GA BUG
Hi, I encountered a technical issue during s GA 5v5 fight. At some point my R2D2 just disappeared from the screen, but since it was his turn i couldn't do anything else and i lost that match (i tried the auto fight too, but didn't work) After i closed the match, it didn't even save the enemies i defeated. I've completed JMK's entire Journey, but I'm missing one token. I have 11/12. Ally code 116-992-725. Conversing with EA help in-game is a disaster. I've explained it about 10 times. I talk to a different person every day, and every day I explain everything from the beginning.I made a mistake on the webstore and need help from a developer.
I have 2 accounts I play in SWGOH, one is very old and has just about every character to relics, the other I started a little over a year ago with a friend. I have been buying some of the LSB bundles on the webstore for the new account over that time frame. Today I went to go buy the Jabba bundle in the webstore and was accidentally logged into the wrong account. The bundle shows up because the older account doesn't have Mob Enforcer and Gam Guard at relic 5 as the Jabba requirements are only relic 3 for those characters. I accidentally made the purchase on that account ... EA support says the transactions are final, which I understand. I am not asking for a refund, only hoping that someone within the game could potentially make this right. I would never have purchased a $25 bundle to upgrade the two characters mentioned above 2 relic levels each. I am asking if it is possible for the bundle to be added to the correct account?Bad batch LSB disappeared from webstore (solved itself)
I tried to purchase the BB LSB, but the payment failed, got sent back to the webstore and now the bundle is gone. Nothing has arrived ingame, and nothing is in the webstore. Any fixes for this? edit: refreshed the webstore, and clicked purchase. Got the option to cancel the purchase, and tried again. Only been charged once, and bundle arrived
