Constant crashing on game startup
I have been struggling to get my game to load for 2 days now. i have been through every routine fix and nothing has worked. I have also tried factory resetting my entire computer (did not fix it), uninstalling and reinstalling the game (no fix), manually adding my graphics card to the graphics card file in the Bin folder (error message for missing graphics card came back on a fresh folder restart), reinstalled the latest update on my Nvidia graphics card (no change), as well as a host of other recommendations found online. I cannot figure it out and need help. Attached is my dxdiag and the last crash report from a fresh folder start. Please let me know if someone can figure out what the issue is. Thanks!
Game failed to launch erroe
I cannot load into my legacy save due to “to game not launching. I was getting an exception error bc of a mods before this but I took out and deleted all my mods and am still getting the error. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the game, cleared my cache and repaired my game a few times and nothing workedUrgent Issue with Sims 4 Expansion Packs: Request for Resolution or Refund
I am experiencing a persistent issue with The Sims 4 expansion packs Seasons and Island Living, which are not functioning after download. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the problem including uninstalling and reinstalling the packs from the EA app library, repairing the game, and completely deleting and re-downloading all game files, the issue continues without any improvement. For the Island Living expansion pack, after the download is completed, the game only displays a message instructing me to restart and the world remains blurred and inaccessible. Additionally, these expansion packs do not appear in my purchase history, which prevents me from submitting a refund request through the normal process. The game also fails to launch under Windows 10 due to compatibility issues, forcing me to run it in Windows 8 compatibility mode, while all of my other 25 games function normally and only these two expansion packs are affected. I have already submitted multiple reports regarding this issue but have received no response or follow-up communication. At this point, my patience has been exhausted and I am extremely dissatisfied with both the product and the level of support provided. I expect a clear and effective solution to resolve this issue immediately or a full refund for both expansion packs, and I request that this matter be addressed as soon as possible.
build mode mixed with loading screen?!
Hello! The issue I have is every time I try to build something instead of the screen showing me the lot, it's the blue loading screen that appears! But the rest of the build mode is there. I've had this issue for a month now, I don't really know what to do. I uninstalled EA, Steam and The Sims and then installed them again and it didn't change anything. I don't have nor use modes or cc. Thank you in advancePlease Help I'm Going round in circles here
I bought a couple of new add-ons in Sims 4 but they didn't show up in my game. I have lots of packs and ad ons so I downloaded them in exactly the same way as before, nothing new. I went through numerous processes from forums and you tube videos etc and got nowhere. In the end I uninstalled the game, EA and steam. I then reinstalled steam, downloaded the base game from Steam (where I originally got it) and reinstalled the EA App. It all looked promising and I went ahead and downloaded all my packs etc. Nothing but base game is showing up when I play. I can see all the folders for the ad ons like EP01. EP02 etc in Windows-Program Files-EA Games - The Sims 4- I do have an Electronic Arts folder here as well though, as you see below EA Games there is a folder Electronic Arts. I also have an eletronic arts folder in My Documents. I've literally wasted two days of my life trying to fix this and I've spent a fortune on packs and ad ons. I hope someone can helpSims 4 Business & activities WONT WORK
Hello, I have issue with this pack. The world wont load in and all i get is a pop up that i can go to lessons about this pack but then nothing happens, I do not have my content noire items as well. Ive done repair, unistall, i did that with my sims 4 i did that with the pack alone. im running out of ideas, i litterally bought another pack with the hope that it would fix this. but that also didnt happen.
