Is this game abandonware on pc?
I have owned this game on a 1660, 3070, and a 4090, and none of them were able to handle this game. I can run Resident Evil: Requiem, Elden Ring, Fallen order, Frontiers of Pandora, all at or almost max graphics settings at 4K, but Jedi Survivor can't get a stable 2 seconds of gameplay or 15 minutes before the memory leaks completely break the game altogether requiring a restart. This game hasn't had an update in 2 years. This could have been the best game to have been released by EA in a LONG time if they didn't blunder so badly. I feel as this is also disrespectful towards the cast of the game who performed very well, and deserve their performance deserve to be represented with equal respect. I wouldn't want to paint a picture for somebody if they intend on letting in sun bleach and sit outside in the rain before hanging it on a wall. Have some class, EA. Stop blaming consumer hardware and fix your game or Jedi 3 is 💀
R1 + X is not working Force pull
I have been complete one journey, and All was working, but 1 year later I try to restart the game, to play again) i meet with issue of R1 + something. I try all things that read in internet, gpt also) but I saw a lot of people with the same problem, how to fix this, and don’t restart the game, cause I am on first iteration on new skill of focus, and don’t have respawn, that why can’t to skip this mission! console ps5
No hit bug [Ps5 pro]
Even when I land hits on enemies (with lightsaber strikes or blaster shots), it appears as though the attacks do not register, as if they are missing the hitbox. This issue is the same for enemies attacking me—no damage is dealt. However, area-of-effect damage (such as bombs, missiles, or AOE abilities) works as intended. In contrast, when I use the meditation training feature, I can confirm that attacks register correctly and deal damage. Additionally, there is another bug where doors do not open when my character is standing in front of them. I am playing on a PS5 Pro. These issues are preventing me from progressing in the game. Prompt action to address this is highly needed. (I have tried restarting the game and reinstalling it, but the issue persists.)Game is broken at 16:10 aspect ratio
So, I have been playing Jedi Survivor for a while, and I just played it on another computer. The screen of the computer I played on is 2560x1440, and the new computer is 2560x1600, or 2K at 16:10. I soon realized the Hud in game is out of bound and isn't fully shown, like map, meditation, and more. This issue isn't game braking, but it should be a really easy fix if respawn wanted to do it. The combat UI, like lightsaber stands and heath bar looks fine. The skill points are cropped out Descriptions are cropped out This is making the game almost unplayable in this aspect ratio, which is really common among laptops. I really hope this will be fixed in the next update as it is NOT a difficult thing to fix. Fallen Order were fine, just add black bars!
Entitlement conflicting between Steam purchase
I previously played Jedi Survivor (PC) during a promotional period through EA (2021 I believe, had since uninstalled the game and app). I recently purchased the game on Steam, and redownloaded/updated/logged in to EA app. When launching via steam, it starts the EA app and says "preparing game", I can see the game appear in Task Manager briefly, but quickly closes and the EA App shows “an error on our end caused the launch to fail." I have repaired EA app, uninstall+reinstall+delete prior cache data, made sure services are running on auto, made sure steam was updated, verified files, all I can think of on a hardware end, nothing has made a difference. I believe my entitlement may be conflicting between the promotional version and the Steam purchase. Is it possible to refresh or repair the entitlement on my account?
Soft locked at the start of the Jedha sandstorm
Playing on PS5 Pro, during the objective "travel to Cere's base" at the Sandblasted Vestiges. The sandstorm hits, Cal calls out to Merrin. I advance towards her, she calls back. And then nothing. She just stands there, not moving. Progress can not be made. Is my only option to restart the game?
