Can't load Pogo games

All the games take forever to load

the game robbed me out of a lot work. I did not receive my 50 energy units from the daily bonus, and I did not receive my 20 energy units from the Celyth Heartroot Pogis pick a reward. I should have an additional 70 energy units, which I did not receive. Upon loading I am being asked to "Send Stars to complete a task, try it out". A finger points to a picture of bricks for me to click on, which will cost 1 star, however, I don't have any stars. I purchased 2250 gems to play in the new game Farm Valley. I wanted to purchase a land package in there, it takes crystals to buy land so I used 970 gems to purchase 3500 crystals and then used 3299 of those to purchase the land package. I played for a while and cleared the land and then signed off to fix lunch, came back and land package had been taken back and it and my gems and crystals that I had used to paid for it were not return to my account. I tried to purchase a 2 joker package with 33 gems and I did not get the jokers but instead it took my 33 gems and then another 33 gems for total of 66 gems with no jokers added to my game. Also as I am playing on free time the coins seem to be taken away for no reason. Another issue I have is that on the daily I would play the power ups needed but never did get the daily award.
