Lost Save File on MySims
After 2 days of playing on Apple Arcade (I made sure to save every single time), I opened the game to find my only save file had completely disappeared. I’m playing on an iPad Air with iOS version 26.3. I saw a review on the app store saying the same thing happened to them, and the response was to come here with more info. I also downloaded the Kingdom game and it’s been working for over a week just fine, on the same device. Regardless, so happy to see that My Sims is available on the app store now!

Dear EA team, First and foremost, I would like to say thank you. I am beyond thrilled that you have decided to release the Mysims games on both the Nintendo Switch and Apple Arcade. It has not only given my generation the opportunity to reminisce, but it has given the next generation the gift of playing these games for the first time. However, this is where the injustice lies. The fact that Mysims Agents was excluded from these re-releases is a crime to say the least. It was undoubtedly my favorite and the favorite of many I’ve spoken to in the community. It by far had the most elaborate storyline and gameplay. I believe it complemented the other two games perfectly while also providing a unique take on the existing features. It has been neglected in a way it does not deserve! I am appalled at this oversight. Please consider this a request to reconsider. I appreciate your time and I look forward to seeing what you all do next. Thanks again!Mouse/Motion Controls on Switch 2
Are there any plans to add Motion and/or Mouse Controls to the Switch 2 version of the game? The right JoyCon could be used to control the cursor just like the Wii-remote. Either option would provide a much more intuitive control system to the game since the UI was designed with motion controls in mind. Using the joystick is very difficult and not user-friendly. If there are no plans, please consider adding this feature. Many people, including myself, would greatly appreciate it.Fishing on Nintendo Switch 2
I'm having an issue with fishing on MySims for the Nintendo Switch 2 . Sometimes the bobber goes down and pressing A doesn't bring it back up no matter how many times it's pressed. This seems especially prevalent in the forest area. Saving the game and restarting it does not fix the issue and it happens consistently. I saw this bug was reported over a year ago but I didn't see if a patch was implemented or what console the bug appeared on originally. Figured I would see if anyone else was still experiencing this problem?This fish Goby is driving me crazy
Is anyone else getting trouble tryin to fish a Goby in Cuteland? I’m playing My Sims Kingdom for the first time on my iPad. It’s been fun until I had to fish a Goby to accomplish a scroll or I won’t be able to get forward in the storyline. I’ve seen gameplays (pc gamers) where this is not an issue. They just get it in 5-10 minutes. While here am I with 80+ turtles and 100+ moon fish. It’s been weeks, where I’ve returned to this game with no luck at all. No need to say this game don’t need any “fishing skills” to get them. Ps. I have the latest version of this game. 2nd ps: English is not my mother language please don’t make comments about it.
MySims Apple Arcade on Mac Apple TV more titles and Game Center
Make MySims Apple Arcade games available on Mac and Apple TV and bring more MySims games like MySims Racing MySims Agent MySims Sky heros. also Bring Game Center support on those games like Lots of Game Center achievements, Leaderboards and Challenges and make MySims Online multiplayer in real time to play with other friends either on Game Center network or EA Games networkPlease add more MySims games like Racing, and more also Game Center integrations
Please add MySims Racing party Agent and Hero i’m a player on Apple Arcade and i would like to see more of MySims games also add Game Center achievements and leaderboards as well as Challenges if possible add Multiplayer in real time within Campaign mode
Update on Dutch translation?
So a few months ago I posted a message in here about there being no Dutch translation available for either MySims or MySims Kingdom in this re-release, while all previous releases of these two games on all platforms have had the Dutch version available. And it now also seems that the recently released Apple Arcade games of MySims and MySims Kingdom have Dutch available, but why then not still the PC re-releases in the cozy bundle? I am utterly confused with all due respect as the translation clearly is readily available and can be put in just like that it seems. While googling for it I did find a reddit post of someone posting about them making a Dutch translation for the cozy bundle by copy-pasting most (if not all) of the Wii translation over, while I of course appreciate the community effort and will resort to that if needed. I would like to see an official EA port of that translation first before that is needed. So any updates on that regard?
