Unable to access SWGOH on PC and the Web Store
I am experiencing an issue with my Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes account. My account is still fully accessible on my iPhone, and I can play without any issues. In the game settings, EA Connect is shown as "Connected." However, since August 3rd, I have been unable to access the PC version of SWGOH or the Web Store. Here is what happens: The PC version asks me to link my account, as if no SWGOH account is associated with my EA account. When I click "Yes, Link My Account," I complete the linking process on my phone, but the PC client immediately returns to the same screen and asks me to link my account again. The Web Store also asks me to link my account, even though it is already linked in the game. I cannot unlink my EA account from within the game. When I try, I receive the message: "Your account cannot be unlinked." I have already checked the following: I am signed in to the correct EA account (the same email address used in the game). I can log in to the EA website without any issues. My email address is correct. I have cleared the EA App cache, signed out and back in, and restarted the game. The issue appeared without any changes to my account or my PC. I simply shut down my computer for a few hours, and the problem started when I launched the game again. Before this issue occurred, I regularly used both the PC client and the Web Store, and I have made multiple purchases through the Web Store. Could you please check whether the EA Connect link for my SWGOH account is still correctly registered on your servers and reset or repair it if necessary?Kyrotech unusable.
We are getting full pieces of Kyrotech in the era passes which are mostly unusable. With us getting new characters to G12, the full pieces in the passes are not able to be used, we cannot use them in the finisher pieces nor can we scrap them. We need to be either able to scrap or change the finisher pieces for G12 to allow us to use these full pieces. (the attached images are the pieces I mean, only usable for Conquest characters every 3 months which is not enough , these pieces become a waste on the eras pass if they're unusable)
Kleya Unkillable BUG!
For the love of god fix this ridiculous bug!!! you cant just have an unkillable character, this has cost me 2 GAC rounds now! if you kill Luthen with an instant kill then Kleya cannot be killed for the rest of the battle which is just plain stupid! this needs fixing immediately, definetly needs fixing before the next 5v5Ship Speed Altered
Hi , I have Leviathan with R10 and my ships speed is now 180. R9 Leviathans in fleet battles have a speed of 184 R10 Leviathans in fleet battles have speed of 187 in the last few days when I enter a battle my R10 always goes second against R9. Why has my speed changed and how did it change? Is there some bonus or update/upgrade I missed? For the past few days someone has been playing on my account and I have changed passwords and set up 2FA and no change. I’ve used the ea help in game and nothing. My name is notyouraccount in an attempt for them to stop playing on it. I’ve spent money and have the email and transaction history. Can you please just log my account out of all devices or something? They r10’d a character for squad arena when I was saving resources for GL Mando. I’ve secured my apple account, ea account, anything linked. Planned on spending money on the era but I don’t feel safe when I’m not the only one on my account.Conquest pass
I got the Conquest pass and it's not working tell me when I try to buy now you have got this but shows availability of it I can't collect the reward track now to help me work my hoard down before it dust the whole reason I go so hard 1st few days and a key part of that strategy is my rewards from the track, pairing this with TB todo and Gac it's becoming something 826 355 294 is my accountHoth instead of RotE
I'm an officer in the guild ?slavs force?. Just now I was informed that Hoth Rebel Attack started instead of RotE. No one form the officers did this. Here is the screenshot from the in-game chat (Translation: Your guild selects "HOT: REBEL ATTACK" 58 min. Your guild cancels its selection of "RISE OF AN EMPIRE" 58 min. HOT: REBEL ATTACK - Stage "1" begins 38 min.) What is this? How did it happen? And if it wasn't bug, as stated in the other post can you tell us who set the wrong event?I bought my Pass+ 6 days ago, still didn't get it!
It's been almost a week since I purchased episode pass+, but I didnt receive it yet. Support doesn't help or doesn't want to help. Different ppl keep asking me the same questions. I sent all the needed screenshots of my purchase, receipt and in-game window prooving I dont have pass+ active. They admit they received the transactoin and they say I have the pass+ active. But I dont. Wich I screenshoted and sent them. I am falling so far behind with my rewards and stars for colliseum every day. I even had to buy regular pass to have at least 4* for Mara and upcoming Dark Yoda. This pass I did receive. But I still miss my pass+ and money I wasted. I am completely done with the Jar Jar Binks event, specifically Tier 5. I have spent weeks grinding, gearing, and sinking resources into my Gungans. All of my characters are fully upgraded, and my mods are way above the recommended stats listed in the event description. I have solid speed secondaries across the board, proper sets, and high protection, yet this event feels completely broken and unplayable. What is the point of giving us recommended stats if the enemy team is just going to take three or four turns before I can even move once? My team is getting lapped immediately regardless of how fast my mods are. Even worse, the game mechanics themselves seem to just stop working in phase two. Enemies are completely ignoring my taunts and picking off my characters at random. I can have the Shield Generator fully intact with stacked defense buffs, and my fully geared Gungans are still getting one-shot out of nowhere. The enemy health and defense pools are so absurdly bloated that even when I survive long enough to hit back, it does zero noticeable damage. A game should be challenging because it forces you to think and use a good strategy. This isn't strategy, it's absolute ragebait. You're forcing players to sit there restarting a battle a hundred times praying for the one run where the AI doesn't completely cheat its own mechanics. We spend months gearing up squads specifically for these Legendary events just to be met with an artificial brick wall that disregards basic game rules like taunts and defense calculations. Please actually test and fix Tier 5. Tune down the absurd enemy speed, fix the targeting bugs bypassing taunt, and make it so a fully upgraded team with high-end mods can actually win based on gameplay instead of pure luck.Somehow SEE is not all the Sith ...
Well, In my ground arena, there's a player with a R9 Rotta with its full unique datacron (just do it !!!) and the adequate team... This Rotta datacron has reminded me an old one: the Omega (Fugitive) one ..! But in a standard way ... I know Rotta is a GLs killer (erm, can't wait to see him when gonna be associated with GL ManGu !!!). I use several teams to test that team and datacron. An usual well modded JMK (Cat, Snips, GK and Padme) can beat him (take a loooooong time but it's possible, take care not use Padme 3rd foot fight on Rotta !!!) But I didn't know Rotta's like General Grievous Omega Supreme ! Invicible! I use a specific SEE team (SEE + Empire Sith big bosses) to challenge Rotta. As everybody knows, the SEE ultimate attack has an (somehow) instakill if you link 2 opponents toons except for GLs (somehow logical). But the fact is that after 3 UAs (yes three, like the musketeers or caballeros), Rotta . . . . is alive, no damage, no health damages even each time with no protections. Did he sucks Zeffos blood with his bleed attacks during Coliseum conquest to gain the "only 1 point damage even if you're a lvl135 monster" (for those who've done and known the previous Coliseum eras), somehow CG can answer us ... (Can't wait somehow to see the two new other unique datacron in action such as Level 12 Zed Orrellios with Colonel Ward datacron without Colonel Ward !!!)
