Merge Academy Energy
Merge Academy is not crediting energy I have earned through the March free Fidelis the Pyrenees rewards and the daily check-in rewards. I am missing 90 energy that has not been credited. I think it credited the coins from rewards (10?) but not sure, as I was specifically looking for the energy credits. I know there are other players on the troubleshooting forum who didn't receive their coins and no one from EA has addressed this on the forum post. I play on PC using Firefox (latest version, whatever that number is). Thank you for fixing the issue.Poker Town
I had over 20,000 coins at the end of the game. When i went in to play again, I only had 6,000 coins. It has been very frustrating to play this game. So I went ahead and played the next game and came in second. The game froze, so therefore, we all have to just leave and receive no coins. It is also not fair that you can't accumulate more coins 24 hours. I pay to play these games and it always screws you out of coins. I would appreciate my coins back. This is the third time the amount of coins is deleted.

Multiple times this week games are going to reconnect without the ability to games that are in the final play. Either could win. Only to be unable to reconnect. What is going on? This used to happen occasionally it is a continuous daily issue. Not a player issue, definitely in pogo's programing..............Claire Hart: Secrets in the Shadows
So they still haven't fixed this game. They expect you to jump through hoops to contact support for games. The game hasn't loaded for me since November 2025. I bought an episode and once I went into that episode the game will no longer load. Tells me trouble loading refresh page. I refresh page and same thing.Garden Blast Daily Challenges - NOT SOLVED
I saw another thread marked as solved, but it is not. The original poster says that it's not (and gets the same garbage response), other posters report the same issue, and in the Pogo forums folks are reporting the same issue. In Garden Blast, any of the daily challenges related to winning a certain number of games under certain conditions (ex. without losing, with three stars, without using powerups, etc) are prone to extreme bugginess wherein it'll show that you've reached or exceeded the goal, but you can't collect the reward. This also means you've lost the weekly reward. The attached screenshots show the top goal as having been exceeded, but no option to collect, followed by the option to collect again after I won another game. Before trying to click the "claim" button, you can see the weekly goals at 4/7, but the screenshot after I clicked the claim button shows it back down to 3/7. The claim button is still there, but it just blips back when I try to click on the goal claim or the daily claim. To be clear: The solution to this problem is not how to get credited for this particular instance - I am reporting (again) a persistent bug that needs to be fixed in the game universally. Screenname is Torilk0718, playing on a PC, using Firefox. Same issue on another PC using Chrome, although clearly this is not an issue that is unique to my system and this info is irrelevant. B-t-dubs - the article that supposedly solved the other thread about how to report a bug sent me to a garbage bot that went in circles, and when I tried to report a bug on the EA help site, it sent me right back here again.Lucky Bingo
I love the game for but it always freezes when they are calling the numbers I think what is happening you keep adding games and it is giving problems I think when I am done with these games you keep removing the games I like considering been playing before when the game was Prize point then it became Pogo the games are not fun it is frustrating to play.Problem Report

When you click on them nothing happens. Four out of five of my orders include items from the Bags of Seeds Generator so I can't finish them which means I won't be able to finish the badge event or the Weekly Challenge in Merge Academy. I have had this generator problem for close to a month now and have sent a couple of message to the forum and have gotten no responses.