Save won't load
My current save won't load. The game launches but when I click to play my current house hold I get the blue loading screen and it just stays there. It won't actually load the save. I've waited several hours on multiple occasions. I googled trying to find a solution and it said I needed to update my mods or cc but I don't play with mods or cc. The last time I was able to successfully play I added 2 horses to my household. I'm not sure if that would cause it not to load. Is there anything I can do or do I just need to start over? Thanks
Sims 4 Game Packs/ Kits Not Loading in-game
I've been having an issue with all of my game packs in sims 4 since the last bug fix, for the past few days almost a week. They show installed my computer and everything but as soon as I go in-game to play everything shows up deactivated but everything's installed. I thought maybe it may be my mods and just deleted them all and I still have the same issue nothings popping up besides the free kits and bust the dust that's only one of the many packs i bought. I cleared my cache, App restart, Deleted and reinstalled the app and they still don't pop up. I need help to Fix it please T-TSims 4 game packs, not working in game
Hello , I brought 3 packs on my EA, and also have asked EA themselves to help, and I still don’t have a resolution that’s worked. I have repaired my game, uninstalled it, and re installed it, but still nothing, it says on my EA under manage packs, they all say installed, I go on the game and go into marketplace and it says not installed? The world is in the game but it won’t let me click on the world because again it says not installed, does anybody know what I can do? Or what you did to make it work? I just want to play the game with the new content but I can’t. Any suggestions, please? Thank you. 😅🤦🏼♀️
Sims4 Game keeps kicking me out to EA app
I don't know what is going on, but when I play one of my Sims in Ravenwood at their home. The game pauses and then kicks me out to the EAn App. It happened last night while playing my Sims couple and I finally gave up. I tried it again with Sims couple in Ravenwood at their home trying to build something it would freeze up and then kicks me out to the EA ap. And it could be from latest update, And if I have too, I'll just start all over again.sims 4 pack bugged
hey, so i have sims 4 and today i installed the pack "growing together" and I fully installed it, but when i tried to play i wanted to move my current household into that world, but it says that the world is downloading and after that i have to install it and then restart the game. and its been 4 hours. The thing is it says its installed. I have already cleared the cache and restarted my computer, and logged in and out of EA. Ive also uninstalled the game twice and installed it again, but it still doesnt work. Theres nothing more i can do, and i need help.Sims 4 worlds won't install
Hi I have had to install my Sims 4 games again, as I bought a new laptop (other one broke) My EA app says it has completed all the installments of my Sims 4 packs. But when I play the Sims 4 and go on to manage worlds, the worlds are clearly not installed and when I hover my mouse over them it says: "World not installed, when this pack has finished downloading, restart the Sims 4 to finish installing it" I have tried restarting multiple times, but with no luck Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
White screen after having the game in live-mode for up to 30 minutes
I am not sure if this is a bug or technical issue but this became a problem after either the last update or the one right before that. I have the game running in live-mode and during the first 30 minutes, if it happens, it will happen during that timespand. The screen goes completely white, I can't close the window (I play on windows, on a Lenova laptop), can't change window to something else. If I open for example Microsoft Edge the screen is still white when I try to change window. The only solution is either closing the laptop or restarting the laptop. I have lost progress multiple times and I am getting sick of it. ' This could of course be a technical issue but due to it starting after an update (I had no problems before), I lean towards this being a bug. I have never used CC on the laptop and on my old laptop I deleted all CC a long time ago, years before I transferred my savefiles onto this laptop. I had no problems on that laptop, even though that had not used CC for a while (I think 4 years, that thing was old when it gave up due to the windows 11 update). This laptop is newer and also runs the game better. I had no problems for 3 months, maybe 4, then came the updates and now I have this problem. I don't seem to have this problem while in CAS. I have not built anything since this problem started, so for now it seems to be live-mode related for me. I believe it also happens when the game is paused but still in live-mode. I don't get any error messages, it just goes white and never returns to the game and as stated I can't close the game unless I completely turn off or restart the computer.My packs have disappeared from my EA account
Hi, I've been playing The Sims on Play for many years and have a lot of expansion packs purchased on my account. For Christmas, I redeemed the game on Epic Games and decided to download it. After linking my EA account and downloading the game, all the expansion packs I'd already purchased are showing up as available for purchase again. I don't understand this at all, since I already own them on my EA account, and I can even see my household members with those expansion packs uploaded to the gallery. I posted about this issue on the Spanish forums and no one has responded, and I've also opened a support ticket on the customer service page, but I don't know how or when they're supposed to contact me. I also have the purchase receipts in my email, which is linked to my EA account.