Missing priorite shard
I was playing through the game, trying to 100% it. I got all of the collectibles, so I thought, and the game is telling me Im missing 1 priorite shard, but even with a map upgrade I cannot find it anywhere, and going through each individual area it says I collected all of the collectibles. Hello I’m stuck in the „travel to ceres base“ storyline. I progressed the story normally until Cordova waited for me in the elevator ( It didn’t go down ) so i walked away and the elevator went down now I’m stuck right before the ship in the veiled hangar and I can’t get to the overworld or get the elevator up? Even when pushing the button it doesn’t work please help this save feels dead…Stuck in Nova Garon , white door wont open , red barriers buged
I'm stuck in Nova Garon in the white room after using BD-1's Electro Dart on the energy core. The Electro Dart's aim assist doesn't work (the line stays yellow, not blue), and the door in the white room won't open (no interaction prompt with BD-1). I have 36 hours of gameplay and can't progress in the main story. [Steps I've Tried: Restarted the game and PS5 multiple times (full shutdown, not rest mode). Meditated at the Hangar Bay Exterior meditation point and replayed the sequence (red barriers, energy core, white room). Died intentionally several times to reset scripts. Changed lightsaber stances (single, dual, crossguard). Traveled to other planets and returned to Nova Garon. Checked aim assist settings (set to Normal/High). Switched between Performance and Quality modes on PS5. Reinstalled the game and ensured it's fully updated (latest patch as of July 2025). Noticed the probe droid no longer spawns, and red barriers can be passed without Merrin's dash (which seems like another bug). What the hell is wrong with the lighting system? I complete the game and it’s hardwired on afternoon/dusk. I’m at the point now. I’ve been dealing with this for so long. I’m at the point now where it’s like I’m considering never playing this game again that’s how **bleep** bad it is and the fact this **bleep** company you lazy skanks won’t do anything about it. i’m really tired of the **bleep** and there needs to be an immediate change because this is ridiculous and I get that this isn’t game breaking but it makes everything look like **bleep**. I’m talking everything.
Nova Garon glitch
On Nova Garon I was in the final part of the facility, chasing Bode, and I got to the TIE Fighter room. Merrin was trying to help me in combat but I needed to get over to her, so I tried to jump where the TIE Fighters were and fell. I thought It would just put me back up there like games normally do, but it sent me back to where the Mantis was. All the doors were closed and I had no way to get back to the mission. I tried turning off the console, restarting it, and a lot of other things. None of it worked. I can’t do the last of the Nova Garon mission.Bounty puck missing. Fixes not working
So i'm missing a bounty puck i have done all bounties including caij and beat her at holodeck. I looked up fixes for the missing bounty puck but none of them worked. I tried going back to where the bounties spawned and reloading the area but to no avail. No matter what i do or where i look i am just missing a bounty puck. If i went into ng+ and did a bounty there coule i get the final puck i neee to get everything from caij's shopGame freezing at the same point. (Calling the lift on renovation site 4733)
I had this issue a while back on my Xbox one s and just assumed it wasn't powerful enough to run it (got a refund). I then recently bought a series x and bought it again. I played and it froze again in the same spot. I tried clearing cache etc. but nothing has worked. The problem is, I play fine up until this part, kill all of the troopers, call the lift to the terminal. The terminal comes up and then it freezes when they arrive. I can't press any button apart from the Xbox button. It says to hold "x" to make bode attack the targets which doesn't work. See attachment for the frozen screen Thanks
The game won't start
Hi there, this game just won't start. All I get is a black screen and this thing that pops up (attached down below). I've tried literally every solution I managed to google. All the drivers are up to date—not only have I checked them manually, but also consulted a dedicated driver updated offered by my antibug. I also tried disabling one graphics card so my gaming laptop uses only the other one, but to no effect, let alone uninstalling and reinstalling the whole game several times in different locations, which I've also tried. Hope there is a way to fix this issue because I really feel like playing this game. After I switch off NVIDIA and use Intel only, the game starts and I can hear the intro music but don't see anything except a black screen. I get a different kind of error: LowLevelFatalError [File:Unknown] [Line: 258] Direct3DDevice->CreateShaderResourceView failed at D:/depot/r8branches/r8release/Engine/Source/Runtime/Windows/D3D11RHI/Private/D3D11UAV.cpp:249 with error E_INVALIDARG Another difference is that now the game switches off by itself. Back with the previous error, it stayed on and wouldn't close if I didn't use TaskManager.
Nova Garon Hanger Bay Exterior electric dart does not open door
Product: STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor Platform:PC Summarize your bug When I use the electric dart on the device to open the door, nothing happens, it won't open/work. I restart the game, it's still bugged. (possibly gamebreaking) How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to Nova Garon Hanger Bay Exterior at the start of the mission to find Bode, try to open door using electric dart. What happens when the bug occurs? Door will not open, restarting the game or going to another planet then back does not fix it. What do you expect to see? For the electric dart to open the door. Will need to be fixed in such a way that it auto repairs the save file with the bug, so we don't have to restart the whole game from scratch.
