GW2 Crashes upon launch, game rendered unplayable [Steam & EA App]
Upon launching my Steam copy of GW2, the game instantly crashes and gives me this error message, rendering the game unplayable. I've tried launching it on the EA App, as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the game on both Steam and EA App. Customer support has been no use. Attached bellow is the crash report. I would also attached the dump file, but the forums does not accept .dmp files. Any help with uploading the .dmp file would be greatly appreciated if it is needed. All help greatly appreciated! I've had this issue for over a year now and would love to get back into the game again!
Battles not loading
I have twice today had battles not load and I have had to kill the app to be able to keep playing. This has happened before, but there is a new piece to it today. I lost progress, it took a star away each time. This is a problem, both times the two stars would have upgraded my level in the challenge.
Accounts With Characters That Are Level 46
Will anything ever be fixed regarding the "Level 46 Banning" Exploit on Garden Warfare 2 My account has been affected multiple times now and I would like to be able to play without the threat of this happening anymore. The "unban waves" are not helping anymore, as cheaters are able to redo the exploit and keep you out of multiplayer anyway the moment you are able to play again.I can’t play online
Can someone help me? I can’t play ranked or casual and I have tried it with the plants team and even with the zombies.I unstall the app 2 times and reconnected to my account and I still can’t play online.Pls fixe it or otherwise if it’s happening only to me can someone tell me what to do?????Found bug PvZ Hero
Not too sure if this happens to other plants but when I use Nibble on potato mine and galacta cactus, it destroys the plant but then the game will crash making nibble unable to draw a card and causing it to get stuck on the third stage (Tricks) in forcing me to concede the whole match
Cheater that ruined my GW2 account
There was a Cheater on Garden warfare 2 using a mod to make him into a boss that you can't use normally. So I used cheats to combat him from ruining the game for everyone else because you guys don't support the game anymore. I woke up the next day and the same person who was cheating banned my account by making all of my characters level 46. I can not play the game I payed for because of this cheater. For the longest time I loved PvZ and its entirety. I’ve started PvZ 3 Evolved and it’s fun and a great beta. There are a lot of problems. You can probably find videos of people talking about them which I would recommend, like twilight chomper enthusiast. I really just want EA to see this and get their employees to take feedback on PvZ. You can add micro transactions and still make a great game please see this and look at what you did with early PvZ 2 and both Garden Warfares. I just REALLY want the PvZ 3 beta to fix the leveling thing because it’s possible to upgrade your peashooter to make it stronger than its fusions. And the groups of neighborhoods is a GREAT concept. And finally the biggest feedback I would leave and please just give GW2 a patch like rebalancing and update your anti-cheat because hackers are dominating the servers.Urgent Help: Refund Request for Unauthorized Minor Purchases in PvZ
Dear EA Customer Support Team, I am writing this letter to ask for your urgent assistance. I am a father from China. My 8-year-old son, between October 22 and November 2, 2025, made a total of 41 in-game purchases in Plants vs. Zombies 2 without my permission. These unauthorized purchases amount to a total of 10,047 RMB.(Game account linked to App Store account:[edit: email address removed]) This happened because I gave my old iPad (App Store account:[edit: email address removed]) to my son for his online classes, and he secretly memorized the payment password, which allowed him to complete these purchases. When I discovered these charges on November 4, I immediately applied for a full refund from Apple (the App Store), citing "unauthorized purchases made by a minor." However, Apple denied my refund request and explicitly instructed me to contact you (EA) to resolve this issue. I am now in a very difficult and desperate situation. This 10,047 RMB is nearly my entire monthly salary, which is essential for my family's mortgage, living expenses, and my child's education. My son is only 8 years old and has no concept of money. Losing this amount will cause severe financial hardship for my family. I understand that the refund process for the iOS platform is complicated, but I am contacting you directly as per Apple's instructions. Yeti Chomper and Frozen Citron not unlocked.
After finishing a Garden Ops match, I purchased a Wondrous Pack of Greatness from the Sticker Shop. In that pack, I received the final stickers needed to complete and unlock both the Yeti Chomper and Frozen Citron. However, after leaving the match and returning to the Backyard Battleground, I switched to the Plants side to try out my two newly unlocked characters, but neither of them was available in my character selection. I checked my Sticker Book, and noticed that neither character was actually unlocked. Before purchasing the pack, I had 5 out of 6 character pieces for both of them, but now the system didn’t unlock them and even removed one sticker piece from each, leaving both characters at 4 out of 6 pieces. Please investigate this issue and restore the two characters to my account.
PVZ GW2 Save File still bugged
My Garden Warfare 2 save file has not been fully rectified as my rank is still artificially inflated from being hacked and a lot of characters that I didn't have high level are now maxed despite me not having them anywhere near maxed as well as having unicorn chomper on my account which I didn't have before my save got hacked. I was wondering if anyone still working on the game can resync my data back to what it was before I got hacked on the 2nd of November so I can continue working on my grind to max rank legitimately or having the rank plate sync with the total account level if it isn't possible to turn the account back to how it was.GW2 BACKYARD SERVERS
Trying to invite or connect to a friends backyard in garden warfare 2 leads to the message "there was a problem accepting the invite to the game session". But playing multiplayer games work. There are many other people with this problem. Playing backyard with friends is currently impossible. Please fix this.Will EA Ever Bring Back a Classic-Style Plants vs. Zombies Game?
Hi everyone! I’ve been replaying some of the older Plants vs. Zombies games and was wondering — do you think EA might ever bring back a classic-style PvZ game with updated graphics but the same original gameplay? The nostalgia is real, and I miss the simplicity of the first one!