Stucked at Rocket Reef - MySims Kingdom
Hello I'm stucked at the Rocket Reef. The rocket is completed and everyone is happy about it. Lyndsay says how the king would be happy receiveing the news. But I don't know what else I need to do? I only have two missions active: the fish one and the crazy science one (but I need the 8 ball and it will be on the candy island) I haven't unlocked the next two Islands, so I don't know what to do. I tried to visit other islands to reset it, but it doesn't work. Could you help me please?Game Consistently Crashing on Save for MySims Switch
Recently, my game has started crashing whenever I try to save any progress on MySims. This problem initially only occurred occasionally, but it has happened more and more often until now where it will simply not let me complete a task and save that progress. This includes something as small as completing a task for a resident or moving a new one in. I've tried every suggestion I could find online: restarted my switch completely made sure my switch was up to date on the latest software version made sure the game was up to date on the latest software version deleted my cache checked for corrupted save data deleted and redownloaded the software checked space on the microSD card moved the game data to system memory, etc. Nothing has worked. The game is now pretty much unplayable as any progress cannot be saved. I'm also contacting Nintendo support, but wondering if something can be done by EA / the community here. I love this game, and hate to see that it's so buggy. Please help!
Unable to install MySims (2007)
I have recently tried to play MySims again but it wasnt installed on my PC but has been linked to my account. i couldnt play before because it just wouldnt start so i uninstalled it. Today I went to try install the game again and now it is saying that i dont own the game, yet when i go onto the game page it says that i own the standard edition (See Attached). It has been ages since played this game and would like to play again, i have tried the contact page but they were unable to resolve my issue so i have come here for some help. I’d love to see MySims Agents remastered or ported to the Nintendo Switch. It was a standout title with creative gameplay, charming storytelling, and tons of replay value. With MySims and MySims Kingdom already available on Switch, bringing Agents would complete the bundle and delight ling time fans like me. Many of us still talk about this game and wish for a revival. Please consider making MySims Agents available as part of a new Action Bundle or standalone remaster. The nostalgia is real and the demand is growing.Bug of Mysims on switch 2
I bought the Mysisms game and played it on my Switch 2. There was no problem the first time: I quit the game and turned off the console. The next day, I played again, but the cursor controlled by the right stick was really slow. I played the game several more times, and the bug was still there. I tried several things on my console (calibrating the stick, deleting the download, searching updates...), but nothing changed. Also, this bug only happens with this game. It’s really frustrating and makes building, and even more fishing, very difficult. Is there any way to fix this bug? Thanks for your help.Bug or Update for the garden my sims
I was playing my sims on my switch. I went to my garden, in my previous play through I built empty houses and had furniture in them. When I went back, I tried to move in a sim. I wasn't able to remove them once they moved in so I exited without saving. When I went back I can't build houses anymore. I only had the option to edit and delete them. When you walk up to an empty lot it just shows the inspect icon and it says looks like you should move someone in. I thought you couldn't move sims into you garden but it let me. Now I can't build the empty houses anymore. I deleted all the game data and uninstalled and reinstalled the game and started over. I still can't build the houses in the garden. Is this a glitch or update?
Crash After Trying To Redeem The Motorin' Scroll
I collected the hidden scroll on Candyplooza via metal detecting, but now every time I talk to Lindsey or go to my inventory to click on the Scroll icon....the game just closes. I thought it was a mod I was using which I removed/uninstalled, and the bug still persists even with it completely removed from the Steam version of the game. The game will simply close after trying to do this particular scroll, making it impossible for me to redeem the rewards or check what Scrolls I got in my inventory. There isn't a error or anything either, the game closes each time. So far, it's the only Scroll breaking the game for me as nothing else seems to be doing it, quite literally when I can no longer talk to Lindsey without the game crashing/closing on me. It's the only scroll causing problems unless all hidden scrolls are bugged then that's a problem, except I can't find out when I can't even redeem the rewards for the one I got. Why I stopped looking for the others. Believe the Scroll is called Motorin'. You get the Electric Motor from it, which I need.Add A Cursor Toggle Button
I been playing a lot of the original MySims/MySims Kingdom and the cursor keeps popping up on screen no matter what, even if I don't move my right control stick on my PS4 controller. It's a new controller, no problems with other games. This is simply feedback as I want there being a Cursor Toggle, likely the R3 button being the press the right stick in being a toggle to hide/unhide the on-screen cursor. It keeps appearing when I don't need it, causing prompts on the screen to change to whatever it was highlighting, and it makes it hard to exit buildings, or get the proper prompt. Keep the cursor hidden, off screen until I toggle it to reappear. Please add this feature. It would make playing this on PC more enjoyable for me when the cursor is a nuisance and always gets in my way. I'm not sure if it's possible to add a possible toggle, but it would be appreciated when I would love to have this as a feature for controller.
Mysims cozy bundle error directx 12
I bought the mysims cozy bundle and I can't play it as when I try to load it up i get an error saying that the games minimum requirement of directx 12 with shader model 6.0 is not met. My directx is up to date and all my other sims games work perfectly. I've tried repairing, clearing caxhe and reinstalling both games but still cant play them.
