iPad app will not open
The app on my iPad will not open. I played yesterday morning for probably 20 minutes then a couple of hours later, the app will not open at all. It goes to the game opening screen and a few seconds later it closes itself and returns to my iPad screen. I’ve restarted my iPad, updated software, and restarted app but nothing will work. There isn’t an update in the App Store for the game so not sure what else to do?
Google Play Sign-In Greyed Out After Update
Hi, I’m experiencing an issue with Google Play sign-in since the latest update. My wife and I both play The Sims FreePlay on the same device. Before this update, I was able to log her out of Google Play and sign into my account to access my save without any issues. Now, the Google Play option is greyed out, and I’m unable to log her off at all. Because of this, I can’t access my own game on the same device anymore. This setup worked perfectly fine prior to the update, so it seems like something has changed or broken. Sharing a device between two players is pretty common, so this has made things really frustrating. I’ve already: Confirmed Google Play is signed in on the device Checked app permissions and settings Restarted the device Nothing has fixed the issue. Is this an intentional change, or is this a bug introduced with the update? And is there any workaround to switch accounts again? I’d really appreciate any help or clarification. We need a 360-degree, ground level camera that allows us to finally step out of the overhead view and see our Sims new faces and unique silhouettes up close. As someone who has played the sims free play for over 11 years. I have watched this game grow from its first steps into a global phenomenon. However, as we navigate 2026, there is a missing piece in our digital world that I believe is vital for the game’s future: Body Diversity. Currently, I have over 30 Sims, yet they all share a single silhouette. In a 'Life Simulation' game, identity is everything. The 'Faces of the Future' update was a beautiful breakthrough it proved that you have the talent and the technology to break through old 'technical limitations' and modernize the core of this game. I am asking you to prioritize the inclusion of curvy, fit, and slim body types. I know this is a massive undertaking involving rigs and clothing meshes, but it is an investment in our sims freeplay game. While furniture events are lovely, it is the Sims themselves who provide the emotional heartbeat of the game. Thank youSubject: Bug
Subject: Bug – Can’t Complete Dusty Dwelling Task Hello, There is a bug in the Clean Mysterious Garbage task in Dusty Dwelling. My Sim cannot reach the plant, and the path is clear. The game only offers Skip for 22 SP, which is unacceptable. I demand a full refund of the 22 SP and a fix for this bug. Thank you
Teacher’s Pet Discovery quest issue
When I go to the downtown high school to check on my 5 sims that are currently on “perform sports action” task at over 17 hours long, two of them suddenly cancels their task after being a few hours in. I restarted the two sims on the task needed and left. A few hours later, after coming back to them to check on their timer and two more sims suddenly cancels their task. I did not click on the red x or anything but now I had to restart these two sims on the task again! There’s less than 2 days remaining on the deadline and I’m afraid to go check on them later again in case it does it again. All 5 sims initially started at the same time but now, 3 of them are behind. What am I supposed to do about this?Issues paying
Can The Sims FreePlay have an online shop website where we can purchase anything we want but through the website because my card doesn’t work with my iPhone, so when I want to purchase packs or something, it declines. I really wish there was a website we could pay to, other apps can do that including Netflix.Profit from your own Ads
I find Ads annoying and buggy. It is a win win for the app developers but, I play a particular game where all the ads are for that game. The ads offer discount deals etc. this is pretty genius because it’s the only game I’ve spent hundreds+ on. Why bring in outsiders to take from your own profits? Offer clothing packs , furniture packs or LP points, simoleon discounts. The catch? It’s a pop up discount and you snooze you lose. I feel less guilty spending my money when it saves me money. 15 LP points pop up for .99 cents instead of $2.99, random discount on random stuff. Earn for yourself boo! Don’t give your profits away when you can hook us up then it’s a win win for your players and fans. I hope someone sees this and it makes a difference.Ads won’t close after watching – can’t skip tasks or earn extra Simoleons
Hi, I’m having an issue where the ads in the game won’t close after I watch them. I watch the full ad, tap the little X button in the top right corner and it does nothing. The only way to keep playing is to completely restart the game and not get the reward. This is pretty frustrating because I rely on watching ads to skip certain tasks or to get extra Simoleons, which is a big part of progressing in the game. Is anyone else having the same problem, or is there a fix? Thanks in advance!having too many quests at one time...
I find it difficult to do "influence island" , " sim chase" and the collecting crafts at the same time. I always find myself picking one or the other. I end up doing the sim chase cause I can never complete influence island. whenever I'm at the last step I get discouraged cause I can't win them over and I have no idea when to use the chocolate. and has anyone ever won the final prizes on the collecting crafts??
