I am tired of people complaining about the ground game in UFC 5 because EA decided to make it a glorified mini game year after year. Why are we complaining about the other 50% of the sport? It’s like playing Madden and complaining about “running” plays because they don’t put the time in. It’s disrespectful to the sport and the true fans of MMA. If EA spent half the time they put into cosmetics, into the ground game it would look like UFC UNDISPUTED 3**** When developers gave effort and cared about the sport. Please get rid of the license EA. The fan base you are targeting is not it. This isn’t Fortnite. I can’t wait to see the new “ground interface” that covers up the same slop. No pride, only a paycheck. Also fix the “DNF” on online career. Why am I in Div 20 at 3 stars because I get no xp for rage quit.
Can't connect to the servers (PS5)
This is the first time this has happened in over 200 hours of play. I've tried: 1 - Restarting my PS5, fully switching it off and turning it on after an hour 2 - Switched off my router, unplugged it and turned it back on after a minute 3 - Rebuilt the database and checked licenses. Servers seem up, why is this happening? My account is clean too, no bans.
Defensive grapple assist doesnt work properly
Defensive grapple assist doesnt show in any online matches, i tried turning it off, on, i switched grapple assist from assist to hybrid to legacy and nothing fixes it i even made a fresh acc to test and still same, i have it in offline but dont have it in online meanwhile my friend when we play one against other he has it and it doesnt matter who host he always have it and i dont. Is there any fix or is there someone who had same issue, i chated with support they forwarded me to forum to create it because there isnt any report as mine. When an opponent falls an the attacker waits before trying to Ground & pound u should be able to block even while in the stunned animation. I keep having the issue were if i fall my opponent can punch me an ill be holding the block button but his guard go up once before he is knocked outAlter Ego AI behaviour
Is there any way for me to see how the AI changes between the default fighter and their alter ego? For example, the Tony Ferguson alter ego is way more aggressive than the default Tony, but I had no way of knowing this before actually buying him and using him. I just did a super fight and moved up from light heavyweight to heavyweight and now every time I go to the next week for my first heavyweight fight the conversation with dana white pops back up but it has no replies for me and won't let me move off that screen. I've closed out the game and even reset my ps5 but it still won't let me do anythingDamage swapping
We both through a kick at the same time literally as u can see an I was the one who caught damage I don’t if it’s my controller or game bugs but I hope ufc 6 doesn’t have this issue. Swapping damage at the same time should be mutual both characters should be stunned , rocked or wobbled. Not just one that’s how it would go in real mma at least if two opponents both through a strike an they both connectedMedical bug
I defeated my opponent his leg health was flashing red blinking all the way to the end. I had no stamina to fight left but the time ran out and it was 3rd round he won lol which is impossible because he could barely walk. The ref stopped the match in the 2nd round to check my eye but didn’t to stop the fight once I rocked his leg for the final time.Update on bugs
We don’t need player updates we need game updates like how we request u guys make a forum to ignore the real issue an latency we have in game but will immediately crack down on someone who’s exploiting pass levels which is hypocritical because if u notice that than u notice the other issues we all write about u guys choose to ignore it likes its nothingUnrealistic punching an movement
I had Jon jones my opponent had Mike Tyson the match just start literally 30 seconds in I threw a high kick an damaged him he recovered immediately an rock me with a uppercut body the a overhand knock all within 60 seconds of the fighting starting which was 4:15 it’s impossible how they let the fakest action on this game win but when u throw a realistic knock out or punch it never rocks your opponent it only stuns then an allow them to recover an fight back like u didn’t just snap your opponents leg with a kick or like you didn’t knock your opponent out with a hook left to right an he still gets up with staminaUFC 5 Major Bugs
I don’t know what directly is the cause for ufc 5 having a downfall in latency , ground an pound mechanism are so bad the transition are unreal an the counters to get out are as well if u have more stamina than the person pulling guard no matter what u should be able to kick them off or transition into having top guard because your stamina isn’t low…. When clinching are person should be able to constantly hold u pushing u towards the gate punishing u with elbows. Elbow spamming should not be allowed at least turn damage down on elbows if it is gonna be apart of ufc because no one in real life spams left elbow right elbow a succeeds that’s unreal in every aspect of fighting. & repeated takedowns when your pressing R2 for it not to happen! but a player is still allowed to walk around with u mid air while his health is going down. Also when going back a fourth punching it’s impossible for someone with almost complete no health to throw a power strike weather it’s overhand upper cut or hook it’s unrealistic again! There is a bug mid trade when throwing a jab to disrupt someone’s punch which is understandable it’s not going to happen all the time but for it the problem to be constant mostly 6/10 matches it’s annoying an make u not wanna play. some games u don’t have it an some games u do which is horrible because u can be defending your title an it get took away with the slightest lag or bug in mid game which makes it undesirable to play every time. When underneath after getting rocked u can still have major head health an stamina the one time u get ground an pounded it doesn’t allow u to block while the person is on top spamming jabs an hooks while on top an he has no health an u still end up losing somehow. Strikes have no power when u have no stamina so how is possible for someone to finish u off with it or how is it possible for u not to get up when u have a hell of more stamina than the person. An allowing a person to pick the same character as one another makes ufc not fun either it’s impossible for u to fight yourself in real life so why allow it on the game. The first person to a character should be the one who locks in on it
We need video interviews: why DLC revenue is priority over making a good game.
It might help EA Games if their executives and game devs were held accountable and forced to respond in a video interview. Currently, they often ignore feedback and provide pathetic written responses that are essentially word salad—using many words to say nothing at all. Even if it doesn't help the UFC games, it will be fun to watch them sweat anyway. We all know why in-game purchases take priority over making a good game for EA. Listening to and implementing changes from customer feedback hasn't been part of EA's business model for a long time.
