Google Play Sign-In Greyed Out After Update
Hi, I’m experiencing an issue with Google Play sign-in since the latest update. My wife and I both play The Sims FreePlay on the same device. Before this update, I was able to log her out of Google Play and sign into my account to access my save without any issues. Now, the Google Play option is greyed out, and I’m unable to log her off at all. Because of this, I can’t access my own game on the same device anymore. This setup worked perfectly fine prior to the update, so it seems like something has changed or broken. Sharing a device between two players is pretty common, so this has made things really frustrating. I’ve already: Confirmed Google Play is signed in on the device Checked app permissions and settings Restarted the device Nothing has fixed the issue. Is this an intentional change, or is this a bug introduced with the update? And is there any workaround to switch accounts again? I’d really appreciate any help or clarification. Thank you.

Subject: Bug – Can’t Complete Dusty Dwelling Task Hello, There is a bug in the Clean Mysterious Garbage task in Dusty Dwelling. My Sim cannot reach the plant, and the path is clear. The game only offers Skip for 22 SP, which is unacceptable. I demand a full refund of the 22 SP and a fix for this bug. Thank youTeacher’s Pet Discovery quest issue
When I go to the downtown high school to check on my 5 sims that are currently on “perform sports action” task at over 17 hours long, two of them suddenly cancels their task after being a few hours in. I restarted the two sims on the task needed and left. A few hours later, after coming back to them to check on their timer and two more sims suddenly cancels their task. I did not click on the red x or anything but now I had to restart these two sims on the task again! There’s less than 2 days remaining on the deadline and I’m afraid to go check on them later again in case it does it again. All 5 sims initially started at the same time but now, 3 of them are behind. What am I supposed to do about this?Issues paying
Can The Sims FreePlay have an online shop website where we can purchase anything we want but through the website because my card doesn’t work with my iPhone, so when I want to purchase packs or something, it declines. I really wish there was a website we could pay to, other apps can do that including Netflix.Profit from your own Ads
I find Ads annoying and buggy. It is a win win for the app developers but, I play a particular game where all the ads are for that game. The ads offer discount deals etc. this is pretty genius because it’s the only game I’ve spent hundreds+ on. Why bring in outsiders to take from your own profits? Offer clothing packs , furniture packs or LP points, simoleon discounts. The catch? It’s a pop up discount and you snooze you lose. I feel less guilty spending my money when it saves me money. 15 LP points pop up for .99 cents instead of $2.99, random discount on random stuff. Earn for yourself boo! Don’t give your profits away when you can hook us up then it’s a win win for your players and fans. I hope someone sees this and it makes a difference.Arabic language 🥹

I’m a Saudi Arabian player 🇸🇦, and I’ve been playing your game since 2014… which honestly says a lot about how much I love it ❤️ But I wanted to share something that has always been a challenge for me — the language barrier. Even though I’ve been playing for years, I still struggle sometimes to fully understand tasks, missions, and details because the game doesn’t support Arabic. This makes it harder to enjoy the game the way it’s meant to be enjoyed, especially when missions require precise understanding. There was even a time when I stopped playing for a while 💔 — not because I didn’t love the game, but simply because the language became a barrier between me and the fun. What I truly admire about your game is how inclusive it is 🌍 It welcomes everyone — different cultures, appearances, nationalities, and even identities. It celebrates diversity in such a beautiful way ✨ So I can’t help but wonder… why isn’t the Arabic language part of that inclusivity yet? There are so many Arabic players like me who would enjoy the game so much more if Arabic were added. It would make a huge difference in accessibility and overall experience 🙏 I genuinely hope you consider adding Arabic as a supported language in the future. I cannot select 'World if Wonders' on any TV for the vacationers Guide Quest. I have tried a 3 star TV, changed Sims, changed houses. Forced stop on my app, deleted and reinstalled app, restarted phone. But won't come up with the option to select it. Cannot skip with life points either. I’m loving the new 2026 iOS updates so far but can we PLEASE finally get the ability to minimize the Home Store window while still in build mode? The store window takes up half of the screen making it very difficult to move furniture around or properly see a room layout. It would also be great if the game developers could add the rotational viewing option that we have during regular game play.Missing game data
Yesterday I saved my progress on the cloud before logging off, a couple of hours later my phone broke and today 15hrs after my phone broke I logged in with what I saved on the cloud from another phone, the thing is, I was missing over 5hrs of progress, I won the 2 lamps of the sim chase event, I progressed on a toddler progression quest, build another monument and I needed to make around 4k~3.8k items to get the 2nd coin that's before unlocking the "Old Money" money rewards ( I made a minimum of 3570 items, 510 × 4 + 765 × 2) , and also spend a lot of resources and currency, and I'm missing the thing that I also spend on. Is there a way to recover what I lost and spend? (the 2 pics are what I found after logged into the game)Regency outfits
I have been wanting bridgerton inspired outfits for my sims since the first season but I wasn't a player during the season 80 sims chase (chai and prejudice) and as far as I know these are the only outfits like bridgerton in the game. I would gladly buy these outfits if they came up in the store! Or even if you bring back season 80 at some point but I would honestly prefer to just buy them now haha. I have tried my best with my current outfits but they're not accurate to bridgerton fashion so I would really appreciate the actual dresses! Since the recent update, simoleans are being deducted instead of earned. Unable to earn from allowance, work, or at the market etc. I have not used any cheats, but I did sell some items that were originally purchased with social points. Could this be causing a cheat glitch? I've tried clearing the cache, it didn't help. Thanks for any tips!
