Missing Datacron Description
A couple of days ago I fully unlocked an Dark side attaker datacron and got the vader one. But it has no description whatsoever. I tried re-roling it, changed to a Dooku one and then re-roll it again to get the vader one just to find it hasn't any description at all. Is this on purpose? or is it something missing? Trench LSB purchase did not show up In game
I have purchased the Admiral Trench LSB a little over 4 hours ago through the Webstore, and it hasn't shown up in game. I have attempted to contact support through the help chat, and have received almost no communication. I hope there is a way to fix this. Hello, I purchased this on December 28th. I selected the zetas on both tiers and the mod materials. When I purchased it the game crashed and when I logged back in I received an email stating that there was an issue processing your purchase and we credited your account as best we could. I was sent 3891 crystals. I have not claimed them and reached out to in game support and was told there was nothing that could be done. Ally code is 668-446=242. Player ID is attached in screenshot.
Web Store Kessel Run issues
Is anyone else not getting their Kessel Run rewards? I keep getting reminders that I have rewards, but when I get to the website nothing is available. And, as I think back on the last few days, I can’t say I have gotten any of my ‘normal’ Kessel Run rewards (and I don’t pay for extra rewards). I fear my daily rewards are being dropped because I can’t select them (no button to select them and no registered earnings online, even though I have reports in-game that the rewards are available). Anyone else seeing the same thing? Has something been put out that I missed?Forum or Tech Support?
This forum used to be about playing the game, now most messages are about not getting what was purchased in the store or the game not loading. I rarely open this forum anymore- 8 years ago I would be reading it multiple times each day. I have had support apologize and direct me to the forums - so I know why this has turned into crowd sourced tech support but it feels pretty unacceptable for a succcessful game. I purchased the Taron Malicos Lightspeed Bundle on the webstore on 12/24. The purchase said it was completed. When I went back into the game, a message said there was an issue processing the purchase and I was given crystals instead. I do not want crystals. hi I cannot load the game any more, it worked in the morning, now it is stuck during the "Loading cantina screen", before I get the Apple gamesaccount notification. This always happened to me since the update round about 12 hours before the new char and 2-4 days after. This is so crappy buggy I wonder why I have spent so much money on it so far. Hi there, I have attempted to make a purchase of one the slice bundles, which was primarily for 50 Omega tokens. However upon purchase there was an error and I appear to have received crystals instead. Is it possible for this to be rectified? Connection Button doesn´t exist
Hey there, my friend has an issue. He can´t connect his Account to EA connect or Google Play. In the options the button "Connection" isn´t there. Few Years ago, he connect this account with Facebook. We think, when we reinstall the game, the account is lost. Is there any chance to connect the account with an Google Play or EA Account? Thanks for your help
