Simtown Community Market Crashing
When I try to access the Simtown Community Market, the game crashes when the screen starts loading. This just started this morning. I’ve restarted the game, restarted my iPad, and deleted and reinstalled the game. So, for now, I cannot complete the daily tasks or get parts needed to build things. Any suggestions or is this a bug from the latest update? Roy
Error Code 20013
I am getting Error Code 20013 when I try to purchase the new offerings in the store. It’s only on 1 of my games. When I logged into ea.forums.com I could log in no problem but when I logged off I got a message saying, “Authentication not available”. I didn’t have a problem purchasing items for my other 2 games only the one iPad 16. My other iPad 16 and my iPad8. All 3 are running iOS 26.5.2. If you need anything else, just let me know. Game crashes after downloading Facebook cloud save (level 56)
I'm experiencing an issue with my old Facebook cloud save, and it appears that other players are having the same problem. What Happens: The game starts normally with a new town. I log into Facebok and my cloud save is detected correctly. I can see my town information before downloading: Level 56 Last Cloud save: July 21 Simoleons, LP and SP also appear correctly After selecting Download Saved Data, the loading screen starts normally. The loading completes, the normal town music begins to play, but before the town is rendered, the game crashes. Devices tested: Ipad (26.5 IOS) Iphone (26.5 IOS) BlueStacks (Android) The exact same thign happens on all three devices, so this does not appear to be device-specific. I've already tried: Reinstalling the game Restarting the devices Downloading the save multiple times Testing on different devices Create a new game, then replace it with the save file Create a new game, change the graphics to Classic, then replace it with the save file A new town works perfectly. The crash only happens with my old Facebook cloud save. This save is many years old and is very important to me, because I used to play with my mom when I was young and now she is not here anymore. Is anyone from the Firemonkeys/EA team able to investigate whether this cloud save can be repaired or restored?Sims freeplay update
I am experiencing an issue with The Sims FreePlay. The game downloaded successfully, but I am unable to download the latest update. It keeps giving me an error message when I try. I've already tried restarting the update multiple times and even reinstalled the game, but the problem persists.
Sims Chase
I feel like the sim chase and many other events are to time sensitive and only lead to frustration and giving up on playing all together! I wasted so many SP and still lose ready to quit the game. Suggestion for The Sims FreePlay Hello Sims FreePlay Team, I have a suggestion that I think would make the game much more immersive. It would be great if Sims could actually use their cars to travel to different locations. For example, when the player taps on a car, a menu could appear with destinations such as a friend’s house, the park, the supermarket, downtown, or other places in town. The Sim would then drive there instead of instantly appearing at the destination. This feature would make cars feel more useful and add a realistic touch to the game. It would also make traveling around the town more fun and interactive. Thank you for creating such an enjoyable game, and I hope you’ll consider this idea in a future update! I won a Premium Perks event in June by buying one of the houses in the online store for LP. I even made screenshots of the prizes to be won and of the screen telling me that I won them. The prizes were to be found in the home store initially with one free copy each. But after placing the free copy the items vanished from the home store and I was not able to purchase any more copies by using the + button. So they were in fact just single copies and not unlocked for purchase. The prizes clearly said they were supposed to be unlocked, otherwise they would not have been worth the LP investment. So I had several rounds with bots and “support“ in-game. I told them about the problem and posted the screenshots I had. I am not sure anyone read what I wrote or understood the problem or made any effort to solve it. They initially told me to wait for a return message and closed the case after a few hours. On the third round they told me they fixed it. I restarted the game but the problem was not still not fixed, the items are still not purchasable. I am on my fourth round talking to bots and sending screenshots now because I am stubborn 😉. Now I wonder, am I the only one having this problem?
