Pogo Gems/ Missing Energy
I used some Pogo gems to add energy to merge Academy. They offered a treasure game on the side, which I played and that's where I added energy to. It stated, "any leftover energy at the end of this event will go to the main merge game" The event ended with 2000+ energy left and I have not recieved any ov the energy back. Can I get this back, please?Vivint ads
User Lil053 Using Chrome for the past few days when I play any game pogo takes me to a vivint ad. no count down for completion of ad it just stays there. I hit refresh then it has another ad with a count down to completion and back to vivint. I cannot play, I have cleared history/cache. please helpGuest Issue Ad Header making games unplayable!
I have enjoyed playing games on POGO for years. Recently while attempting to play Scrable and other games i have encountered an advertising header at the top of the loading screen that dominates enough of the screen that i am unable to access the buttons that i need to click on to start the game. and, since the option to go to full screen is limited to members only, i have been unable to play any games for several weeks.Wheel of Fortune

Or am in middle of game & it freezes?? freezes during the spin, ugh. Its not even Tuesday so you cant say yr doing updates! I should report this in EA Daily forums? When I want to play jungle gin it is still a chore to load I sit here trying and trying to get it to load. If I am lucky on the 5th try I get on the table and maybe my partner coes in. but very rare does that happen when I try to play canasta it is better but it the cards stick or you can't draw a card or the whole pile sticks. It is so frustrating. I haven't won in over 3 weeks. I am concerned that you won't be able to play any card game. and everything that people tell you will get worse before better.
Trivial Persuit changed
Trivial Persuit Online has changed. It pauses at 37% each time and then takes way too long to load. When you click on an answer, it turns the border blue and then either green or red. This takes extra time and makes the time to solve it much longer. The display of each screen is kind of jerky and not smooth like it was yesterday. These problems make the game virtually unplayable and useless.Merge Academy Marketplace Problem
I just accidentally wasted over 200 coins on a wand I never intended to buy. I have made multiple accidental purchases since the format was changed. It only takes one click! There should be a second step to ensure that it is truly what you want. It's annoying that the marketplace window pops up automatically to begin with. Now this is a major pitfall. UUggghhhh! Has anyone lately been experiencing the individual property screens not being lifted up after a sale to show the next property for sale? This has been happening to me for 2 weeks or maybe more. The screens lift away just like they are supposed to at first. But eventually, usually after the 1st quarter rolls then they start malfunctioning. Once the next roll has been played, then they lift away. This is in the NO AUCTION game. Then today, I joined a room that was almost done with their game. Twice I got a message on my screen telling me I had been disconnected. I have never. seen that message in the 18 years I have been playing at Pogo. So I reentered the room and it happened again. The 3rd time the next game started. We got through the 1st quarter rolls and on the 1st roll of the 2nd quarter one of my property screens didnt lift up until the 2nd roll had completed. Then I got the disconnect message again (3rd time) and I was in 3rd place at the time. Of course when I rejoined the game I was back selling off my 1st quarter properties. So I just left the game and won't be wasting my time playing DICE CITY ROLLER anymore.
