1-3 games or sometimes first game of day. There is a glitch we’re any time I put in or take out a new / old player the x factors I hav available on specific players sometimes come off. For example my 84 zdeno chara has truculence X factor on and when I put in a new card for a different card in my team sometimes multiple X factors would be removed from certain players and placed on different player I don’t need X factors on. I buy the mask it’s in the collection I place it in my goalie and I start my game and the mask on my goalie is 100% different then what I bought off the auction and I’m done the game the mask is gone and replaced with 100% different mask then what I bought. And to top it off I lose the coins I just spent on the mask are gone too. please have the devs replace the masks I have bought of the auction house. And to let us all know when this is fixed. these are already toxic and not fun, I cant even do most of them but when I finish some they wont save. says failed spent another 7 hours today and did 3 goals with marshenko twice and it didn't save. my finger and hand hurts really bad and its making me sick.. this has been going on all year. I want compensation. I want my prizes that are lost. I want ea to put a disclaimer up that moments are not for all of the player base and can cause injury or harm to your hands , ligaments and muscles.. Hello, I have been a loyal NHL customer for over 20 years, buying the game every year since the early 2000s. NHL is my favorite sports series, and Franchise Mode is the main reason I purchase it. Unfortunately, NHL 26 currently has a major bug in Franchise Mode that makes it very difficult to enjoy the game. Since this mode is the only one I really play, the issue has made my purchase feel very disappointing. I kindly request either a refund or some form of compensation for this issue, as I feel I did not receive the full product I paid for. Even a discount or credit toward future EA purchases would be appreciated. I truly value the NHL series and hope this issue will be fixed soon.
