NHL Play Test Network Connection Issue
I have downloaded NHL 27 play test and anytime I go to launch the game it says to click the x button on the ps5. I do that and 5 seconds after it says I have a network connection issue. I have checked the my PlayStation network and it is perfectly fine and I have tested my internet connection and it is fine too. I was wondering if there was a way to fix this so that I can play.
Update on codes
Hey, everyone. I know there are some of wondering where your code is. We've been sending them out in waves. Another will go out tomorrow, Wednesday and the last wave will go out Friday. So, if you haven't gotten it yet, most likely you'll get it tomorrow or Friday. Be sure to check all your folders. Spam, junk, promotions, etc. Also, it would be good to make sure you're registered on the right account. There has been some speculation about the Skill Point (SP), Attribute Point cap increases, and AP bonuses in the Season Pass and Store on the World of Chel playtest, and we wanted to pass on some information. In NHL27, there will always be a free option to earn these cap increases and attribute bonuses. Additionally, if you miss a season or seasons, there will be an opportunity to catch up on previous seasons' bonuses through a free mechanism, so you don't fall behind your friends. More details about these changes will be released in the coming weeks. The PlayTest team is currently working to grant access to more players for PlayTest 1, which features Connected Franchise and Play Now. As part of our rollout plan, some registered players will receive access to PlayTest 2, which begins on August 6. Please note the following: All players who participate in the Connected Franchise PlayTest between July 22 and August 2 will automatically receive access to PlayTest 2. Players who registered for PlayTest 1 but were not selected will automatically be included in PlayTest 2, running August 6–9. Hey, everyone. We will be sending out codes for the upcoming PlayTest tomorrow morning. Just wanted to give a quick update since there have been some questions about it. Thanks! Now that NHL 27 is just around the corner I want to bring this up again. This is something we have been asking for for a long time and I have to give credit because it has definitely improved, but it can still get even better. These are my face scan locks for NHL 27. I will be happy if even 50% of these players make it but I will be absolutely thrilled if 70 to 80% do. Todays NHL is built around young talent. Young players are earning their spots in the league and making an impact right away. Many teams are filled with young players and several rebuilding teams rely heavily on low rated players who already have major roles in real life. An 80 overall Sam Rinzel has a much bigger role in real life than he does in the game. Teams like Nashville, Chicago, Rangers, Flyers and many others are great examples. A lot of players such as Matthew Wood and Jeremy Lauzon have already received high rated and special HUT cards. With todays technology there are no more excuses. Since I am expecting to be disappointed and I am 99% sure nothing has been done with player customization I decided to put together a list of players who need updates. Sometimes it is just the hair, the helmet or the face and sometimes the entire face scan is simply outdated. Players like Porter Martone, Jamie Drysdale, Wyatt Johnston and Zach Benson all deserve new face scans. Let this be the year where we finally get as many rookies and young players updated as possible. It would make Franchise Mode feel alive for years and make the game much more enjoyable. Quick summary: this game is god awful At this point there's no "tweak" or "adjustment" that can be made, you need to completely revamp everything and start from scratch. Here are my quick thoughts after playing a bunch of drop-in 3v3 & 5v5 games: The game play is slow and boring, and it takes forever to recover when you're tired. It's like playing beer league Hockey with a 2 pack per day smoker. Matchmaker only. I will always push for server browser style lobbies, it makes it way quicker to join games when population is low, which it always is in this game. Controls & mechanics make no sense. The devs are trying to make this so hyper realistic that they forgot to make it actually fun. There's a TON of smaller changes even some nit picky things missing that I could list from the PS3/360 era, which was peak EASHL, but I don't care anymore, this series is beyond repair.Missing Connected Franchise Features
Why don’t aspects like player aging, retirement, and season stats carry over through connected franchises? This “new” mode is just gm connected but stripped down from all available info. Will the mode be built on during the games lifecycle? Other ea games have the full version of the mode available so it’s just a bit of a head scratcher why we’re only getting some of the mode.
