Need Help With Console Crashing
Ever since the Market Place Update, every time I log in I have to flick and dismiss every 'Welcome to...' message. Additionally, every build (More of a builder than player) I was working on can't be entered through Buy/Build mode due to the game shutting off. I tried visiting the lot with a random Sim but the game keeps crashing. I checked it all the packs were installed, and they are. Any and all solutions will be appreciated, please. Fix Console Game
Whenever I open the game, all the packs will open, and I'll have to close them all before i can play the game. The gallery isn't working, but sometimes I'll load and load, but not actually work. The game sometimes lags a little. Bugs Since The New Update
1.) All the sims I have saved to my library are completely gone. 2.) There are like a thousand pop-ups telling me about all the packs I own when I open up the game. Then I have to clear all the pack notifications in build mode. 3.) I logged on to my sims 4 game today, first time since marketplace came to console. And have realised that although I purchased the royalty and legacy bundle I no longer have access to the two kits that came with it (silver screen style kit and tea time solarium kit) I still have my early purchase content, how can these kits be restored to me. Hi everyone, I really need some help. I noticed that my game, The Sims 4, wasn’t updating properly and was running very slow—this started around the time of the recent update that caused issues for a lot of players. To try to fix it, I deleted the game and all of my packs, then restarted my PlayStation 4. However, when I went to reinstall everything, some of my packs (like City Living and Get Together) were missing and not showing up as owned. I’ve already tried restoring licenses and restarting the console again, but it’s still not working. A lot of packs I’ve purchased in the past just aren’t showing up at all, and I’m definitely not going to buy them again. I tried looking at the game packs in the sims4 and its still not showing up as owned. Yes, this is the correct account I use for all of my sims4 so its not on another account. Issue: When I use the Gallery and try to filter by the packs I own, the filter does not work correctly. 1. Open the Gallery 2. Go to search filters 3. Select “Packs” and choose only the packs I own 4. Apply the filter The Gallery should show only houses or Sims that use the packs I have selected. The Gallery still shows results that include packs I do NOT own. The filter does not properly limit the results. This makes it difficult to find usable builds or Sims, since many results require packs I don’t have. This happens consistently when browsing both households and lots on console. I recently started playing the sims 4 again, and as I was building a new house for my sims, I realized some items from when I had gotten Growing Together the day it released were gone. Specifically, the little swing set and the slide that looks like whalebert. Has anyone else had this issue, and is there a way to fix it? All / Most (Or list the ones most affected, like Lovestruck for the flirting bug) Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Attempt to use the Gallery on a PlayStation console. Note the "Version Mismatch" error when trying to download any recent content. Observe autonomous behavior (Sims excessively flirting or performing repetitive social interactions). What happens when the bug occurs? The game version is outdated compared to PC/Mac. The Gallery is non-functional for new content, and critical "Laundry List" fixes from the March 17 and March 23 updates are missing for console players. What do you expect to see? Platform parity. Console players should receive updates alongside PC/Mac to ensure Gallery compatibility and a stable gameplay experience. Additional Information: I am a legacy player (currently on my Grail family save) and the lack of Gallery functions is making the game nearly unplayable. 50x50 lot in Willow Creek won't load
Lately, I have a lot in Willow Creek that's 50x50 that just won't load. On another save, it worked just fine. But with my main save it won't work. It tells me to restart my game, even though I've already done so. Multiple times. I've never used mods before and I've restarted my game multiple times now. I don't know what else to do. Has anyone ever experienced this before? Is there someone in Maxis or on The Sims team who can help? If so, please by all means, help me! I'm scared that part of my game might be broken and I don't know when the next update will be. And I'm also afraid for one of my households who don't have a house that can safely be loaded anymore. I’m playing on PS5 and the Prom has completely disappeared from my game. It’s just not on the calendar anymore and I don't have any social interactions to invite other Sims or anything. The weirdest part is that from time to time on Saturdays, my teen Sims still get a phone call from NPCs asking to hang out before the Prom. If I say yes, a few teens show up wherever my Sim is currently at, but they just leave immediately as soon as they arrive. After that, nothing happens. No notification to go to the auditorium, no Prom, nothing. I use my main account to play while the packs were bought on a second account via console sharing, but I've already tested playing directly on the buyer account and the bug is exactly the same there too. Today I bought the cats and dogs expansion packs as well as the city living. the city living seemed to install fine, but my cats and dogs pack wasn't showing any of the items in build mode, so I went to settings in the game and it said “expansion pack unavailable”. I went to Microsoft store and it was installed, so I reset the game, uninstalled the pack and reinstalled it, and it still isn't working.
