Missing Datacron Description
A couple of days ago I fully unlocked an Dark side attaker datacron and got the vader one. But it has no description whatsoever. I tried re-roling it, changed to a Dooku one and then re-roll it again to get the vader one just to find it hasn't any description at all. Is this on purpose? or is it something missing? Official Complaint-Pending LSB items (15/10) EA/Capital Games Important
Dear SWGOH team, I raised a helpdesk request on the 15th October as I did not receive a LSB purchased and still have not received the in game rewards for this purchase. I have been charged the £40 but not received the rewards. While I’m sure this is just a mistake the lack of resolution is extremely disappointing. This is the second time I am raising this on the forum and note this as my formal written notice of service not received and would like this resolved within the next fortnight to prevent escalation and external reporting. I share the details to the helpdesk, get a response after 2 days from Kausar that its all items are in my account (clearly not the case as my roster is not updated which I responded with a picture) and have heard nothing since with no way to open a new ticket/escalate. my ally code is: 332-996-785 my order number was: 1009189771052 I hope by re-raising my complaint will bring it to your attention EA and I can get the service I have paid for as I really enjoy this game and this error and lack of resolution is a black mark hanging over my enjoyment and willingness to continue to spend money on this game. I have purchased the Admiral Trench LSB a little over 4 hours ago through the Webstore, and it hasn't shown up in game. I have attempted to contact support through the help chat, and have received almost no communication. I hope there is a way to fix this. I’ve tried it plenty of times using characters that give another character a bonus attack like Windu and Sendulla, as well as with characters that do Assist. However, no matter what I do the counter for One step ahead stays at 0. Could it be broken? Many thanks! P.s.: it is Conquest sector 1 at Easy.Lost account

I was playing Leia VS SLKR and I killed everyone except SLKR, then the game froze down, my buttons dissapeared, auto didn't work, and even after the timer ran out the battle didn't end! So I had to restart the app and the whole SLKR team is there!! I have video proof, and I demand this issue being addressed, and my ranking being credited with a win! This is getting ridiculous, the game play is getting worse and worse. How do I get in touch with costumer support over this issue? I'm not farming DCs and buying passes so I can lose in GAC due to glitches! GAC is the main source of crystal income, so I'm expecting this to be resolved. Like I said I have videos showing the timer at 00:00 and SLKR is just standing there in ultimate form and nothing happens. Fix the game and credit me my win! Edit: Nevermind I still WON. Luckily my opponent didn't bother to attack until the last half hour and ran out of time. It was still a super annoying experience!...Did not receive Kyber Light Speed Token after purchase

Hello, I purchased this on December 28th. I selected the zetas on both tiers and the mod materials. When I purchased it the game crashed and when I logged back in I received an email stating that there was an issue processing your purchase and we credited your account as best we could. I was sent 3891 crystals. I have not claimed them and reached out to in game support and was told there was nothing that could be done. Ally code is 668-446=242. Player ID is attached in screenshot.
Web Store Kessel Run issues
Is anyone else not getting their Kessel Run rewards? I keep getting reminders that I have rewards, but when I get to the website nothing is available. And, as I think back on the last few days, I can’t say I have gotten any of my ‘normal’ Kessel Run rewards (and I don’t pay for extra rewards). I fear my daily rewards are being dropped because I can’t select them (no button to select them and no registered earnings online, even though I have reports in-game that the rewards are available). Anyone else seeing the same thing? Has something been put out that I missed?Forum or Tech Support?
This forum used to be about playing the game, now most messages are about not getting what was purchased in the store or the game not loading. I rarely open this forum anymore- 8 years ago I would be reading it multiple times each day. I have had support apologize and direct me to the forums - so I know why this has turned into crowd sourced tech support but it feels pretty unacceptable for a succcessful game. I’m we must be in quite a state if I am coming to the forums hoping for new character suggestions (with potential kits)!!Mark VI Not Getting 50 Stacks As 2nd Reinforcement
The past 2 days in Fleet Arena, my Mark IV Interceptor has not received 50 Devouring Swarm stacks needed to instakill as a 2nd Reinforcement from Leviathan (it is only getting 40). Is anyone else having this issue. It is hurting me in fleet arena against Executor. Is anyone else having this issue?
