Received Wrong Ranked Rewards Season 91
I was able to hit rank 50 this season in PvZ Heroes. When I received my rewards I only received rewards for rank 30 and also didn't receive any of my lawn warz rewards for taking 2nd. I was however correctly set to rank 30, but my icon shows I only hit rank 30 last season. Just would like to receive the rewards I missed out on for all my grinding. Hi EA Team, I’ve encountered a funny but strange visual bug in Plants vs. Zombies. As seen in the attached video, when the zombie’s head falls off, the cone remains floating in mid-air and continues moving forward with the headless body. Just got back to the game after a bit, and still, my issue with the missing upgrade is not resolved. The character is mastered, and yet it's 7/8 upgrades with no way of fixing it. Could I reset my account? I'd rather not, but it bothers me for overall game completion. Any help would be greatLoss of items
Recently as of March 24, 2026, at about 1:20 pm EST I had a stable balance of 180ish gems and I just bought some seed packs from the store which costed 124 I believe in pvz2, I log in later and it gave me a brief notice about data, then I go back in to see if something is okay and then my gem amount is at 0, strictly 0 for some odd reason. I do have my EA account linked to my pvz2 account and this is like a data loss or something and I don’t understand, I just lost all those gems I worked hard for and it doesn’t seem to come back even when I refresh the game and reload everything.recycling sparks lost
Lost a lot of sparks recycling, restarted the app, still gone, opened and refreshed, still gone game has been out for like 6 years. I've been playing since near the beginning and have restarted several times due to EA's and Google Play's horrible account cloud loading. It is insane that one of the core features of the game is prone to such dysfunction.Missing currency
I bought like 33 or 44 packs with gems. When I dismantled all the extra cards and then checked my scrap it had gotten rid of the extra cards but didn’t give me that currency back. It was like 6,000 so definitely missing out on stuff. Please refund the lightning bolt currency. this is for PvZ heroes
