Zoom in on faceoffs Ice Camera mode
Hi there. The only issue I have is the camera zoom while in ice camera mode. Sometimes the “zoom” is a bit slow or choppy to the faceoff. Might be nitpicking, but maybe you guys can smooth it out. I’ve tried switching framerates and all the usual workarounds. Anyway. I’m very pleased with the game. Thanks for your hard work.
CANNOT use customized playbooks for CPU (franchise/season mode)
I was looking forward to doing season and franchise mode. Tried it out and it is way too easy. Even with difficulty at the highest setting, I cannot use my customized CPU playbooks. I have made most of the teams playbook set to aggressive because it makes it more authentic and difficult. This really needs to be FIXED ASAP!Equipment Issues/Player Names and Likenesses
While playing franchise mode, after pre season games goalies pads default to random colours. You have to go into the edit player screen and then exit and the equipment goes back to normal. Also the IPad masks for the goalies was in the August 6th roster, and then disappeared after that, but also please make some new masks for teams as well, the masks are so old tired and boring. I am sure this has been brought up but why, if you are using AI for the commentary, which for me is fine, but then why are so many players play by play names missing. I also hope that you are able to dedicate sometime to have someone review generated player faces Alexis Joesph is a good example, you gave him an Asian face, and he isn’t Asian. If you’re using AI for this as well, give it better parameters. I know your a small team, so use the tools to your advantage but also make sure your checking the product too.Game Opening intro glitch
I am in a be pro season. After every game I save & exit and either turn off my Xbox or play another game. I have even quit the game on the home screen to take it out of quick resume. When I return to the game and play my next be a pro season game it just skips the introduction and goes straight to the face off. So I miss the intro to every arena in the game. Anyone else having this issue and is there a fix?NHL club crashes everytime I go into it
There was an server crash yesterday which where it started, fast forward to today and I can’t even get into my club for a game without an error code and even when someone got in we couldn’t invite anyone or people not in the club without the error code popping up. Need help!(Metric vs. Imperial)
Hi I wanted to bring up something that is getting seriously annoying: why does EA Sports still lock the unit of measurement based on the console's system language? Basically, if you want to create a player with standard North American hockey sizing in feet and pounds (for example, a massive 6'5" and 220 lbs power forward), you are forced to switch your entire console language to English. As soon as you set the console to French, the game forces the metric system on you (196 cm and 100 kg). We should be able to freely choose our display preferences (Feet/Pounds vs. Centimeters/Kilograms) directly in the game settings or during player creation, regardless of the language we are playing in. It's a small detail, but for immersion in a mode like Be a Pro, it's pretty frustrating not to have control over it. Anyone else find this annoying, or has anyone found a hidden workaround to change this without changing the whole console language?HUT ranked game disconnects before start and counts as loss.
I was going into a ranked game after winning and then after seeing the opponents team and beginning to load into the game, it suddenly just said lost connection. It proceeded to give me a loss and take away my win progression. When I checked recent games it shows up as 0-3 DISC with 00:00 time spent. How is that even possible when the game never started and it’s saying I got beat 3-0. Is there anyway this loss can be taken away?EASHL Club 6s Matchmaking
3 players total are playing clubs (2 Xbox, 1 PlayStation) on relaxed matchmaking settings. We are trying to play user goalie games and have spent 3+ hours queuing to no avail over the past week to even find a game. We tried allowing drop in skaters to have a full team as well and we cannot find a game. We tried to do non user goalie games in 6s and cannot find a game. It says matchmaking is high or normal with 34 secs to find a match and we never do. East coast and Midwest servers for us as well. This has never happened even in low population NHLs so what's the issue? We want to do goalie games but about to refund it since we can't play at allBlack lines everywhere when playing
NHL 27 – Black Lines Appearing Across Screen During Gameplay I’m experiencing a major graphics/rendering issue in NHL 27 on Xbox Series X. During actual gameplay, black lines appear across the screen/ice and are also visible during highlight/replay sequences. The issue happens consistently and is not specific to one camera angle. I have tried multiple camera angles and the black lines appear with all of them. I have also completely restarted my Xbox, but the issue remains. The problem only occurs while playing NHL 27. I do not see these black lines on the Xbox dashboard or in other games. This appears to be a graphics/rendering bug with NHL 27. Please let me know if this is a known issue or if there is a recommended fix. Platform: Xbox Series X Game: NHL 27PS Button glitch
In all other NHL game in the past we can touch PS button for chek messages , play music and other stuff without pause the game and now if we touch the PS Botton it always pause the game it's very frustrating. Please fix this ! We want to play the game and use PS button at the same time just like all the other past game .SFX Volume in Menus Too Loud
at default value 10 the SFX (moving through the tabs, clicking stuff, etc) is very loud. louder than the soundtrack/background music. if I turn it down, it also affects the in-game SFX (shots, hits etc). I turned the SFX volume so that it was tolerable in the menus but went into a game and could not hear anything on the ice. is it just me? is there a workaround?Game crashes when on-screen keyboard pops-up
Hey guys! I'm havinag an issue with my NHL 27 game, with a XBOX series X console. My game crashes when the on-screen keyboard pops-up. I tried everything around the sun to get it to work: Factory reset the console - Deleting and downloading the game again - Unabling quick resume - OSU1 install.... Any solution? Thanks in advance!
