ads are gone
I usually get the option to watch an ad for pregnancy tasks under two hours, but the option doesn't show up anymore. It's been weeks. I have also lost the games tab where you can choose to download games to earn LPs. Even the game I have been successfully playing has given me an error code and won't let me play anymore. Is this due to the new update? Is there some setting I can adjust to get ads back?

To The Sims FreePlay Development Team, As a dedicated member of The Sims community, I am writing to express my deep frustration regarding the permanent shutdown of The Sims Mobile. Thousands of players like myself spent years investing our time, creativity, and hard-earned money into building legacy families and diverse characters. With the servers gone, we have been forced to migrate to The Sims FreePlay. While I appreciate the incredible world expansions and the "Faces of the Future" graphics overhaul, the character creation engine remains heavily outdated. The lack of body diversity—specifically the absence of curvy body types—makes it incredibly difficult for modern players to feel represented or connected to their Sims. I understand that the 2011 game engine poses massive technical limitations because clothing and body meshes are fused together. However, instead of a complete, ground-up engine rewrite, the development team could implement manageable, phased solutions to bridge this gap: Implement a Restricted "Pseudo-Slider" System: If a dynamic body slider is impossible, create a system that swaps out the base skeleton mesh for pre-set body shapes (e.g., Standard, Curvy, Athletic). To avoid the issue of mixing-and-matching breaking the waist coordinates, you could restrict these alternative body types to standalone Full-Body Outfits (onesies, dresses, and suits). Prioritize Future Content over Legacy Backlog: The community does not expect you to remodel 15 years of legacy clothing assets overnight. Instead, apply these new curve topologies to all future clothing drops, event rewards, and online store packs moving forward. Leverage the "Faces of the Future" Logic: You successfully updated the head meshes and topology across all age groups without breaking the game. Applying a similar topology smooth-over to the torso and hips of adult Sims would drastically improve character silhouettes. We do not want a forced shift into multiplayer spaces like Project Rene; we want the core single-player life simulation experience that The Sims FreePlay offers, but with modern character diversity. Please consider investing resources into expanding our Sims' body shapes so that FreePlay can truly become a welcoming home for the displaced Sims Mobile community. See it says the rue family here but it's only him Help guys I have a sim who as an infant son and then she married a pregnant sim who couldn't move in with her so I moved in my sim that has a son with the pregnant lady but when I checked I saw that my sim didn't move out and into the other house with her son and now the son is left in the previous house as the owner and when I try to relocate the baby he dosen't show up in the family slot or single sim slot and the sim and the pregnant sim are in the family slot without him help idk what to do

Hello, I wanted to inquire if I can make a proposal. A money bank. Where you could deposit an amount yourself. And that you can save there. And get interest. Do you want to save for an expensive villa. Going on vacation. That you go on vacation for 2 or 3 days and discover new destinations. Which you can also save as a hobby. And that you are fully recharged as a result.
I love the new activities with baby’s Pram!
It’s hilarious to see Mom Sim navigating the yard with the Pram. You would think the Pram is a 3 legged wheelbarrow. She did good out on the sidewalk but she only made it half way around and turned back to the yard and the obstacles there. I held my breath when she pushed it around the edge of her pool cutting off the corners with the baby in the Pram! Thank you for this activity! 👏🏻👍🏻😊It’s Sad To See No Progress After So Many Years
I really can't understand why the building freedom is so limited. I just want to stack furniture easily. It doesn't look unnatural at all when they are placed on top of each other, and people actually stack things like this in real life. Why is it so hard? After all these years, there's still no improvement at all in the ease of building. The characters also look so ugly now. I really don't have any motivation to keep playing!Issues with sims FreePlay
I have a few different issues. One of them being I can’t log into Facebook on my iPad for sims FreePlay as it says “I need to turn tracking on for sims FreePlay in settings” but tracking is on and there’s no option under sims FreePlay for that. Second issue being that I have 3 infants in a house, the same mum and dad. But for some reason the married parents don’t live in the same house as the 3 infants and there’s no option for them moving in. The parents are on an empty plot with no house. There’s no way for me to add a pet to the house with the infants in there either as they can’t own pets. But the parents can’t but back to the issue, they don’t actually live in the house. The only way is if I was to whistle them over but they aren’t actually living there still. Can anyone help with this? Hello, I am writing on this Forum because the issue blocking the purchase of more than 2 animals per household has not been resolved yet, despite hundreds of players reporting the problem both in the game chat and on social media. Apparently, the problem does not only affect Android systems but also iOS systems. Outdated and wrong automated responses are being given. A mini-update was released yesterday, but it is unclear what it was for because the problem persists and the crash occurring in the wardrobe section continues repeatedly. We know yours is a hard job, but at least a response would be appreciated to understand if you are trying to fix the bug. Thank you for your support.Cannot access the mystery boxes and the Kart
Hello after the update again accessing all the functions Game crashes after touching Mystery boxes and the Kart also sometimes if I want to look at houses it also crashes. There seems to be a lot of bugs with this new updates and costing me time and frustration I have updated my game in IOS and done reinstalling and reboot and still not working! I do not think you care at all! Also it’s not my iCloud it’s yours!!! Thank you for your attention!Game keeps crashing :(
I updated my iPad (it’s new, not old) and now my sims FreePlay app keeps shutting down. I’m able to get into the app, but only for about 20/30 seconds before it crashes and closes down on me. I have more than enough storage space on my iPad as well and I have already turned off my iPad off and on again. Can someone from EA pls get in touch with me when able to. Thank you.Support broken
contacted support about the patio quest glitching at 96 percent. Now when I log on to the app my entire chat to support won’t load. I’ve emailed you. I’m just exhausted up with the lack of support from ea. I’m now lodging a formal complaint to the office of fair trading. I’ve paid real money and can no longer progress as the quest is stuck. Not being able to contact you is awful service. I want a refund.Can't find superpower toddler
Hello, I'm currently playing the "super toddler secret mission" discovery quest. I have already completed many of the steps and now I have to return to the stables to find superpower ultra toddler but it is nether there nor other community places. It is not on the sims panel either. Does anyone know how I can fix this? I'm stuck and I can't get my weekly rewards because of this.
