Hello! I'm having trouble accessing the Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes Web Store. I recently created a new SWGOH account on Android and linked it to my EA account. Using [REMOVED]. I receive the email verification code and can log into my EA account elsewhere, but on the SWGOH Web Store, after entering the code, it just says "retry" repeatedly. I've confirmed the account is linked in-game. I am writing to formally appeal the recent ban placed on my account. I believe this ban was the result of unauthorized access to my account. My account was compromised and used by a third party without my knowledge or permission. As soon as I became aware of the situation, I took immediate action to secure my account and report the incident. I would also like to inform you that my EA account was compromised under similar circumstances. After investigating the case, EA confirmed that my account had been accessed by an unauthorized person and restored my account. I hope this information will be taken into consideration when reviewing my case. Unfortunately, I do not know my Alliance Code, so I am unable to provide it. Instead, I have included my Account Code below. I hope this will be sufficient to identify my account. Account Code: <removed> I have also submitted multiple appeals through the official support form, but unfortunately I have not received any response. I would sincerely appreciate it if my case could be reviewed. I have invested tens of thousands of yen into this account and have also spent countless hours building it. Since the ban, I have continued playing on a different account, but it is simply not the same, and I cannot truly enjoy the game without my original account. I respectfully ask that you reconsider my case, taking into account that the actions leading to the ban were not performed by me, but by an unauthorized third party. Rotta Journey not working
I just met the requirements for the first tier. I hit the battle button and then nothing happens. This happened to me with padme too, but that one fixed itself after a week or two. I dont know if this is considered a technical issue, but while going through and deleting unwanted mods, i accidentally deleted all of them. I clicked all to update all and absent-mindedly clicked delete. Is there a way to retrieve them? I am playing the game here in South Korea so I am not sure how it can be translated but I faced a bug on the Stage 3 in the Galaxy Conquer (?) Sector 2. Opponents health gauge bar stops and they do not die... Please check and solve this problem. I have spent so many credits and time to even test this...
