Players stuck

Influence Island, Currency Heist, June Update
Hi sim community. I remember in the latest update ; a spy who really helped me, the last quest was a currency heist after the haunted house Manor or something like that. It was supposed to be available on the 6th of July, but it's completely disappeared for me, can I know why or can it be fixed if its a bug

Clover Cottage task
I’m on level 9 of the clover cottage. I can’t figure out the task of 9 sims to “look for life” the dead tree that was at this site disappeared and my sims can’t get to the other trees. What do I need to do to accomplish this task?

Bug? All My Residential Lots Take Exactly 1 Day 13 Hours
Has anyone else experienced this issue with residential lot build times? For the last five empty residential lots I've purchased, the construction time has been stuck at exactly 1 day 13 hours, regardless of the lot size. Previously, the timers would vary (sometimes a few seconds, a few hours, 16 hours, etc.), but now every single lot shows the exact same build time of 1 day 13 hours. it's been happening consistently for several lots. I also came across another player mentioning they were stuck at 12 hours, so I'm wondering if this is a bug affecting multiple players. Has anyone found a fix, or is EA aware of this issue?

App crashes after loading Cloud Save
My game crashes after loading my Facebook Cloud Save. I can see my city and progress, the loading finishes, I hear the game audio, then the app crashes. The game works as a guest. Is anyone else having this issue? Please help.

Havent received in app purchases
Hello has anyone else experience not receiving your in app purchases? The recent game update has many bugs. I purchased the Incredible Offer 57! On June 15th and today I purchased the Special Offer 18! The first purchase was placed with a debit card the second purchase I use my Google points. I can't get my points back and I haven't received a refund or my purchases restored. This company has scammed me and gave me the run around asking me to submit the receipt and screenshot of my email. I have received nothing and I refuse to spend anymore money until the bug is fix, [CM - Edited to remove partial payment details]

Sim stuck in hobby
Ever since the new update my sim has been stuck in the bowling hobby. The tab says it's complete but the bubble is gone and I can't do anything with the sim. I tried deleting cache and uninstall and all that. But my sim is still stuck. Also found out I can't do anything else in the mall now too.

Purchase Mistake
Dear Support Team, Yesterday, I purchased the Superlative SP Monthly Card, which was priced at 1,000 TL. However, when I checked my bank statement, I noticed that I was charged 1,000 TL twice within a 2-minute interval. The second transaction is clearly a duplicate error. I only intended to purchase one monthly card. Could you please review my transaction history and initiate a refund for the accidental second charge? Sim Won’t Call Yoga Instructor (pregnancy task)
Hello! I am playing on mobile. I just wasn’t sure if anyone else had this issue, but I’ve complete all the tasks but one on day two of my sims’ pregnancy challenge/gameplay. Unfortunately, I appear to be stuck. The sim doesn’t go to call the Yoga Instructor, not interacting with it at all when u hit to launch. It works for all other phone-related tasks except this one. I’m just honestly not sure what else to do or where to go from there! Thank you!

Sunset Mall - Unable to interact with ground floor activities/hobbies
I just recently bulid the mall in my Sims town I recently just started the mall task I bought something from the mall that task was completed I did the invite crush to the mall after that was completed I cleared the boxes in front of the excalators and then I did the task for the strange sound near the escalators and now im on the task where u introduce your sim to the robot but unfortunately the robot just sits on the floor I cant click on the robot no examination point above him cant walk near the robot cant click on the robot is this some kind of mall bug going on?? Since the update?? If so please fix it I can't even finish it have 6 days to finish it to unlock the snack bar I think thats what its called I cant remember I cant walk on the floor or anything is anyone else having a similar experience besides me on the robot task 🤣🙄 [CM edit - descriptive title]

Doesn't let me add more cars at house
I have paid to open a second car park spot at my house but every time when i try to add a second vehicle it tells me i have to sell the first car that is already there. The house has multiple car park spots available to buy, why can't i add more cars to it when its free? Please see pictures attached
