Lucky cat bingo
I have been unable to have my numbers dotted and that's on 4 cards! Which cost me 500 coins!! I don't get credit for any numbers or bingos. When I play the 2 card game, at the end it says that I had to reconnect!!! After I had gotten 2 cards with bingos on them!! How do you expect me to play this game??? I have been a member for many years, and I am about to cancel my subscription if these matters are not FIXED!!! ASAP!!!Merge Academy Energy
Merge Academy is not crediting energy I have earned through the March free Fidelis the Pyrenees rewards and the daily check-in rewards. I am missing 90 energy that has not been credited. I think it credited the coins from rewards (10?) but not sure, as I was specifically looking for the energy credits. I know there are other players on the troubleshooting forum who didn't receive their coins and no one from EA has addressed this on the forum post. I play on PC using Firefox (latest version, whatever that number is). Thank you for fixing the issue.Poker Town
I had over 20,000 coins at the end of the game. When i went in to play again, I only had 6,000 coins. It has been very frustrating to play this game. So I went ahead and played the next game and came in second. The game froze, so therefore, we all have to just leave and receive no coins. It is also not fair that you can't accumulate more coins 24 hours. I pay to play these games and it always screws you out of coins. I would appreciate my coins back. This is the third time the amount of coins is deleted.

The posted fixes for Trizzle do not work. I have a new ROG Strix G16 laptop. The Trizzle game will not work on it. When I try to play it, it freezes after I make one move in the game. It's troublesome that suggested fixes involve turning computer settings on or off to make the game function and turning those same settings on or off to restore the computer to normal functionality after I finish playing Trizzle. It's also troublesome to see a thread marked SOLVED when it is not. This is the second time I've posted about Trizzle, because the problem with the game still exists. I bought the challenge which was on sale for 12 gems .. score 800 points in 2 weeks. I activated it and played the game. got the badge its now in Album 149. When I went to the page where I bought it & activated it, its still showing as not done! .. This was earlier today .. its still showing as not done on the specials page. How long does it take for the pages to update???Merge Academy / MarketPlace
Hello, I was wondering if there could be a "button" added to the Marketplace BEFORE a purchase is made using the coins or gems? Sadly, and stressfully I have lost coins and gems because during play and you run out of energy it jumps to the Marketplace and if you accidently click, because you are in click mode, if you click on a Marketplace item by accident you lose the coins or gems. There is no button asking "are you sure you want to use these coins or gems" OR no way to back out of purchase. It would be a wonderful kindness. I know I cannot be the only person this has happened to. Lots of other games out there offer this. Thanks So Much for your consideration. Probably could apply to your entire site, especially concerning Gems. Been a member for decades, Love Pogo!
